2020-10-16We have been renting with Corona Property for almost a year now. This was the absolute best decision we have ever made, is to rent one of their homes. Corona Property takes pride in their homes that they rent, and make sure the home is in perfect condition for you when you move in. They are very compassionate and responsive if you need anything. Kristina and Ima have been amazing in ever step of the process to get us here. So thankful for them. They have great rentals in the area, and they include pest control and maintenance, which is great! Such a great feeling to know we are always taken care of here. I highly recommend working with them if you need a rental in the Cape Coral area.

2019-11-12We have rented from them going on two years, absolutely love them.Any maintenance we have needed has been addressed within a day or two. The office staff is always friendly, they’re personable and professional. The maintenance staff is quick, and make me feel very comfortable. As a woman who has had to be at home alone when they came, I can honestly say I didn’t worry at all. This incredible team, among them Kristina and Ima whom weve interacted with the most, have been super attentive to our needs. Whenever we needed anything, they would always respond back as quick as they can and help us in the best way possible! Theyre upfront about everything from day one, so youd never have any surprises during the lease. Kind and thoughtful, yet professional in every aspect of being a landlord and managing a property, Corona Property gets our 5 star rating!!!We would love to stay with them, but were forced to find a smaller unit closer to our jobs in Estero.Were happy and grateful such a high quality landlord was there for us when we needed it, and wish them many more years of serving many other tenants for a great living experience!

2020-01-13You dont get any better than Corona Properties. Ive rented a variety of places around different states but this is by far the best. This is a family run business who has an amazing team. Ima (office manager), and Rudy (Maintenance) are professional, prompt, and super friendly. When you turn in your walk thru they take care of any issues within 24 hours. I called about my fence not latching properly and they had a contractor out immediately. As a single mom I can say I feel so comfortable safe and at HOME with this team. Thanks for providing excellent care to my family.

2019-05-16Awesome company ran by wonderful people. We’ve been renters for 2 years and are sad to leave them, due to moving far out of the area. They are prompt on all services requests and our home was well kept when moving in.

2018-12-06They are amazing.. I wish to God I had found them sooner.. moving to FL was such a hassel and crazy and once we found them they saved my family and were so friendly. The system is also super continent and easy to use. I would recommend them highly to anyone across the county looking to move to the area if u want to enjoy your move without hassel then look no further. Legit lovely peolle and Im forever grateful that I found them and our home away from home in kansas city mo.

2017-08-25I never seence a rental company take such prime in what they do. Keeping the house up todate. Takeing care of the house. They do preventative maintenance on the houses. Make sure Tenets are happy. Any problems they get it fix super fast. I highly recommend Corona. Great office time. All around A+.

2017-04-20Dear Ben, Kristina, Marco,I am writing to say Thank You for your prompt response to our A/C issue here at 411 SW 28th Place. Your actions were incredible, professional, and unique among the rental community. To think you had an entire system changed out from initial diagnosis to new installation in 4 days is hard to comprehend. The techs from Mr. Cool were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and all business from the time they stepped out of their truck until the time they left the property. As you know, rectifying this issue was doubly important due to the health of the two elderly ladies who reside here with me, (my mother and aunt), as both are on oxygen and hot conditions cause a marked increase in their inability to breathe comfortably. You took notice and acted accordingly. It is rare a Rental/Property Management Entity acts with such speed and compassion towards their tenants.
