2022-05-04Laurie Anderson is wonderful! She really helped us find a place after looking for several weeks on our own and not happy with what we had seen. Laurie is personable, helpful, willing to go the extra mile to find out what your needs are and to help you secure a nice home. I am going to keep Lauries info for my next purchase and when my friends ask me what real estate agent did you use, I will give them Lauries info. Thank you Laurie for your hard work and efforts. 2022-07-02Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone in the office after signing your lease. Move in day and the house was never cleaned, furniture and decor still on the walls, no garage door opener ect. Tried to call at 2pm to address this with our contact Jolene, never heard back. Glad I didnt have a truck waiting on move in. My husband and I had to spend over 2 hours cleaning. I doubt they even look or inspect the property. Completely hands off except when youre paying them the 2k a month in rent. Completely unsatisfied with Jolene and her complete lack of attention.

2017-10-17We enjoy the service a lot. It started already before we became renters. It was quite difficult to arrange a rental home from abroad. We have applied to 50+ homes and got 2 responses. One of those was Astrid who took us serious from the beginning. Nick helped with all the paperwork from abroad at that time. That was the start of working with First in Tampa Bay. Now Astrid, Jolene and Nick are helping us. When we have a question there is always a quick honest response.Typical example. After Irma past us, we got a visit from Astrid to check up on us and the house. I highly recommend them.
