We had a fantastic experience! Aaron Hoffman was so great to work with - very knowledgable, easy to work with, straightforward and super smart. We moved from across the country with little knowledge of the different areas surrounding Jacksonville. The experience could have been incredibly stressful, but it all fell into place better and more easily than we anticipated. Aaron proved to be an expert guide and he and the DJ Lindsey team kept the whole process moving smoothly. Were so happy with where we ended up!! Thank you so much!!

We put in a bid and he and Riley were attentive and responsive to all our questions and needs throughout the entire process. I was so fortunate to have found Joseph May, when I moved from Georgia. As my Realtor, he helped find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. When making such a large decision, I really really wanted to work with someone that I could trust, and I made the right choice of picking him. From day 1 he’s been extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. Ever since then, I been doing nothing but referring him to my friends, family, co workers, church members, anyone that was looking for the perfect home. I just sat back and relaxed with no worries and he worked his magic and found me the perfect place that I now call home!

Where to begin with the nightmare... First off, glad to see the positive reviews on the seller side of the house. As a buyer who purchased a zillow home from them, not so much.I wanted to blame Zillow, but upon reconsideration, I feel it is the listing agents role to be forthright with their listing descriptions. Nowhere in the listing did it say the property was being sold AS-IS, so after getting under contract with the binder and appraisal paid for, I did my due diligence in utilizing a higher end home inspector because the house is a little older. After receiving a laundry list of things that needed repaired/replaced, etc., we get an email after submitting the repair request that Zillow doesnt do repairs. They did fix a small WDO issue to satisfy the VA loan, BUT zillow doesnt outsource to properly certified tradesmen so they sent God knows who out to do the repair.A reinspection was required and since the dont hire someone with credentials who can provide a receipt and photos of the repair I had to come out of pocket to pay for the reinspection ($100 for a guy to look at the repair) . I get a call directly from the home inspector saying instead of replacing the wood rot someone just filled it with caulk and painted over it. He stuck his pen in it and the caulk fell out. So they send someone else out... this requires another inspection paid by yours truly.ALSO FYI, once youre under contract they stop maintaining the property, specifically the yard. Anyone who lives in Florida and knows the rainy season knows youll have a jungle if you let it go for a month on top of the bugs that it attracts. Yes, my home that I moved into yesterday had a pest inspection, but has roaches and it took me 3.5 hours to get the yard back into a semi-decent condition. I could have sworn theres a clause that states the property must be maintained up until closing. The survey wasnt ordered by the title company they insisted on using so my closing got pushed. I had to cancel my movers who ended up being booked the rest of the month and my husband had to go out to sea the day after the original closing date so I had to do the move myself. Im also in the military and the miscommunication was very inconvenient for my job field as well. There are more things to list, but thats the jist.Also, some of the negative reviews left here have some very argumentative and rude replies which is a testament to the character and professionalism of the company.My realtor said, sometimes I have clients apologize for the hassle of closing and everything, but this was literally the worst experience Ive had.Beware of buying from this company as a listing agent and know that purchasing a Zillow-owned property will result in an AS-IS sale. Jesus, I made it out alive.Photos: How it looked at viewing versus two weeks before closing. They hadnt sent anyone to do it either in that time so double that height of growth. Shouldve took a picture, but got home from work got to it. They were notified and ignored it.
