Matty helped us coordinate a sell and new build buy, which required a lot of attention to detail with timing. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to new build communities and builders in Jacksonville. This is our second time building and I would never recommend to anyone to go through the process without a realtor (Matty specifically). He went to bat for us with the builder and helped us negotiate things that we didn’t even think were negotiable.He also helped us get top dollar on our sale in a hot market. Getting the price right the first time allowed us to only have to endure showings for one weekend (when we received multiple offers) and avoid a drawn out process with multiple price drops.

My husband and I worked very closely with Matt Miller and we cant say enough kind words about him. Being first time home buyers - we had SO many questions and needed someone that was willing to be fun and light-hearted but serious and give us all of the good, bad and ugly. Steve Meyers did a professional job the way he coordinated with the developers agent while we were in New Jersey preparing to move to Florida. Steve showed us several homes within a two week period when we came to Florida to find a home. Steve knew we had a short timeline and he worked his best and Steve found us a lovely home. Steve was our eyes and ears while the builder was constructing our home. Needless to say Steve did an excellent job.
ERA is fantastic! Jeff Riber was our agent and he was great! We did a new home build and made sure Jeff was brought on board to deal with our AWFUL sales center agent and Jeff stayed on top of everything to make sure we were taken care of! As out of state buyers, having Jeff and his team looking out for us and sending us updates on the house was a huge help and weight off our shoulders! During a global pandemic, my boyfriend and I purchased our first home. I cannot speak highly enough of Matt Miller‘s attentiveness and dedication throughout the buying process from start to finish and beyond.
Initially very good. Our house was managed for two years by them. Rent check rarely received on time. Did not have renter repaint rooms at end of lease, just gave us small amount for us to take care of. Repairs not made that renter damaged but dumped on us. Tried to shut us up by sending 125 check. Always sided with renter because she was difficult and we did not argue early enough so we feel like we were taken advantage of.

Always attentive and well versed in the use of technology. Makes a great distance feel small with regular updates.. when the storm hit he even had a special video he posted for we remote owners. Guy is amazing. Hands down.

The place I rented for 9 years the owner didnt take care of it well at all and at the end I got told I had to move in 30 days after it was discovered there was leak under the slab of the house as well as got stuck with a 1,200 electric bill,However my property manager tried as much as he could to help and he did as much as he could.
No phone number or anything on the sign and looks like scam honestly!

Im not one to write a review (let alone a positive one) BUT we felt it was important to share our thoughts.Matty was referred to us by a close friend who worked with him. Right out of the gates Matty was with us EVERY step of the way. He took the time to educate us and keep us informed on all the intricate details that happen behind the scenes when it comes to buying and selling a home.Matty literally spent hours with us on the phone and showing us potential homes that meant our specific parameters (and demands) all over Jacksonville and its surrounding areas. He deserves a medal for dealing with me and dealing with all of the crazy questions I would come up to ask him. 2022-08-24I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff Riber and ERA Heavener Realty twice for my real estate needs and can’t say enough good things about them! The first time was in selling my home. We had initially enlisted another realtor who did not generate a single offer in over a year with the property. 2021-12-15Steve Meyer was very helpful through the entire process of looking for a home. We flew into Jacksonville on a tight schedule for house hunting and because of Steve’s knowledge of the area, it saved us a lot of time. He listened to our pros and cons of houses we looked at for consideration into house hunting the following days. We narrowed our search down and was able to have an offer accepted before we left that week. My husband is in the Navy and Steve is retired Navy so he’s very familiar with the VA loan process. With us living out of state, he also was helpful providing resources when we had questions or had things that needed attention. I can’t say enough about the services he provided and I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a home.

They understood exactly what we were looking for and worked hard to make it happen in a timely manner. Their communication is always clear and responsive, even when faced with a continuous stream of questions from a novice homebuyer (me).
