2022-05-09Hi guys! Be careful with this agency!!! I received an apartment not suitable for living. April 14, 2022 I rented an apartment on the 26th floor. From FORTUNE INTERNATIONAL REALTY , landlord is SHETLAND INVESTMENTS LLC , WITH AGENT YACKELINE LIDERMAN . April 15, I realized that the water heater is not working. I started emailing and calling SHETLAND INVESTMENTS LLC. to all my requests to fix the hiter and other minor problems, such as broken toilet cisterns in both bathrooms, a faulty refrigerator filter, and a broken blind mechanism. For all my requests, they simply lied to me that plumber had already left, that he would come before the end of the day or call to make an appointment. After 2 weeks, the plumber really came, looked at something else and left. Its been another 2 weeks now, and the lanlords office isnt answering my calls or emails. To my legitimate request to return to me all the money that I paid for 3 months, they replied that I can leave the apartment only if I also pay a penalty fee of $ 7500. Be careful and choose some other house to live in.

2021-05-31It is now 5:54 AM on May 31, 2021. Your burglar alarm has been making noise intermittently since approximately midnight. I have neither seen nor heard anyone respond. I even walked downstairs to check if it was someones car and it wasnt, it was your buildings alarm. Children and people were unable to sleep. Also, something to be concerned about, is that if it was going off this long without response, then (1) your alarm doesnt alert police to respond, (2) it doesnt alert your employees or staff to respond, and (3) certainly wont deter burglars if it doesnt bring anyone to respond. In essence, your alarms deterrence is to annoy burglars instead of bringing police. You may want to invest in a new one.

2018-05-20Bianca Silva is the sellers agent for the property at 1450 Brickell Bay Drive that we attempted to rent recently. We placed an offer on this apartment with clear indication to her that we were on a short notice to move. She was unreachable on the date of our planned viewing of the condo. She witheld information for several days that caused a significant delay in our apartment search knowing full well we were on a tight schedule. She ignored multiple calls and emails about the property from our agent. She embodies much of what is so common with realtors here in Miami - lack of professionalism.
