Ian Morse was a great real estate agent! He made the home buying process extremely simple and took care of us every step of the way!

Rude staff. I used them for a deal. One of their agents was repeatedly very unprofessional. When I attempted to contact management (Susan Manning), they ignored me and had their in-house counsel reach out. Would not recommend.

We highly recommend David Battle from Coldwell Banker! He is very professional, yet personable and super humble. Hard working and always available, he definitely went above and beyond to help this military family with our needs. Whether buying or selling, he will get the job done! He is definitely a MIRACLE WORKER and It was a true blessing to have him help us with our first home. He worked with us day and night untill we found the home we loved without having to settle! As first time home buyers, we had a billion questions along with just as many worries, but David was there to help us every single step of the way! He has defiantly earned our business for life!

Buyer or Seller BEWARE! Martha V. was a literal con artist. Luckily she moved to New York in the middle of my transaction, as well as my mothers. She made false representations and didnt even bother to list my house online until a whole month after signing agreement! Viktor P. was much better but they will push their sham title company sunbelt on you and they are totally incompetent. Its just a rude, malicious girl with an attitude against customers sitting at a desk inside the same office! You may never close. They dont care, its just your house... Not their problem.or money. Not helpful at all

Do you want someone who exuberates unequalled qualities of professionalism, integrity, endurance, patience, compassion, humility, excellence and genuine concern for his clients coupled with a heartfelt positive “CAN DO” attitude, punctual and dependable. Then Arthur R. Lester is you realtor!!! In the highest degree, without a doubt, I recommend this realtor. You can’t go wrong, especially if you are a Veteran or Active duty Service Member. Please take time to read my experience with him below:After 40 years of service to our nation with the US Army, I had to abruptly retire due to service-connected health issues. A US Army battle buddy (Brother) convinced me after 40 years of service around the world to move (retire) to the Tampa Florida area. I have never lived in Florida prior to this. My entire adult life was immersed in the military lifestyle. Because of my unforeseen retirement to a new area, I was overwhelmed with stress of the being catapulted into a unfamiliar civilian life.I began house hunting in March 2019. I visited AHRN’s web site stating that I was new to the area. Initially, I went with another realtor (no military service affiliation) at a recommendation of a friend. This turned out to be a disastrous decision. The realtor was all about the sale vs. taking care of me (buyer). The reason I am giving you my house hunting history, it is to articulate my admiration of Arthur R. Lester, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Being in transition, I bounced in and out of the Tampa area for months on end. At times, I would give Arthur short notices to schedule our house hunting. Regardless of the notice, we could always count on him to be available for us. Being a disabled veteran, I was looking for a home that would meet my needs. Unfortunately, we spent many-many days (hours upon hours) of house hunting that span across many communities filled with disappointment after disappointment. This was a stressful time for us, however Arthur’s heartfelt positive “CAN DO” attitude was inspirational and energizing for us. Arthur is very punctual and dependable. He was always on time, patient and never displayed any despair in our demands for house hunting.Since we spent plenty of time together house hunting, I had the pleasure and honor to get to know Arthur on an intimate level. I discovered that he is also a Combat Veteran and he is a champion for helping fellow Veterans and Active Duty Service Members. Arthur goes the extra for miles in which I experienced firsthand. Arthur possess the knowledge needed to handle the intricacies associated with the real-estate world. Additionally, he exuberates unequalled qualities of professionalism, integrity, endurance, patience, compassion, humility, excellence and genuine concern for his clients. Finally, after several months of searching, Arthur found our dream home that also meets my disability needs. Words cannot describe how pleased we are with our home and Arthur.Arthurs brings great credit upon himself, Veterans and Active Duty Service Members, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, AHRN and his community. Please recognize Arthur R. Lester for his tireless efforts helping his community, Active Duty Service Members and Veterans.KUDOS - Well Deserved - Thank You - Arthur!Ted

The week of closing on my house was truly miserable the ball was dropped multiple times by different people. I am not typically the type to complain but the way our closing was handled was not acceptable. Our closing was a day late because paperwork had not been sent to the seller on time. On the day of our actual closing we could not reach Alex Cash at all! Her phone was off. Ariella the person assisting on the case was also not picking up or calling us back. We finally reached our mortgage broker who told us we would close at 12 but no one gave us the location where we would be. Finally Ariella reached out an told us the location of the title company and told us we would close at 3. We got there at thre and no one from Caldwell banker was there nore was out mortgage broker. We had not been offered a walk through we did not have the keys to the house and no one was there to assist. On top of all this we found out the home we were buy was in a deed restricted community which we had as something on the top of our list as something we DID NOT WANT! I wanted to cry. Alex later explained that the HOA had been dissolved which helps however she told us multiple times it was not deed restricted. The two are not the same and she withheld and reframed that information essentially being dishonest versus telling us the truth about the property and allowing us to decide. Our mortgage broker showed up an hour and a half late after I had sent multiple emails. Which was good because the lender was saying there were missing information and we did not close for three more hours. He informed us Alex was in Vegas that day and that is why were not able to reach her. Alex was nice and comfortable to be around but all of these other things that occurred make impossible for me to ever recommend her or anyone at your company.
