David Barnes made my experience enjoyable, non stressful, and helped me find my dream home for me and my kids. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house. He answered every question I had, and was never too busy for me. He cared about me, and my needs for my family. He is very passionate about his work, and looks out for his clients. 2022-04-28David Barnes was awesome from the first first call through to final closing. We were downsizing, needing to both sell and buy. David was open and transparent about costs and fees, and what to expect every step of the way on both transactions. He is knowledgeable about the market and guided us through all the paperwork and decisions, explaining what we needed to know to make confident, informed decisions. David was on the ball, arranging all the showings andthe professional appointments needed for closing. He stayed in top of deadlines and made sure we had all our documents delivered on time to ensure smooth closings. I feel lucky that we were referred to him as the results were outstanding: a sale and a purchase all complete in two months! No hiccups, no delays. Lucky as I feel, I know it wasnt just luck, it was David, a knowledgable, professional agent who worked hard on our behalf. As an added bonus, David is a nice guy, pleasant to chat with, considerate of my time and fun to know. I highly recommend him.

2021-03-03David is true professional who made the usually stressful event of selling home seamless and made sure every detail large and small was addressed. Davids communication skills are excellent, we never felt we out out of the loop from information perspective. I have sold six homes this was by far the most stress free and hands off sale. 2020-11-06David is AMAZING! We wanted to move away from the cold weather and he got us here. We communicated for over a year to carefully plan our move. He went above and beyond to help us. He carefully listened to our needs and was extremely patient. He shared his input, expertise, and experience. David made sure that we were in a safe area and that we were and are happy. I feel like other realtors would not have cared and would have just been interested in making the sale. We can’t say enough about how wonderful David is and can’t thank him enough!

2019-11-01David Barnes is an amazing person/realtor. When I first met with David I had a price in mind and he made it a point to stick to my budget and my desired location. David was always available to show me homes that I picked and he also had up to date MLS listings. David was always prepared, fully knowledgeable of the listed home and location and full of helpful information and tips. David will be with you from start to finish (searching, spections, mortgage paperwork and closing). Because of my job I had a very stressful closing and with David and his team I was able to purchase my perfect forever home! You will not be disappointed with Realtor than David Barnes!

2019-10-29David is an amazing person/realtor. When we first met David, we were just starting to look for a home in Florida. David was always available to show us homes that we picked and he also had plenty of homes from his listings. With each showing, David was prepared, fully knowledgeable and full of helpful information and tips. When we found the right home, David was there 100% with us through the entire mortgage process. He was with us at signing and to this day David calls regularly to check up on us and to see how things are going! You cant have a better Realtor than David Barnes!
