I can highly recommend Jason as a realtor. He helped my wife and I purchase our new home recently, and he was an incredible asset throughout the process. Heres what I liked about Jason:He knows the area, and when he doesnt know something, he has a very experienced team to help. He was able to save us tens of thousands on our bid in a VERY competitive 2020, based on his knowledge of pricing.He is RESPONSIVE. We have dealt with other realtors in the past who would take days to return a call. If he didnt pick up right away, he was usually back to us within the hour.He is proactive. I’ve worked with Jason on a few rentals in the past year. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the Fort Lauderdale area and extremely prompt about getting in touch with the other side. Jason went above and beyond in delivering on my recent apartment rental in downtown Fort Lauderdale. In a situation where I was out of the state, Jason worked with me across the country to not only narrow my apartment options, but he scheduled multiple appointments for me so that the DAY I returned to South Florida I was able to tour 4 complexes and lock in my dream apartment. 2022-02-18I would recommend Jason to my own family that is how amazing he was able to take care of us. I’ve never met an agent so focused on not only his customers need but also their wants. We needed to find a place ASAP. In less than a week he found us multiple options that had all our requirements. We found our perfect house. The paperwork was very simple and straightforward. 2022-01-16Jason rented out my apartment in one day. We have a bulletin board in our complex and frankly there are no apartments for rent. I could’ve done this on my own and got responses but I wanted to use a professional. Jason followed my instructions to the tee. We rented at a solid price. His knowledge and use of technology also come in handy especially in this day and age. Thumbs up for Jason.

2021-10-13Jason has been super helpful through the entire home buying process. I started my search with Jason in person in Fort Lauderdale and he got a sense for what I was looking for. We continued my search as I was out of town. It was such a relief to have Jason in person at all the showings I wanted to see. He was available night and day to tour houses and discuss offers we had made. Given the extremely competitive market this was key. He was the first person in to see the house I landed and I credit the deal to that! He also has great connections with local lenders that make the process seamless.

Simply stated, Jason is one of the hardest working, most ethical realtors and business people that I have ever had the pleasure to work with.Jason is a marketing “genius”, using creative methods like drone views of the building, blasts on various web sites such as the internal building site, and additional cutting-edge technology to get the aJason was also a great advisor in terms of sales price, advised me on how to best prepare my unit for buyer visits, and more. He really went the extra mile for me, as he does for all his clients. He always made it a practice to come to my apartment in advance of a visit, to make sure everything looked good for the visit.I highly recommend Jason if you want a realtor that will work hard not only getting the right buyer and price, he also helped me find another home away from home after the sale.

2021-06-04We recently moved from Virginia to Fort Lauderdale. We knew which building we wanted to move into but we were not sure if we would buy or rent. Jason was great in helping us exploring different options, We finally put a contract on a rental property where we physically didn’t even see the apartment. We trusted Jason to make the call on our behalf. He took care of everything for us including the walk-through and getting the Keys. We are supper happy with our new apartment and the choice we made. 2021-02-11I recently purchased a home in Fort Lauderdale using Jason as my realtor. I found him online after reading several positive reviews. I found him to be knowledgable about the properties I was pursuing and he provided pricing guidance through real observable comps. I was able to use that information with the comps I gathered and came to a conclusion on price. He stayed on top of the process with constant communication. The information he conveyed was accurate and when he did not know something he found out (and it was correct). I would recommend Jason for anyone looking for a home.
