These guys are great! I’ve personally worked with Eddie on multiple transactions — for myself and for clients of mine — and he’s been nothing but professional, transparent, and hardworking. EVERYTHING was handled digitally and efficiently. They are proactive with their communication contacts and insightful when it came to specific real estate market housing and gauging the investment market pulse. I bought this particular property just before my Heart attack and consequently was not able to undertake the required repairs to rent or sell it or the ability to market it properly if I had [and the wife had her hands full with me & the kids]. That being said, the time and effort they put in between tire kickers, wannabe investors, REO & real estate fund buyers was pleasantly surprising as their customer service went beyond my expectations despite their being a high volume real estate brokerage. He quickly agreed to my asking price and did not try to negotiate. He took care of everything and we closed in a little over 2 weeks. Collin was very professional and easy to do business with. A couple of other house buying companies gave me the runaround so I was a little hesitant to deal with yet another company. Duval Home Buyers paid what I wanted promptly and with no games. They helped me achieve my goal of acquiring a new home and even closing on my new house the same day I closed with them. Such an efficient team, we closed onsite at my property I sold!
