2022-04-13Company is building a home in NE Cape next to mine and on a very windy day decided to pour concrete foundation.Due to the conditions present at the time the concrete dust and resulting overspray at from leveling was deposited all over 2 Teslas and solar panels. Consulted with several auto detailers in the area to determine best course of action to remove from cars. Ended up costing 1300.00 for both cars to remove and repair damage. Solar panels have yet to be looked at and assessed.Contacted Express to seek reimbursement for car damage. To date no one has offered to do anything other than pass blame.I wouldn’t use this company based on this let alone have faith that the house was built correctly.

2021-09-21I couldn’t imagine a worse experience than I have had since I began working with this company. They have missed every deadline, consistently told us they would complete tasks that never get done. I can’t even express how terrible it is dealing with these guys. If you do make the mistake of using this company record every conversation you have with them especially the builder updates because the story changes every time you talk to them then they will claim they never said it. My family and I were so excited when we first sign up 10 months ago. The house still isn’t finished, they have moved our closing date half a dozen times and they can’t get the house passed inspections. Dishonest, unprofessional, untrustworthy.

2021-07-30Update: After the initial few weeks working with these guys has gotten terrible. The communication is the worst of any company I’ve dealt with. We were consistently told we were on schedule with no issues. We were supposed to close 2 weeks ago now the day we are 2 months behind. I feel like they have been lying to us this entire time. I no longer have any trust in this company. The “weekly” updates from the builder are just him telling us all the things they are not doing and him trying to explain why the house has sat for months with barely any progress. Now they just get snappy when we ask when the place will be done like it’s not our place to ask. I can’t express how disappointed I am with how this whole process has went.Javier and the 2 Mikes have been great through this process so far. We are first time home buyer and have a lot of questions and they had no problem explaining the process and answering all of our questions. Great team. Will update after move in.

2021-03-14Extremely nice people to deal with, both Michaels there are very helpful. Looking forward to purchasing a newly built home from them. Finally closed on the new home, I would like to thank the building superintendent Levi he was awesome with everything, even after the closing he was extremely helpful with whatever questions we had. He had helped with some small details about getting some items corrected. Warranty department very good. Did not have a good experience with the title company there at closing. Wished it was more pleasant, it was like heres your papers goodbye, while others were getting photos and plants.They were not helpful in resolving a minor detail with an overpayment, they said to take it up with the insurance company or lender. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them, just maybe choose a different title company to deal with.

2019-08-22The staff here have been phenomenal in helping me purchase my first home. Mike was very eager to help us find a house that we love, and even continued to answer my questions after we had moved on to working with the lender. Cindi has also been absolutely wonderful, and has made this process so much easier. She has constantly kept me in the loop with phone calls and emails, and is always able to answer my questions and get back to me immediately. Throughout the building process of our house, I also got weekly calls with updates on how everything was going. I cannot recommend them enough, and Im so glad that we were able to work with them through this stressful process.

2020-09-16We built our home with them, because we loved the model, out house only has one year and has a walls broken for water leaks in the bathroom.Paver never were installed correctly, all the house has a terrible finish.The warranty Department is the most dishonest ever.They wait until warranty expires, and said, “The warranty expired”No professional at allThe warranty supervisor never answer calls or messages.Terrible company.

2018-11-23Express Homes is currently building a home right across the street in front of my home. They are responsible for the port-a-potty that was delivered to their worksite on 11-17-18. When it was delivered, It was not placed with care. It destroyed my mailbox. We first called the Allied portable company and they got the name of driver who delivered and said manager would call me back. I never received a call from them. I called Express Homes left a message twice, finally received a call back on the 3rd day. Mike appologized and said he would send the superintendent of the project to fix it right away. This is now a week later and I still have not been able to receive mail. This company’s sign says they are all about safety. Right!! They don’t care about safety or other people’s property when building. I would rate a zero star if I could.

2019-09-10My fiancé, our realtor and I went to Express to look into purchasing our first home.The man (too bad I forgot his name) at the front, truly didn’t give us the time of day. He didn’t show us any models and was uninterested in providing us more information because we didn’t have a large down payment....... well awkward for him our next stop that day was LGI Homes where we began the closing process SAME DAY on our new house! We have been living in our new build home for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier! Thank God that Whats His Face didn’t care to help us :)

2019-12-20Cape coral is Such a quiet place, cant wait to go back there... everytime my husband and I go there, we always have a blast, D.R. Horton homes are great, were currently working with them, theyre a great company.

2019-10-12Bought home here! Landscaping services deplorable!! Fountain been out for 2 weeks, no management around!! Cut lawn blow mulch and on to lanai! Dead trees in pool area! Magnolia Landing
