Ive had an excellent experience working for ERA Davis & Linn. They provide excellent training and support. They truly care about your success as a realtor. I certainly appreciate everything they have done for me! Great place to work!
I just closed on a home May 5th 2017 and my horrible realtor was James AndewsDREW. I cant speak for the company but I will speak on Mr. Andrews. He will lie to get the house sold. Im stuck with a 569.00 electricity bill because he gave the OK on work he never had reinspected. I will not recommend him to anyone. He is not to be trusted and will say anything to get you to work with him. Please research harder to find a company who does not allow just anyone on their team. Once you buy a house your stuck with it, so please dont make something that is suppose to make you happy turn around and be a nightmare.
Extremely happy with Karim at ERA Davis & Linn. My husband and I relocated from Northern Virginia and Karim made our move so much easier. She went above and beyond to make sure our move south went so smooth.

One star only because I cant give them 0 stars. What a horrible place to be an agent. They do not support their agents at all. When you get a commission check it has so much taken out for the broker it is like sticker shock. You work so hard for the sell and should get most of the proceeds. So, agents do yourself a favor, do not work for them.

2020-09-14I’m a first time home buyer so at first this process was very intimidating but Karima and Josh made it so much easier for me. I personally worked with Karima, she helped explain all of the steps, she literally walked me through the entire process. Karima sent me updates every week sometimes every few days and she always kept me upbeat and excited for the finish line. They found my house within 5 days. I can’t thank Karima and Josh enough, you guys made my home buying experience memorable. I will definitely use your services again for all of my future home purchases. Thank you!

2021-03-01Hands down the best! Josh is hands down the best out there in the Real estate industry! We had our house not even on the market for 24 hours before he got us an offer. He worked his tail off for us and found us our dream house for the price and location we wanted. He was there when we needed him and keeping us in the loop every step of the way! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to handle this for me and my family! Great guy and amazing realtor!

2018-05-18I had a wonderful experience selling my home with ERA Davis & Linn. Our listing agent was informative and very knowledgeable about the market. I also appreciate our agent representing us as a single agent. It was clear he was well trained.While our agent was out of town the office and agent’s teammates helped to keep us updated on our home getting sold. 2018-11-06From day one, I knew I was working with a professional that would listen to what my family and I wanted and would help us get into our new home! She was so attentive and patient. I appreciated the time she spent looking out for our best interests. As a first time home buyer, I was apprehensive to the entire process. Karima reassured me and made the purchase simple. 2018-02-10Fortunately I had an out on a house I made an offer on with this company. Needless to say they attempted to inform us there were multiple offers on a home to try and pressure me into making a quick decision and offer my best and highest. They were quick to respond defensively when I informed them that their tactics to instill an emotional response would only leave them with a home they cant find a buyer for. End result here is the house is still not sold 3 months later. Obviously there were no other offers on the house. Crooks will continue to be crooks, beware before doing business with this company; even if you are only purchasing from them and not using their brokerage or realtor services.

2019-11-07If you are looking for a top-notch real estate agent who will meet all of your home buying or selling needs, then look no further than Karima and Josh Burleson. My husband and I worked closely with Karima but she and Josh are a team and work together during your home buying or selling experience. Karima is very personable and goes overboard to help in any way she can. We first began our home buying process from the state of PA to prepare for our relocation to Jacksonville, FL. We came across Karima through Zillow and what a blessing. Even though we werent what you would call serious buyers in the beginning, it didnt matter to Karima. She would call and check on us occasionally just to let us know she was there for us to answer any questions or help in any way she could. And she did just that. When we were ready to come down to view homes that we liked in the Jacksonville area, Karima made herself available the whole time we were here. Karima is very knowledgeable in her field and made our home buying experience stress free and seamless. She didnt miss a beat and was on top of every process and obstacle that comes with buying a home. Karima and Josh are also military friendly and can assist with military families offering benefits through lenders. Whatever your circumstances are, you will not be disappointed if you choose Josh and Karima. They are the best!!

2017-10-19Seriously? A realtor had a good experience here. I cant imagine a realtor with a good experience here. Talk about getting only a $2000.00 commission check after selling a 200k home. Well, after everyone gets their cut, like Davis and Linn, then they have this USAA, Navy Federal thing they subscribe to and they get like 50%, Davis and Linn will take a lion share including all kinds of fees. Fees like technology fee, subscription fees, brokers fees and they are endless. Make sure that you keep up upon leads that are handed out. They will leave you out and give them to their favorites. Try Watson as a realtor. Sorry Josh, but you havent been taken advantage of yet. Give it time, you will be. Gregg Chapman, it seems like an infocmercial on this agency.
