I was shopping around for a new HVAC system and came across the Daikin fit system. I looked around for a reliable installer (the most important part about getting an HVAC) and stumbled upon English Air. I made an appointment and the owner of the company Anton stopped by to explain the system to me. I decided to go with them, after paying my deposit the crew (Fareed and Shawn) showed up on time a couple days later and got to work installing the new system. It took them around 6 hours to get the job done. They did an excellent job with the installation and explained everything along the way. They left the place very clean. There was nothing sloppy about their installation.I am very happy with my new HVAC system and I am glad I went with English Air. If I need a new system in the future (hopefully not for a LONG time). I will be giving them a call. Be sure to get your Daikin warranty registration done soon (the office took are of it for me)

After having to replace the floors in my brand new house because the air conditioner leaked I have had 4 companies and countless adjusters inspect my system, charge me, and not actually fix anything. Anton from English Air made a drive from Orlando all the way to Palm Coast and within minutes knew exactly what was wrong with the system. He also gave me the best remediation solution that benefitted me and my family more than his bottom line. A stand up guy and a great company. English Air are THE experts in the business!

Dalton came out within a 24 hour notice. He was super friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly! He helped us repair our Mr. Cool Mini-split, and the cost was almost half of estimate! Very happy with the job. Thanks English Air.

The tech was very knowledgeable, we ordered the parts which failed and the A/C unit was working again right after the installation of the new parts. It was a week ago and it is still running perfectly.

This is the first negative review I have ever taken the time to write. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with English Air. I trusted Anton, the owner of English Air to install a brand new AC unit at my business. We have had multiple problems with this unit and have called English Air to handle these problems on this band new unit installed in 1/2021.The unit leaked into my ceiling flooding the ceiling of my office. It also leaked gallons of water down my walls and most recently under my newly installed floor.I have called English Air and in response sent out a very nice service man. I do not have any problems with him. He checked the unit and told me it appeared to be cooling properly and was not sure why the kitchen was not cooling. He checked the thermostat and said it was fine but agreed that the kitchen was hot. He said he would have the owner, Anton come to the office and see what was happening since he was not sure himself. This was the third service call and I was billed for these calls.Anton never came to the office to check the problem. Instead one month later, he texted me. I asked him when he would come to the office and check the unit and he said he was out of town and did not know that we were expecting him to come to see why the unit was not working properly.This week the unit leaked 15+gallons of water into the ceiling, in the walls, and under the floor. My husband called English Air on Monday night as he was vacuuming water out of the ceiling. Anton has not called us back. We now have had to hire a Water Remediation company to dry, dehumidify, remove the walls, and remove the floors. So far the bill is over $7,000. It is my hope that English Air will take responsibility for this improper install.

This is my 2nd home I have used them for, and from the staff assistance in the office scheduling our service needs, to the field techs taking care of our units, our interactions have been nothing less than highly informative and professional. This review is long overdue. I have known Roman at English Air for several years and his team has serviced units over periods that encompass three of my primary homes and one investment property. Ive had the pleasure of working with Roman, Anton, Fareed, and Daulton. Ive enjoyed communicating with Leah as she is extraordinarily customer service oriented and professional. The one constant that has never changed with anyone from English Air is that whoever comes to my home is confident in the service that they provide. This confidence comes from experience, knowledge, and effective communication. They have always shown the requisite knowledge to identify an issue, the experience to resolve the issue and the keen ability to communicate exactly what a consumer needs to resolve the issue. English Air is the only AC company that I trust and I truly enjoy working with their team. I cant thank you enough.
