Nice closing agent, but talks a lot. Would have been good if we could have cut down on the small talk and gotten to business a bit quicker.

This attorney is a fraud and has not only conspired against me but actually submitted fraudulent documents to the court 2x in my name.Beware!

2020-02-12I have been in the apartment industry for 23 years and I have used several attorneys for assistance in filing my evictions. Dale has ALWAYS been great with responding back to me in a timely manner every time I may have a question. Dale is also wonderful in clarifying things for me and walking me through things step by step to ensure that I am prepared for any case. Dale has an amazing staff who also provides excellent customer service; this shows me that Dale exemplifies great leadership and is a positive example to his employees of how to treat their clients. I would highly recommend Dale (and I do) to anyone who is looking for a great attorney who will give 100%.

2017-12-15I should admit that Dale is the best attorney in the State of Florida, his unfailing efforts and compassion for the cases he takes on! Is as personal to him as it its for everyone that walks through his door. He has handled my cases and all those I referred to him for over 20 years and never lost a case. Bravo.
