No matter how complicated the customer, FastSigns always does it right. I was the intermediary between my complicated customer and FastSigns. The finished address signs and building signs came out perfect. I wouldnt use anyone but Jim at my local Pembroke Pines location for signage.
What I love about working with Fast Signs, Pembroke Pines, is that they are dedicated to high quality work and customer satisfaction. STAY AWAY!! I Cant give 0 Stars so I rate them 1 star. The Sign they were about to apply to my car didnt match the color swatch AT ALL and they tried to charge me $30 for changing 1 word and they hadnt even applied anything. horrible Horrible HORRIBLE customer service! The Manager that did my estimate was totally Un-Helpful Un-Interested and acts like he doesnt want to be there and he acts like he has a chip on his Shoulder and I even brought him a sandwich from KFC to cheer him up and he still had a nasty attitude So I went with ANOTHER SIGN SHOP cause I HATE being treated Nasty for no reason and Im TOTALLY PLEASED with The Service, price and Work cause it looks Waaay Better than what FAST SIGNS was going to apply. This is an excellent choice for small or big business signs. the front desk guy who was the assistant manager actually downloaded a font for me to use for my kids party. really knowledgeable and helpful. would definitely recommend

2020-12-09Heres a detailed version of my experience:I chose this location over the location near where I live because Ive used this location before and this location responded to my inquiry email in about an hour while another franchise closest to me took almost a full working day. Fast and thorough follow up!The graphic designer at this location has done an excellent, intuitive, and time-saving job with with a fast turnaround (having seen the final graphic of the handheld plastic corrugated sign I ordered).They used their own creativity and intuition combined with my suggested words and ideas for graphics to create something eye catching and thoughtful without me having to waste possibly hours trying to create a rough visual concept for them to go off of.My message for the sign would be considered by many people polarizing, but this Fastsigns and the designer maintained the utmost professionalism and did as excellent a job for me as they would do for anyone else.I would absolutely use this place again and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch customer service combined with clever and intuitive creativity that can make bringing visual concepts to life easier and more elegant.Its worth the trip even if you live far away.I reached out on a Monday afternoon, and it will be ready on a Wednesday afternoon.If youre considering different print shops, definitely give these guys a try Im confident you wont regret it.
