Housing in general can be stressful and having the right people or company can make a big difference in easing and/or eliminating the stress. I sold my house using my families preferred realtor and thought I was all set. The buyer wanted to close faster than I anticipated and I was on the verge of being homeless. As I scrambled to look for a place, I came into contact with Daniel Coombs who helped guide me along the way. Daniel, despite having other clients to tend to made sure to keep in constant communication with me as I attempted to secure a rental agreement. Daniel provided detailed information and step by step instructions to make things easier for me. As most of us know, when we are stressed we tend to lose focus; Daniel and his team made this next chapter in my life a much more smooth transition. In less than two weeks I am happy to be in my new place. Thank you.
I met Paula Dale with Florida Real Estate & Land Co by chance when looking for a house to rent. Paula was so helpful, had a warm and welcoming personality and went out of her way to assist our new family. We decided not to rent and take the plunge into buying a house. As property managers, I was always provided prompt customer service when needed, along with expert advice when work was required on the property. This attention to detail continued when I decided to sell my property. Daniel and team took their time to help me prepare my house for sale, provided proper analytics, and always kept me updated once the house was under contract. She did a wonderful job of keeping us informed about the process, she set our expectations and if at any time something changed she made sure that we were aware. 2016-10-24Paula was amazing! Helped me find something I loved and didnt waste any of my time. I was in Orlando just for 2 days and I was able to seal the deal on something in that much time with her help. She helped myself and another 30 relocated employees in my company find homes here and everyone was blown away by her level of service and care; before, during and after the process. Paula was very knowledgeable, friendly, and you could tell she enjoyed what she did. I would definitely recommend her!

2016-08-09When it came to the sale of our house in Orlando, Daniel Coombs and Paula Dale did a superlative job of assisting us in advertising the property (the house was on the market less than 3 days before we received two full price offers) then they worked very closely with us and guided us through the many obstacles and that can confront sellers. They kept us informed during each step and they were highly responsive to any questions we had. The final result was a successful sale and we would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

2016-09-26Having recently just moved to Orlando I had the pleasure of working with Paula Dale to find an apartment prior to my move. The stress of moving is not something that I look forward to, however Paula made the transition extremely smooth and eliminated all stress and worries. Her organization, care and always being available to reach are a few of the reasons I enjoyed working with her. If you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond Paula is your girl! Provided fair rent estimate and rented my property in less than 2 weeks. Very responsive and would definitely do business with him again.
