2021-07-26This is my third home purchase and it is vividly clear to me that the success or failure of a real-estate transaction depends in great part on the experience and expertise of the sales person. Char Anderson demonstrated the highest level of professionalism during each phase of my home selling experience. From the very start of the selling process to the completion there of, she patiently pointed out everything I needed to know in simple terms. In addition to guiding me through the maze of paperwork, she help me prepare the house for showing. If I should require future assistance from a realtor, you can bet I’m calling Char.

2021-04-14We worked with Char to buy our home several years ago and to sell it recently. Both experiences were wonderful! She makes the process as easy and stress free as possible. Char is very professional and makes sure she keeps her clients up to date on what is going on throughout everything. She has a great sense of humor and helps you keep a positive outlook even when things are really stressful. Would definitely recommend!

2018-06-12If you are looking for a property management company to manage your property DONT USE FIRESIDE REAL ESTATE, their responds time to getting back with you is 3-5 business days with issues that need attending to and they do nothing in a timely fashion. My Mom has 3 issues and all 3 issues have taken a week or longer to resolve. As per the owner Char these were not emergency and didnt need immediate attention well non working toilet, non working electrical in kitchen and the alarm going off and we were ask to be patient and being patient meant waiting. I really could go on and on but I wont. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They have a lot to learn about property management and customer relationship. Thank you
