Craig sold my beach condo and navigated some rough waters. We had an issue with the association refusing to allow a corporate buyer, which mine was, but Craig scoured the condo docs, which allow for it, went to the next board meeting, and was able to get them to agree to it. Hes a consummate professional who always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Michelle and Craig!

Excellent. My experience with Craig beginning with the initial conversation to begin my condo search to the closing aspects was thorough, detailed and attentive. I was looking to relocate in the east. I had lived out west , had a small horse farm but kid grew up etc... The point being I had a specific idea of exactly what I wanted but seemed to be constantly steered toward the interest of the realtor. Then I was lucky enough to run into Craig.He only showed me exactly what I asked for and seemed to be able to find things I was told didnt exist? I ended up getting exactly what I wanted for a great price and Craig literally took care of everything .Even though my daughter had moved away I had aways promised her the house she grew up in with me as we lost her mother when she was she was quite young. My point being is not only did Craig find me exactly what I wanted if I had a question about anything he would make himself available. He also found me a great stable tenant to rent my western property. Craig made everything easy, I got the place I wanted at the price I wanted , he found me the perfect tenant . Craig did a phenomenal job selling my rental-unit townhomein Fort Lauderdale. Not being local to where my rental was located, he did a lot of heavy lifting for me (working with my renters, coordinating various logistics, setting up appts, etc) -- which was especially helpful with my busy schedule.He is very knowledgeable about the industry, process & the market and was always available for a call, text or email. In sum, Craig made this process extremely easy for me ...which I truly appreciated!

2021-07-27The service Craig provided deserves praises and reason for my write up. Craig personally visited over 8 properties from Hillsboro to Miami before I found the perfect fit. His aggressiveness and willingness to accommodate what I was looking for was above and beyond. Dealing with Craig was a one stop shopHe was able to recommend insurance agents, mortgage broker, and title company. Never once was a request denied or a issue. 2021-07-29In today’s overheated real estate market, the most important quality any realtor can have is the ability to (1) move quickly on every opportunity that arises and (2) create opportunities when there appears to be nothing on the horizon. Craig does both extremely well and with the utmost professionalism. 2020-09-30Craig was an awesome realtor! My husband and I explained what we were looking for in terms of a house (size, neighborhood, etc) and he was on top of it all the time. Sending us listings at any hour of the day! He was always available to accompany us to see houses and provide us with sound advice. He would schedule showings for us within 24 hours, sometimes on the same day!
