Our Agent was Bradley Fisher and everything started out great until the end. We were rescheduled for our final walk through 1 hour before our closing & closing location was 42 mins from the house. This house has all types of issues of which a lot did not came up on the home inspection. We used House Authority Inspection Service, LLC and Joseph was our inspector, and I would not recommend them as an inspection company at all. I used Dj & Lindsey because my mother had such a great experience with Jennifer Beverley. However, after speaking with Bradley he has tried to help us with a lot of the issues. I can honestly say Bradley has been a huge help with this horrible mess of a housing inspection & Im so glad hes so knowledgeable about this industry and how to help us moving forward. We just have to make lemonade out of this lemon house.
Ive known Cassidy Munusami for many years and have always had an amazing experience in the interactions Ive had. Having moved from another country and not knowing Jacksonville too well, having someone like her who has been here for the entirety of her life was of much help. Emily made our home buying experience so easy. My husband and I relocated to Florida from Japan and I came alone at first. We knew we wanted to buy but were on the fence on whether to buy an already constructed home or to build a home. I stopped by a friends house who had just moved into a newly built house and fell in love. They referred me to Theo who is a realtor with the Dj and Lindsey team. I called Theo and told him what we were looking for. Specifically, we wanted a 4 bedroom house with a 2 car garage in a safe area. Theo came back in less than 24 hours with 3 communities to look at. I looked at all three and my husband and I settled on one of the 3. Theo stuck by me through the whole process. He came to meetings with me and answered any questions I had almost immediately. I was nervous for the whole process especially without my husband here but Theo made everything very easy. I appreciate everything he did for me and us through the process of building our new home. We closed a couple of weeks ago and we do not have any complaints. It is amazing!

I had the pleasure of working with Joseph May on a deal we closed in December. From the very beginning of our interaction, Joseph expressed interest in finding us exactly what we were looking for. He asked questions that enabled him to narrow our search and find us a home that met the criteria we had. This was no easy task as we were in a price range similar to the average home buyer. We spoke with Joseph on a Thursday and by Friday we had 4 showings and Saturday another 4. At the last showing on Saturday, Joseph surprised us with a fifth showing that went on the market THAT day! We could tell he truly was interested in us finding our house! We made an offer within a couple of days and every single issue that arose, slight as it was, we didnt worry because Joseph May took care of all of it. He worked to make sure we didn’t have to. The entire experience couldve been better. I liked my real estate agent, but the promises made, the repairs needing to be done, all of the communication between myself and the closing agent and the sellers agent was poor. I cant say I would suggest this company to anyone. Didnt have a great experience and a lot of the issues were entirely avoidable if the communication from the Dj and Lindsey team had been better.

I was not in pressed of how we were treated through cross country mortgage. The lady was very rude and had little confidence in us. Morgan was our realtor to being with. She was very sweet thought she was the prefect match and then we were ghosted. Very very very unhappy with this team. Thought they were supposed to be the best, im thinking not at this point

Everything was pleasant and helpful. Two minor issues. I didnt get the opportunity to wire my funds until only 24 hours left before closing. The closing day walk through was too brief and didnt cover the entire property.

Learning experience! I recently moved from IL. This is my first time shopping in the housing market. Being a first time buyer is overwhelming because of the learning curved, new terminology. However all of it became quite simplify and explained with the help of my agent Shereece Smith. Beside her extended knowledge on the market, her flexibility was outstanding! Ok how can I put into words the tremendous job Joshua has done for me.First I would start off by saying everything was done remotely up until I closed.The amount of trust I needed to have was huge considering all the scams going around in the housing market.I left Florida and was hoping to return with the help of Joshua.We did FaceTime , phone calls, and so many text messaging because I didn’t have time to travel.This was my very first home and nervous is an understatement.Joshua worked with the title company, the lenders, literally everyone involved to make sure I was not being rushed or confused about the steps.I felt so bad after a while because I had questions about everything but he went out his way to get me the responses.Now when it was time to do the closing I had no vehicle and was coming off a bus in the middle of North Florida.He drove me to do the run through of the house then drove me to take care of the closing and I could not have felt more safe and at ease.I had my sister along and it didn’t feel like business at all. Emily Lott was an outstanding realtor for us on this purchase. We are relocating from Ohio to Florida. Emily helped us with the many challenges trying to purchase a post retirement home in a sellers market from a remote location. It was difficult at times, but after viewing several homes we found a great home in a neighborhood in Fernandina Beach we wanted to spend our retirement years in. Emily bent over backwards and was willing to do anything we needed to get done ,as many things needed done while we were in Ohio or traveling back and forth to view the homes in person. It recently ended with the keys to my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall process and the “hand-holding” we needed and received being first timers. After telling multiple agents that I am not interested. After BUYING a house with a completely different company and moved in to said house (that’s how long this has been going on) they still are reaching out to me.One agent called me four times back to back using the same zip code as me while I was slammed at work and I answered because I assumed someone who called me four times from New Hampshire must be calling because my dad or mom got into an accident or seriously injured, but no, it was just an agent. After I told this agent I wasn’t interested, I still received texts from a different agent. Then I received calls every single day for a week from an agent who never left a voicemail. I finally answered the call and explained again I was not interested. He called every single day during my sons (4 month old) nap time during a sleep regression. The one day I answered thinking it was a different call because it would show up on my phone as “scam likely”, it woke my son up (I ended up matching up the #’s later on realizing it’s been the same number for a week calling me).Now I’m getting an e-mail saying they’re checking in and will reach out to me in a couple of days. I will never use this company, EVER.I just want them to stop contacting me. I hate, hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve been clear many times I am not interested and don’t want to be contacted and they just ignore it. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point. Hopefully they see this and decide to finally put me on the “do not contact” list.I also have all the screenshots for proof.
From the first phone call to the real estate agent, Cameron Will at Ancient City Real Estate was completely professional, responsive, and insightful about purchasing my new condo. From the first call through the final sale, he came up with the right questions, quickly found important answers, and was positive and helpful even when it looked as if the sale would not go through. After a year and several months she helped us find a home for our family. If and when we decide to get a bigger home or sale our current home she will be the one we call for assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her, she never made us feel rushed to pick a property.
I am so excited to be working with Jessica Smith in looking to find a great place to live at! Jess is so incredibly professional, she has the exact energy I am looking for as someone I am trusting to find me a home. 2022-04-20We had a fantastic experience! Aaron Hoffman was so great to work with - very knowledgable, easy to work with, straightforward and super smart. We moved from across the country with little knowledge of the different areas surrounding Jacksonville. The experience could have been incredibly stressful, but it all fell into place better and more easily than we anticipated. 2022-02-28I was so fortunate to have found Joseph May, when I moved from Georgia. As my Realtor, he helped find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. When making such a large decision, I really really wanted to work with someone that I could trust, and I made the right choice of picking him. From day 1 he’s been extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. Ever since then, I been doing nothing but referring him to my friends, family, co workers, church members, anyone that was looking for the perfect home. I just sat back and relaxed with no worries and he worked his magic and found me the perfect place that I now call home!

2021-08-20Where to begin with the nightmare... First off, glad to see the positive reviews on the seller side of the house. As a buyer who purchased a zillow home from them, not so much.I wanted to blame Zillow, but upon reconsideration, I feel it is the listing agents role to be forthright with their listing descriptions. Nowhere in the listing did it say the property was being sold AS-IS, so after getting under contract with the binder and appraisal paid for, I did my due diligence in utilizing a higher end home inspector because the house is a little older. After receiving a laundry list of things that needed repaired/replaced, etc., we get an email after submitting the repair request that Zillow doesnt do repairs. They did fix a small WDO issue to satisfy the VA loan, BUT zillow doesnt outsource to properly certified tradesmen so they sent God knows who out to do the repair.A reinspection was required and since the dont hire someone with credentials who can provide a receipt and photos of the repair I had to come out of pocket to pay for the reinspection ($100 for a guy to look at the repair) . I get a call directly from the home inspector saying instead of replacing the wood rot someone just filled it with caulk and painted over it. He stuck his pen in it and the caulk fell out. So they send someone else out... this requires another inspection paid by yours truly.ALSO FYI, once youre under contract they stop maintaining the property, specifically the yard. Anyone who lives in Florida and knows the rainy season knows youll have a jungle if you let it go for a month on top of the bugs that it attracts. Yes, my home that I moved into yesterday had a pest inspection, but has roaches and it took me 3.5 hours to get the yard back into a semi-decent condition. I could have sworn theres a clause that states the property must be maintained up until closing. The survey wasnt ordered by the title company they insisted on using so my closing got pushed. I had to cancel my movers who ended up being booked the rest of the month and my husband had to go out to sea the day after the original closing date so I had to do the move myself. Im also in the military and the miscommunication was very inconvenient for my job field as well. There are more things to list, but thats the jist.Also, some of the negative reviews left here have some very argumentative and rude replies which is a testament to the character and professionalism of the company.My realtor said, sometimes I have clients apologize for the hassle of closing and everything, but this was literally the worst experience Ive had.Beware of buying from this company as a listing agent and know that purchasing a Zillow-owned property will result in an AS-IS sale. Jesus, I made it out alive.Photos: How it looked at viewing versus two weeks before closing. They hadnt sent anyone to do it either in that time so double that height of growth. Shouldve took a picture, but got home from work got to it. They were notified and ignored it.
