Phil handled an unlawful detainer for me, where I had an unwanted house guest who would not leave. I called a few other attorneys, and their fees were much higher. I liked that Phil gave me a flat rate and told me exactly what to expect. My guest wanted to draw out the proceedings by filing an answer to the eviction, but after a chat with Phil she immediately moved out. From beginning to end it took less than two weeks. I am very happy with my experience.
Phil is a wonderful attorney. I have him dealing with my evictions for a while and his turn around time is superb. He is professional, knows the law and works very hard for his clients. Its always a pleasure working with him and having him as my go-to attorney for any and all of my real estate needs.

I spoke to Philippe today regarding concerns I had with a past landlord. He was friendly, thorough and more than happy to assist me. As a tenant getting bullied by a national management company, he helped put me at ease and told me what my rights were. I would, and will, recommend him to anyone and everyone that I come in contact with that is having the same issues. Two thumbs up!!!

These eviction lawyers did a commercial eviction of one of my tenants. We got all of the rent the tenant owed and the tenant moved out before the case finished but still a good result. The lawyer fee was fair. I also used them for my commercial lease because it needed to be touched up. Highly recommend.

2021-08-27First time we used a lawyer for an eviction case on our rental property, so we did not know what to expect. Once we agreed to his flat fee, the suit was filed the next business day. No guess work, no surprises, very straight forward. Evictions can go in many directions creating anxiety. Having a professional , responsive lawyer is a small price to pay for piece of mind.
