Wonderful stay. Just what we wanted for a relaxing stay in the Ft Lauderdale area. Beautiful home with a fabulous pool. Could not have been cleaner plus it’s clear someone with real talent decorated this beautiful house. Neighborhood was great and folks were very friendly when we met while walking. Room to ride our bikes and walk to Wilton Manors townsite quick and easy for an ice cream. Owners were a pleasure to deal with - very responsive. Will book again soon!!
Dave and Fort Lauderdale Stays helped make our vacation a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Our house exceeded expectations and is even nicer then the pictures online show. An absolutely beautiful home and setting. The house with 3-1/2 baths is perfect for three couples, giving each bedroom its own bath. The kitchen is ultra modern with built in fridge and microwave. Two dish washers make clean up so easy. The heated pool overlooking the waterway is stunning. About a 20 minute walk through a beautiful neighborhood to get to the Drive. Close to grocery store and a mom & pop Italian restaurant around the corner. If you are looking for the ideal perfect rental, this is it!
This is the best villa, I have ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a far few!! Everything you could possibly need is there for your use. It is in an amazing location, decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. Would absolutely recommend Fort Lauderdale Stays and Martel House!!
We booked this house for April vacation (school vacation week 2022 at the Floridian). The house was incredibly clean and had all the appointments needed for a week away including beach stuff, pool stuff, anything you need for eating / drinking, laundry, an office area etc.. etc.. it’s a fully setup house! The property managers were very responsive and even got us a child gate, pack and play and high chair for us to use during our stay (including a little sheet for the pack and play). We have a 18 month old so one thing I missed form the images was a small step down into the tv area and the proximity of the pool deck to the canal, we were easily able to block these areas off though with the ample amount of furniture in the house so our little one had no problems falling down in these areas, he even learned how to get up and down the step to the tv area safely during our trip!! Also the pool is absolutely perfect for a toddler (and adults), it has plenty of shady areas in the morning (since its an L shape) but has sunny spots you can relax on a pool float when your toddler is down for a nap, additionally it has this area when you walk into the pool thats shallow enough for a 1-2 year old to hang out by themselves which our little one LOVED! The location is a little further from the beach than I thought, and it was only really an issue during rush hour though coming back from the beach, so we adjusted when we left the beach after our first afternoon heading back to the house. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again!Thank you for a great trip!
The folks at Fort Lauderdale Stays are great hosts. Communicate efficiently and effectively and are very helpful. Places are always in great shape and clean. Will always try and rent from them when in Fort Lauderdale!
This house was above and beyond what we expected. From the amazing amenities, to the luxurious pool and tiki bar, to the comforable beds or world class kitchen and living room combo, the tydes inn had everything a guest could need. We had an amazing time, and felt prepared for any occasuon thanks to David and the hosts. I would and have recommended this house to several people already, and would highly suggest booking your stay here regardless of your desired travel plans.
Just had a fantastic stay at the Pineapple Paradise rental! I’ve rented houses/villas/apartments in many countries/states and I have never encountered such wonderful hosts as David and Steve. They literally think of everything one would need at a vacation rental and only supply the best natural/organic products. The rental was sanitized, spotless, and in great condition. Any questions or minor issues were addressed immediately. We’re already thinking about our next stay and we literally got home an hour ago!
Havana House provided the perfect respite for our family from both Covid-19 and the Midwestern winter. We enjoyed the house but loved the backyard where we swam in the pool, paddled the canoes, hosted friends socially distanced in the Polynesian hut and visited with the friendly iguanas, ducks and turtles. Both David at Fort Lauderdale Stays and Property Manager Leo couldnt have been more helpful and supportive as our family spent a month e-learning, remote working and simply escaping the pandemic. We would definitely be interested in returning next year.
We had the pleasure to stay at Serenity house for 12 days, and we felt completely at home. As I live overseas and my sons are in the US, we usually do this trip once a year. I have to say that the house is even better than in pictures, everything is extremely organized, David was very easy to communicate and the whole experience was just wonderful. We will definitely come back to Serenity Place. FULLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you.
This vacation rental was absolutely fantastic! It was very clean and a very peaceful retreat! Everything was just perfect for our visit. The backyard and private pool were beautiful and it was very relaxing! It was a pleasure to meet David during our stay, he made sure that we were happy and enjoying our time in Ft. Lauderdale. We will definitely consider staying here again!
After spending a week at the Avenue One property we are definitely going to be back. The property is gorgeous. This was our second stay at a Ft. Lauderdale Stays, Inc property. There cannot possibly be a better company to rent a vacation home from. They have thought of every detail, every amenity, and every “comfort of home” to make the stay absolutely fantastic.Avenue One has a beautiful backyard with a fantastic pool and spa. We had the best weather all week long (I’m pretty sure Ft. Lauderdale Stays doesn’t control the weather but if they could it would have been the weather we had all week!) We were in the pool for hours every day and the spa every night.
If its available, highly recommend booking a stay here. The small details add up and become the big things. They had everything covered and more. Great spot for quiet getaway and a short jaunt from the action.
We stayed for 2 months as a work/vacation combination while we worked remotely due to covid. The house was recently renovated so everything is new and in great condition. We cooked almost every night and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom bed is VERY comfortable with high tread count sheets, black out blinds, and quality pillows. (We didn’t use the other bedrooms) There are plenty of towels for the beach and bathrooms and water pressure in the showers is very good. The entire space is open, light, modern and comfortable. The pool is outstanding and well heated for cool days. Any minor questions or issues were responded to immedialty by David the property manager who is both friendly and professional. This is an outstanding property in a quiet, walkable neighborhood and is an easy drive to grocery stores and beach. I was exactly what we needed.
We came for a family reunion and had an amazing time in the Martell! The house is exactly as described with spacious rooms and beautiful pool sunsets. The house is spotless clean with all the facilities any family would need for a rental especially in the kitchen! The location is central & neighbourhood super safe. David was extremely helpful & came by for a quick hello! I highly recommend this house and we look forward to future stays!

This house we stayed at was amazing. The hosts thought of everything. Beds were comfy, everything very clean and plenty of essential supplies (even starting water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after a long drive). They really create and maintain beautiful properties.I also want to highlight the communication from the hosts - it was brilliant. You can tell they really care both about their houses being super comfortable and about their guests. They won’t leave you with an issue and will work with you to make your stay super enjoyable. Would 100% stay with them again over anywhere else. David: maybe you can open a few houses in Northeast? :)
Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants! Home was well represented in pictures with an open floor plan and modern touches which made the space inviting.David and team was very communicative throughout our stay. Loved the unexpected welcome package with thoughtful goodies for everyone including our children.We look forward to being guests again.
This is a great vacation rental! We staid at the Sunny Daze house for almost three weeks and loved the house. Everything is as if it had been completely renovated just a few months ago - new furniture, new kitchen & appliances, new bathrooms, etc. Everything was of consistently high quality, very clean, comfortable and well laid out. The outdoors equally had been recently updated with beautiful new landscaping installed, a lovely pool and what appears to be new pool equipment and AC unit. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we never heard any noise. There is a large grocery store just 2 minutes away, and several other stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc.) within 10 minutes. We would stay here again anytime without hesitation.
This house was amazing! It had it all. It was so quiet, and felt like we were on a private vacation. Had every amenity we could’ve asked for. We enjoyed the ducks in the morning, and watching the fish during the day.
Wow!!! My family and I just arrived from our 5 day trip to Fort Lauderdale and specifically stayed at Palm Terrace. From the moment I booked the reservation, I received excellent customer service from David. I did have a number of questions and David replied quickly. Once we arrived we followed Davids instructions and we were able to find and enter the home with absolutely no problems! The pictures that are posted are exactly what you find when you walk into the home. The home is spacious and was the perfect size and accommodated our large family nicely. The home is nicely decorated and is stocked with towels, beach towels, and more than enough bed sheets and blankets.The home also comes well equipped with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, condiments, restroom items, as well as cleaning and detergent for the the washer and dryer. It all came in very handy! We were very happy with the home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic and the kids had a blast. We had a number of nights that we stayed in and cooked hamburgers and hot dogs on the bbq and enjoyed the beautiful tropical lush green back yard. We definitely recommend the home to a family wishing to stay at a wonderful home with attentive hosts. Believe me, we did our homework and looked at several ( and I mean several) homes but this home had all the amenities we were looking for at an affordable price! Thanks again David & Steve for your gracious hospitality and for the use of your lovely home.
So sadly the week we came it was very cloudy and rainy so we couldn’t really go out and do anything, but the house had so many hidden treasures like board games and the pool and hot tub. It honestly made our rainy week fun. I had a blast!! The bathroom in the Kings room and honestly the entire house exceeds the pictures and is completely gorgeous. This house made me wanna move to Florida. I would honestly stay again.
Beautiful, peaceful home. Great location - short drive to restaurants, beaches, stores. House is immaculate and has all the modern conveniences as you would in your own home. We felt very safe in the home and neighborhood. Backyard area is perfect to lounge around and read a book, cook a great BBQ dinner or float in the warm pool. The house was extremely clean - all furniture was new and comfortable. Property Managers were easy to reach, and very helpful and efficient. We would highly recommend this home to rent. We will definitely return as soon as we can!
My wife and I had the privilege of spending two months at this wonderful house hosted by Ft Lauderdale Stays. The entire place was designed and well thought out to make our stay enjoyable as it was. The Landscaping and Pool/Jacuzzi area was our favorite. It really creates an oasis like none other! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of home supplies (towels, sheets, dishes, cleaning supplies etc). If we had any questions or needed anything at all, David from FT Lauderdale Stays was very responsive. I have stayed a lot of rentals and air bnbs and I have to say that Ft Lauderdale Stays has their act together like no other! Highly recommend them! Thank you David and the team for allowing my wife and I to have an experience we will always remember!
My husband and I enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Bungalow. It was the perfect place for us to “social distance”, relax and remote work. The home was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Beds and pillows were in good shape. It would have been nice to have a small desk or dining table to work on but we managed okay with the comfortable chairs, barstools and sofa. The private pool was AMAZING and backyard was very lush and private with nice lounge chairs. We enjoyed having coffee on the enclosed, climate-controlled patio in the mornings. The covered carport was nice and kept the car cool on hot summer days. This part of Wilton Manors is a quiet but eclectic community with a trendy vibe. We loved it. Great local restaurants (we recommend Rosie’s within walking distance). We had no reason to contact the property management company because everything was perfect so I can’t rate their responsiveness but, based on the attention to detail we experienced, I’m sure they would have corrected any issues promptly. We would definitely stay here again.
We are a family of 5, who have had 17 nights in this lovely house Serenity place in Fort Lauderdale. It is a totally clean, spacious and well equipped house, which is located close to everything we have needed. It is lovely decorated in a modern, warm and elegant way. It even smells so good here (with the Air-wick plugged in). We have spent a lot of time in the house, and have enjoyed every moment. The pool-area is also fantastic and has been used a lot!Last but not least; Steve and David has been so helpful with everything, so we have been in very good hands both before arrival, and also if we have had questions during the stay.We would love to come back one day, and can truly recommend it to anyone who appreciates high standard and quality at a great location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Flirty Flamingo and will definitely return. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well equipped with everything you could ever need! The furniture was extremely comfortable and the beds and pillows were amazing! We loved the backyard gardens and gorgeous heated pool! The location suited us well as it was a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The property is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood! Can’t wait to come again ☀️

The Havana House was perfect for our family from four households with three small children. Its a beautiful house, open light and spacious! Close to everything, but not too close. Its an easy walk to the beach with the provided wagon and beach toys and chairs in the garage. Beautiful pool and pool floats and toys also provided in the garage. We canoed in the canal out back which borders the state park. Great Tiki Hut! The house had everything we needed and more! Thank you for the great Welcome Basket!
We had a wonderful time at Serenity Place. On arrival the house was immaculate and felt very welcoming. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.The house is fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. We had friends over for a barbecue on Sunday afternoon and hosting was super easy; that’s not something that can always be said about vacation homes. A lot of thought has gone into equipping this house.There was a very minor issue with the pool but when we called up someone was there to resolve it within an hour, which is really great service.We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend Fort Lauderdale Stays.
We had a wonderful time at the Serenity Place. Everything was perfect! After many months of shelter in place in NYC stuck in an apartment, we all needed a break, and Serenity Place was truly a blessing. We spent so much time in the amazing pool that our little one even learned how to swim on her own! The house was spotless, with the necessary appliances, and the grill worked perfectly. It felt like home (but with more space and better weather!). We will definitely come back.
We had a terrific stay in the Bungalow. The home is very comfortable and the pool/backyard is divine - very private. There are many added features like beach chairs, umbrellas, gas grill, sun porch, outdoor shower, etc. You will enjoy your stay and the hospitality Steve and David provide!
We had a wonderful time staying at this stylish and well-equipped home! We appreciated the pool floats and outdoor speakers plus all the TVs in the house. Made for fewer arguments between kids!The home is stylishly decorated and close to groceries and other supplies. It’s just a short drive to Las Olas (fun dining and shopping) and the beach too.David was quick to respond to all of my questions and requests, though there were few. As a mom, I really appreciated that a vacuum, laundry detergent, and a pack and play were available too.We had a great trip and I would absolutely rent from David and Florida Lauderdale Stays Inc again!!
We stayed at this great property at the end of August (Palm Terrace). The house is really lovely and equipped with high quality furnishings and equipment. The layout makes it a very sociable house. The outside area was amazing and very private and secure. The neighbourhood felt safe and and was well served by local shops. Our flight was cancelled because of Hurricane Dorian and David & Steve couldnt have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this property and Fort Lauderdale Stays.
Place was beautiful,impeccable, and with everything you need from kitchen utensils up to soap,shampoo and bug spray.The pool is awesome, the neighborhood is quiet, and in walking distance you have a Publix, a Dunkin Donuts for your coffee and breakfast,as well as an icecream shop and a restaurant.The beach is a 10 min drive. We are always traveling to Fort Lauderdale for vacation and The Bungalow offered a very pleasant and refreshing post Covid and much need it time with family.

We had an enjoyable stay at this property, very tropical relaxing feel in the backyard and a nice open but comfortable feel inside. The neighborhood was fairly quiet made for a nice morning or evening walk and within walking distance to the store or ice cream shop, ect.The property manager was very helpful, we ran out of propane for the grill and had another tank within 15 minutes. Id recommend a stay here!
Ft. Lauderdale Stays was the perfect rental, these folks remembered everything plus the things you didn’t even think of when renting a house. House was well-stocked w/abundance of linens, kitchen loaded with all types of dishes and glassware which was completely labeled and organized, laundry soap, pool toys and even board games.Neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and even walkable to many stores and restaurants on US1. Our family relocated during the quarantine in order to spread out, enjoy beautiful weather and a private pool. Our plan was to head back home after the month was up but it was just too nice so we extended our stay for two additional weeks and we’re sad to finally leave. The large backyard was truly our own private oasis with amazing landscaping, awesome pool, and was well-equipped with pool floats and patio furniture. We were in awe of the beautiful trees, birds and salamanders.My kids complained the WiFi was incredibly slow however I didn’t have any issues connecting everyday during my numerous video calls. We had a problem w/kitchen sink which was immediately rectified.We’re creatures of habit when we find a great opportunity therefore we’ll definitely be back!
This by far is the best Airbnb we have done. The house is wonderful and the pool is just beautiful. They had everything we could ever want or need. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is very clean.
Pineapple Paradise is truly a wonderful escape in Paradise. The Pineapple.. The expression of “welcome” surrounds you here. The Charm and welcome begins at the doorway under a beautiful foyer Pineapple .My favorite of all the pineapples here.This is a place made for rest and relaxation in all the best ways. It offers privacy and quietness in the heart of Fort Lauderdale.The accommodation for comfort is offered in all aspects.This was a staycation for us during the covid pandemic. We spent all our time here.It was like being in the islands! The Tropical Landscaping with its eye candy hanging tree orchids and lighting are Exquisite.We fished, watched ospreys, relaxed in the pool and Jacuzzi (which I have to add had the best jets ).Hats off to David and Steve! We had a great time at this house! We were 3 grownups and 3 kids and there was plenty of space. The kids (and the adults!) loved the pool and there was plenty of space for everybody to hang out. The hosts are so friendly and attentive and the house has everything you need. Short drive from Ft Lauderdale airport and grocery stores, target etc all a short drive away. Very quiet neighborhood and the house and the pool are so clean and well kept. We’ll definitely come again!
Absolutely loved this rental. Great layout, wonderful amenities etc. the pool and outdoor space is perfect. Gorgeous landscaping. Everything is in tip top shape. Comfortable beds, quality furniture, great appliances too. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!
Where do I began fabulous house. Pictures don’t do it justice. We met friends here and enjoyed the quite neighborhood. Close to Grocery and anything you need we were able to cook in the well stocked kitchen ( cookware dishes utensils) all high in, very glad to be able to eat in on occasion. Breakfast in the screened porch so great and to be able to plan our day . This house is magical with the lush gardens and wonderful pool that is totally private. Were able to meet the property mangers David and Steve . Were on top of everything we had no problems at all but were reassured if we did . This house in very good hands with them as managers. When we arrived the house was super clean ! And very inviting loved loved loved our stay here we will definitely be back . Wonderful stay if I could give more stars I would .
We stayed in this lovely Bermuda Riviera home for 2 weeks and loved it! Photos are very accurate but dont tell the whole picture. The openness of the floor plan and kitchen with huge windows to patio, pool and canal was a real bonus. The flexibility of sitting out in the sun or under the lanai porch area is also a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and grocery store all within walking distance. Beach is a quick 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Beds and linens are very comfortable, and it was great to have the master bed and bath open onto the patio! Only minor complaint is master shower design is flawed, with almost no way to avoid getting soaked and water sprayed out the door as you turn on the water. Outdoor shower is a convenient option. Washer/dryer are small relative to size of house. David and Steven were very accommodating to requests and very responsive to questions and issues. Looking forward to coming back next season for longer! Would definitely recommend this property.
The Flirty Flamingo!You want to stay here! From the moment we walked in, we didn’t want to ever leave! Everything from the decor to the open concept layout, this lovely home provides many areas to enjoy. This home was very clean and well organized, with many things appearing to be brand new. The kitchen provided several small appliances (e.g., toaster, blender, coffee maker and Keurig, kettle, food processor) and each bathroom also provided a blow dryer. If you are a family travelling with small children, don’t be deterred by the fact that there is no bathtub. We used a washcloth to cover the drain and we were able to fill the shower with a couple of inches of water no problem for our 10 month old son to enjoy splashing around.The backyard oasis is where you will want to spend your time! The landscaping and pool were beautiful to enjoy. The home also had outdoor lanterns available to use when sitting out there. Both the front and back yards were extremely private. For those who like tech, the home is outfitted with an Amazon Echo in the main room and a smart TV in the family room and each bedroom. You could record a show on the family room TV and finish watching it in one of the bedrooms if you wanted. Additional items provided in the home include a pack and play, a high chair, board games, beach chairs and a cooler.The location of this home is perfect! Wilton Manors neighbourhood is safe and beautiful. Home owners really take pride in their homes and properties. We truly enjoyed going out for walks each day and looking at all the different homes and tropical plants. The community of people here are so friendly, always passing by with a smile or a wave. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and beaches is very convenient, with the airport only being about a half hour drive away (with traffic).David and Steve were incredibly helpful during our stay, just a phone call away to answer any questions we had! It is clear how passionate they are about their rental homes and making sure people feel at ease with everything they may need while staying in a vacation home rental.We loved our stay at the Flirty Flamingo so much, we extended our 4 week stay and rented one more week at another one of their properties, the Pineapple Paradise! I have stayed in Airbnb’s around the world and this was one of my favorite properties. We stayed at Bermuda Riviera house with my parents, including my handicapped father. The location was perfect...close to grocery and restaurants. It was only a short drive to the beach. The best part is that we spent much time just enjoying the property. The outdoor space is splendid. There are many areas to lounge or dine out on the patio, both in and out of the sun. We grilled out almost every night and thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen that opened up right onto the patio. Pool water was wonderfully warm and clean. The entire property was immaculate and stocked with everything you might need for a family trip. Skip the hotel and stay here....you’ll feel right at home. I am often ready to come home after a week, but I didn’t want to leave this place!
The best way to describe Fort Lauderdale Stays, is the most luxurious high-end resorts you have ever visited which you completely have to yourself and your loved one, or your entire family.We have stayed twice with Fort Lauderdale Stays and both experiences were exceptional. The properties are immaculate, completely self-sufficient and designed for the comfort and self pampering of the guests.I would not hesitate at recommending this incredible South Florida experience. David and Steve are both attentive hosts and know their business. I can honestly say this is one of the few times where the photographs (as beautiful as they are) do not do the properties justice. The convenience, incredible amenities, and freedom of having total privacy in a five star like-resort make this the perfect choice for the discerning visitor.

The rental at Martel house was great. Very modern furnishings. Great location! House has great showers and towels. Kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Pool is very inviting with comfortable lounge chairs. Very peaceful setting on the water. I have used Florida Stays before and continue to highly recommend them!
What a wonderful stay at Blue Heron and Baby blue Heron. Everything in both homes was perfect. Clean, comfortable, beautiful. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Close to great tours and amenities. This home and location are perfect! We were 10 minutes from any destination we wanted to explore. The home is decorated well, clean, has ALL the supplies and amenities needed, and in a great neighborhood. The pool was perfect and the seating and lighting out back made for a wonderful experience both day and night. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are just what is needed. David was fabulous to work with and everything (wi-if code, tv, etc) is clearly explained. Things are labeled inside & outside for easy use. We hope to return to this home or another property managed by David.

The house was amazing: fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms with their own private bath each, a third bedroom/den with a very comfortable Futon bed and an office area for a nice atmosphere to work a couple hours when I needed. The outdoor shower area is convenient to the private swimming pool, and the outdoor dining/sitting areas are located for optimum relaxation. But nothing beats the care and attention to details provided by David and Steven, the managers of Fort Lauderdale Stays. Not a single detail was missed to provide us with a most enjoyable stay in the Fort Lauderdale area. Ill be back again real soon!
My family and I stayed at the Palm Terrace, and could not be happier with the entire experience! The house is very well furnished with a beautiful back yard. The location is close to the beach and shopping. Whenever we had questions, David was quick to respond. I would love to come back again next year!

I stayed at this fantastic rental with my husband and young son while we searched for a house to buy in the area. We couldn’t have loved it more. It was so much more comfortable than staying in corporate housing and the neighborhood was great. As “advertised,” there was a Whole Foods in walking distance, but also a ton more. Trader Joe’s is just down the street, there was a great bar where we could take our dog onto the patio, and lots of good restaurants. The grounds at the house were really well-tended—someone came to do landscaping, and clean the pool weekly. There are limes, coconuts, pineapples, and herbs on the property, not to mention the lush landscaping. And then, there are the property managers who were awesome. So responsive and friendly (we had drinks a couple of times!) Can’t recommend it enough. A quiet little oasis in a lovely neighborhood. Thanks David and Steve!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Southern Exposure, would definitely return. The space itself is great and so is the decor. The hosts attentive and responsive to all our needs. The area is very well located, quiet and safe. It was a great place to stay at, especially when we had to stay in most if not all the time!

House was so warm and inviting from the moment we stepped in the front door. Large gourmet kitchen, living room and dining room had open layout with plenty of sunshine flowing through the large windows each day. The gourmet kitchen had everything you could want or need. The backyard was to die for -- so peaceful and relaxing. The heated pool was awesome, set among a tropical garden, with a constant breeze - thought I was in the Caribbean. There were lounge chairs around the pool, outdoor patio furniture, everything you need to simply enjoy life.
We had the most amazing stay! The quality and comfort in their rental properties is unmatched. You will have everything you need here as they have thought through every detail. We really did not want to leave. Such a treat.
Am I the only person who sees all these reviews are not Havana? I stayed with my friends there for just a few days and to me if youre going to say luxury you have to improve that kitchen. I mean seriously it looks like the owner just keeps on putting lipstick on it. The house has charm but needs a really big improvement from the kitchen being first to the bathrooms and last would be the problem with noise from neighbors. The entire time there was a party going on next door and it was clear they were kids and it was a rental. This house was probably nice once upon a time but it needs to be updated. Otherwise location is good and its kept clean but its the small things that matter.

We stayed at Casa del Sol for a week. The property is exactly as described and immaculately clean! The entire house is updated and beautiful. A well stocked kitchen with new appliances and great washer, dryer. All the towels and bed linens are very nice. The pool and spa are perfect and the patio gets sun pretty much all day. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to everything Wilton manors has to offer.
I have rented 3 times from Fort Lauderdale Stays and have never been disappointed. This team continuously over delivers...from the property quality, layouts and amenities to the service if we need assistance...they are a premier organization and I will continue to rent their properties. We absolutely love this place! The cleanliness, attention to detail, welcome water and coffee were so wonderful! The accommodations provided (such as beach towels, shampoos, dishwashing and laundry detergents, etc.) made it so much easier upon our arrival. Private Tropical Luxurious Oasis!!!When we arrived at Victoria Secret’s Vacation Villa, we were prepared for the property tonot be as perfect as it seemed in the photos, as this has happened to us with other properties. I cannot stress enough how this is NOT the case with this property! Not only was it impeccably maintained, it was immaculate, every detail you could think of; was thought of for you. The crown jewel for us was the pool area. A beautiful private landscape of tropical plants and trees surrounds a pool almost the whole width of the property. It is breath taking during the day and then takes on an exotic and romantic look in the evening, as the well place garden and patio lights turn on. The property is located perfect distance to the downtown restaurant and clubs, and very close to the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet and easy to get around in. I could go on and on about this property, but I will end with this, treat yourself to a stay at this property, everyone deserves a vacation at Victoria Secret!
Every year we have traveled to Fort Lauderdale in the past 5-6 years we chose to go with Fort Lauderdale stays properties because the hosts David and Steve are very welcoming and informative. All the properties are sparkling clean, full emeneties and well maintained. I always look forward to booking my vacation for the following year on my last day of vacation. They also have a great app from your smart phone which is full of info regarding your property and gives you every opportunity to interact.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Pura Vida 100 %. The house and the pool area was clean, spaceious and comfortable.We will espesially mention David and Steve and theyr high level of professionality and service. We arrived at the same time as Hurricane Dorian was on its way towards Florida. David and Steve had provided us with a lot of water, flashlight and storm lights, in case Fort Lauderdale should loose the power etc. They even visited to make sure we were safe and comfortable. It was perfect! Quiet neighborhood you will get a good night sleep! The pool is indeed the highlight of the place, My kids loved it. My favorite place was the sun room I enjoyed the view and all the light.Easy check in, place was clean, everything we needed was available. We will sure come back!!!
My wife and I just finished our stay at 1916 Coral Gardens Drive and we were very impressed.The house is stylishly furnished and very comfortable. The furnishings and artwork are of higher quality than we have seen in most other vacation homes, and this included the linens, the towels, and right down to the cleaning products. You could tell that David had anticipated the needs of renters with many conveniences: a fully stocked and well organised kitchen, nightlights throughout the house, power bars, wifi boosters, first aid kits, helpful notes where they were appropriate, a playpen and booster seat, extra sheets and an abundance of towels, coffee for the first morning, an extra propane canister... the list goes on.The back garden and pool are clean, well gardened, quiet and private. The grill is new and was a treat to cook on.Travelling from 1916 Coral Gardens Drive to get groceries was easy - there is a Whole Foods within a 5 minute drive. The beach is about a 10 minute drive.
We have had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Martell House. From the comfortable beds to the beautiful pool and the beautiful setting we have enjoyed every minute. Only sorry weve been to busy to try the in-home massage. My teens loved kayaking to Publix for ice cream.We especially appreciated:-the house was extremely clean and felt like home-nice sheets and plentiful towels including pool towels-proximity to the beach-daily (sometimes hourly dips) in the pool-that the house was stocked with necessities like paper products and cleaning supplies-smart tvs in four rooms-lovely screened porch-David was very responsive to the few questions had about the house-great recommendations for dining /loved the appWe cant wait to come again.
Fantastic stay! The house and the grounds were beautiful! We have two small children and we spent a relaxing four days pool side. Everything we needed was here or close by. After swimming we would walk the neighborhood and meet the friendly neighbors or walk to a nearby delicious Peruvian restaurant. Can’t wait to come back!
This was an excellent home for a family of 6.The home is very easy to find. It is within 2 mins of Publix, DunkinDonuts, Walgreens, SevenEleven, etc. It is very easy to get to and from the I95, which makes you within an hour of Miami and West Palm.The home was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice. All appliances were modern and worked very well. The WIFI and TVs worked perfectly and were simple to use.Great pool area. The pool is about 32’ by 14’ and 5’ deep at its deep end. The hot tub fits 6 people. No pool and beach toys. (Note that these are our only two critiques…pretty small stuff). The poolside lounge chairs are in perfect condition. The barbeque worked perfectly. The landscaping gives wonderful privacy while not blocking out the sun. We didn’t see a neighbour all week.The Fort Lauderdale Stays app and website were excellent resources. Owners were great communicators.This home was great for our family. Put this place on your short list. Excellent value for $
We stayed at 3 Palms for 6 days and loved the experience. The house was expertly cleaned, the ammenities were fantastic. We enjoyed our visit thoroughly. So much so, we booked another property for next Spring. We loved it.
This house is a perfect gem, walkable to many restaurants and services, totally private backyard, and cosy and beautiful for a couple or single, plus a guest or two. Quiet and safe neighborhood, not too far from the beach (but who needs sand in your trunks when youve got your own pool?). And David and Steve (managers) are very responsive and attentive to their guests needs.
Casa Lola is a beautifully designed house, extremely comfortable and full of thoughtful details. Our family of six spent a week, and we could not find a single complaint. The pool is impeccable, the grill got well used, and all the nooks and crannies provided space for just hanging out. We shared a movie on the comfortable couch. Come to think of it, we could have used more plugs for all the mobile devices, but we managed w/o much trouble. A power strip might be a useful thing to pack. Lots of easy food (and other) shopping close by. And the beach scene is a short drive away. Actually, being back from the beach is an advantage -- much quieter and less frantic. But parking at the beach is a nuisance. We would happily return.
Harbor Haven is a wonderful location. Walk to everything except a supermarket. David and Steve make sure the apartment has every convenience you have at home. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture. They respond quickly if you need them. We had a few silly situations and did not know who to adk. They responded immediately . My one complaint is its a full dize bed on a queen frame. Would be nice to have queen mattress. Plenty of towels including Pool/beach towels , laundry in bldg bring quarters. Most guests are repeat seasonal renters. They r like family. Very friendly. Thank you David and steve see you next year.

All I have to say is look no further when you are searching for a place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. I was so lucky to have found Casa Del Sol. What an amazing home and find this was. David and Steve were amazing and answered all my questions right away. The house is gorgeous. The pictures do it justice BUT you have to see it for yourself. It has EVERYTHING you would need to make your vacation top notch. From the beautiful heated pool, to the gorgeous huge kitchen (that has everything one would need to eat, cook, or bake), to the bedrooms that are so comfortable (three bedrooms with each containing a comfy bed). The bathrooms have all that you would need as well. from towels, to soaps/shampoos and amenities. Then the living room is extremely comfortable with a big screen tv with all the channels one would need. You really never ever have to leave this place. It has everything. Plus it is so close to shopping, restaurants and bars. This truly is an incredible find. David and Steve made is so easy with their app (so easy to download) making check in so simple, adding all the information needed for the house, as well as being able to get in touch with them if need be by the press of a button. After looking at so many different homes to choose from, the one by far out beats them all....for the price and all that you get it really is an incredible package. I have been working with David and Steven for just over one year. They have been so helpful in taking me from square one to multiple 5 stars rating on my vacation rental. They have impressed me numerous times with the effective marketing, efficient management and very importantly their honestly. I interviewed a number of property managers before selecting them, it was obvious that their services were high quality and that they had a sense of how I wanted to market my home. We stayed at 1701 W Las Olas Blvd. It was wonderful. The setting was nice and restful. The house was beautiful and fully supplied with soap, toilet paper, dishwasher and washing detergents. There were beach towels and floats. We saved so much money by not having to buy all the extras. It was easy to get to places, but far enough from all the spring break craziness. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!
Having to travel often for business I decided to have a staycation so I could relax. Not wanting to be in yet another hotel I looked for alternatives.When I came across the Fort Lauderdale Stays site I was immediately impressed with the ease of use and available inventory. Plenty of room and well kept home that was the ideal spot for our group (3 siblings, 1 spouse, and a dog) to stay. Pool was perfectly positioned in the sun with shady & sunny spots on the deck. Would absolutely stay here again!

I cannot recommend this place enough! We stayed at Casa del Sol in Wilton Manors. The area is nice and quiet, the backyard with pool and spa is brilliant and the house is very well equipped. Normally when we rent houses on vacations there is always one or two things that about, but this stay has been flawless!
We enjoyed a 4-night stay in the relaxing and comfortable settings of this beautiful house, located in a cul-de-sac and with the river right next to the garden and pool. It is obvious that the owners have spent considerable effort to decorate and furnish the estate, and there is no shortage of amenities.The hosts are very accomodating and attentive.Truly recommended.

2022-06-09We spent weekends as a family searching for a place to stay whilst in FL and prices were high low and outrageous.We initially thought Avenue One was more than we wanted to pay, but was absolutely worth it.From the moment I contacted the team, to making the payments I knew I was dealing with fair, honest and reputable people.We had plenty of communications throughout up until day of arrival.We turned left onto the street on our arrival day and my wife and I looked at the houses in the street and we were to say a little concerned. We then pulled onto the driveway and accessed the house.Wow it was and is amazing.The space is modern, has every gadget and gizmo as well as 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges, no electric kettle though (it’s an English thing).We had a couple of housekeeping issues re the hot tub, Leo was around and sorted so quickly and proficiently.So in summing up, you get what you pay for and don’t judge a book by its cover.Would I return 100%,would I recommend 100%do I think what we have been charged is fair and equitable 100%Absolutely 5* review for everything,Just get an electric kettle for the English!!

2022-03-25Coconut Cottage is a relaxing oasis. The home is centrally located for entertainment yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood for privacy and retreat. The house is immaculately kept and is well appointed with nicer furnishings than a typical rental. We look forward to returning here and relaxing by the pool!

2022-04-12We had a wonderful 4 week stay in Modern Luxury. The name says it all. The house is beautiful, well appointed, in a quiet location. Did I mention the pool was wonderful? Everything you need for a great vacation. This is the second time we have rented from Fort Lauderdale Stays. David and Steve have excellent attention to detail, high standards for the homes they rent, and are professional and nice to deal with. You can not go wrong. We will be back next year!

2022-04-24From the moment we walked into the Martell House we knew we were going to have a relaxing week to celebrate my Birthday and our Anniversary. We had selected this home very carefully and after having a really bad experience with a VRBO property not far away for so much more per night. The Martell House is spotless! Nothing is broken, nothing is on the cheap. The deck was a welcome treat in the morning for breakfast and coffee and we honestly were so comfortable here we only left the house for dinner. We took advantage of Davids referral and treated ourselves to an in-house message with Vanessa. She is amazing and we hope to see her again. We tried 2 restaurants also recommended on the app: Eddie Vs was just about the best meal I have ever had. Dress is sporty, fancy, the staff is A+ and the seafood is amazing. We also tried Cafe Vico which we would not recommend. The Martell House has everything you will need for a great, peaceful and relaxing stay. The home is very quiet and has everything you will need to cook meals, which we did. I am already looking forward to renting another home offered by Ft. Lauderdale Stays. 2021-06-10Renting through Fort Lauderdale Stays has been a great experience for us. We have stayed at Sunny Daze twice - a beautiful house. We spent most of our time in either the heated salt water pool or the screened front porch. The house had everything we needed - a fully stocked kitchen, new linens, comfortable furniture and smart TVs in each room. Steve and David were extremely responsive the one time we called them. We had 2 totally stress-free vacations at Sunny Daze - and cant wait to return.

2022-05-21The Pineapple Paradise did not disappoint! The house was well maintained and accurately presented online. Upon arrival, the home was very welcoming with lights on and music playing. The Pineapple Paradise is in a neighborhood, but once you enter the home, you would never know that you had any neighbors as the outdoor living area, pool and canal are very quiet and private. The highlight of the trip for me was the wildlife present at this home. We spied a raccoon several times on the bank of the opposite side of the canal, a manatee made a quick appearance right by the dock, various sightings of turtles and birds, several iguanas popped in to check us out and pose for pictures and the curly tailed lizards were super fun to watch! If wildlife isnt your thing, these friends were not intrusive at all. Fort Lauderdale Stays has a true gem with the Pineapple Paradise!

2022-05-11Another amazing vacation hosted by Fort Lauderdale Stays. This was my second time as a guest and once again David and Steve delivered a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing experience. The property exceeded our expectations. It’s well appointed, beautifully decorated and super clean. We spent most of our time in the pool. I can’t wait for my next visit!

2022-02-04The first thing I want to say is WOW! We are so happy with our stay at Sunset Cove. The house is even nicer than the website photos and we couldnt believe how well provisioned it is. Every appliance, dish, pot etc. Is here! When we had a question it was dealt with immediately.On top of all that, each bedroom is beautiful and very comfortable. And the back yard is like being in paradise. Sitting by the pool or on the dock is so relaxing. And waking up to view the water and palm trees is pretty special too.All in all, I cant imagine anyone not enjoying their stay here. Cant wait to do it again.

2021-12-06I have stayed in many other homes in the Fort Lauderdale. However, I have never stayed at the Fort Lauderdale stay home. The home was exactly what was listed on vrbo, it was immaculate, clean, great location and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was welcoming, comfortable and above all felt homey. It is certain that the owners are paying attention to details and are focusing on their guest enjoying their stay, from the welcome note at the door, the heated and well filtered pool and the use of cleaning products that protects the environment. One of the best homes…I have stayed in hands down. Job well done….Bravo!!!

2021-11-28One of our favorite home rentals ever! The house was extremely clean, newer furniture, beautifully decorated, and every detail was thought of. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need, there were plenty of towels and even soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable too. Honestly, I cannot think of one thing wrong with the house! The backyard was just as amazing. The pool was beautiful and clean and the landscaping made the area seem like an oasis! It was so relaxing, and we especially loved sitting out there each morning drinking our coffee.The outdoor furniture was in pristine condition and it was nice having an area by the pool and also a little side private sitting area. And we really appreciated being able to bring our dog. He had a great time too! Thank you and we will no doubt be renting here again the next time we return to the area!
