After living in the downtown Tampa area for the past couple of years we knew we wanted to eventually buy our first home but had no idea where to start. Chandler was super helpful in first helping us determine the areas we would want to consider and would be a best fit for us. He took us around a couple areas on a Saturday afternoon and it was very apparent he had been well versed around Tampa and knowledgeable about the current state of the housing market. Every time we requested to see a home Chandler was quick to response and always set up a time which was flexible and conducive to our schedule. Even when he was not available, he made sure a colleague was at the ready.We looked at about 10 hours prior to finding one we wanted to close on. During the inspection period, Chandler walked us through everything the inspector noted and was quick to be open and honest regarding the report that was returned. After we ended up walking away from the first house, we were a low spirited; however, less than a week later Chandler was able to get us a showing at what is now our home! The flexibility, professionalism, and personal touch of the buying process with him and FAR were more than what we could have hoped for and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Tampa area (especially Seminole Heights)!

I met Chandler Thompson of FA Realty at an open house that he was hosting, and I was just casually looking at buying a house but wasn’t in a rush.Chandler was super friendly and helped me answer all my questions even though I wasn’t yet convinced I wanted to buy. He took me to local showings and helped me figure out the Tampa area and what I actually wanted, even though I wasn’t committed. By the end, he helped me come to realize a condo would be a perfect fit for me which wasn’t at all what I was thinking about originally.One weekend I saw a condo I absolutely fell in love with that already had an offer. Chandler is a very nice, laid back, knowledgeable realtor. He knows the Seminole heights and surrounding areas very well. He is very thoughtful for first time home buyers. He asks a lot of questions and always is trying to help you find what you want.At times, it would be a bit difficult to get his genuine opinion because he does not want to influence your decision making.He did everything he could do to help us get the house we now own and love. Communication could’ve been a bit better. It is often difficult to try to convey and relay information through texts. The only critique we have of his communication is that we wished he was more direct at times.He is very well connected and is able to provide a lot of resources in the area. He is very quick in the home buying process ie getting quotes from contractors.Would recommend Chandler to anyone looking for a house in the heights area !

The owner of this business located my phone number once I removed my listing from the MLS and postured it as if we have a relationship, was following up on something I requested and stated he had a showing in line for my house. All lies. This is predatory, completely dishonest, stalking and professional misconduct. Then claims this review is fake to try and divert the reader away. If you have a listing on MLS that you remove, you can expect to get a text from him.

Working with Marino gave me a better perspective on realtors altogether. Simply put I was very excited to buy a home. Ended up getting in a bidding war and was willing to pay more for the house then it was listed for. He then advised me to walk Because he didn’t think the home was worth more than asking ... I found this ironic because most realtors would have been licking their chops in order to make a bigger commission. I took his advice and we found another home at a better price, I walked away happy after my closing with a new found respect for realtors. I kept an eye on that house just to see what the outcome would be and it actually sold for less than asking after it sat for a while. I’m guessing it did not appraise or had issues with the home inspection, for this reason I will not use any other realtor. Thanks bro!
As a first time home buyer, I was super nervous about the whole process. I’ve known Kaeli for years and she was my first “go to” to start the process. Kaeli was reassuring after viewing multiple homes that I would find my “forever home”. She was very accommodating taking me to look at homes at the drop of a dime. My wife and I were contemplating a move to Florida, so decided to contact Justin for some pointers, and just a few short months later he was showing us around homes, driving a substantial distance to help us and provide his expertise. Due to his vigilance over the market and his excellent advice, we were able to secure a fantastic home. Not only did we get more than we expected for our home, she made the process as stress-free as is possible in this wild real estate market. 2022-06-15Justin was more than helpful in finding my family a dream house in Riverview, FL. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Given the harsh and competitive market Justin made the entire process easy and flawless. Justin is a talented negotiator with a unique ability to make impossible come true. Justins advice and support through problematic closing was invaluable. He would make videos of himself touring the house, provide updates etc. But he failed to even do one simple Facebook or Instagram post, even though our contract said he would market on those platforms. I questioned him about the missing ads, he assured me that he did put them up, however when I asked for the links, he got offended by my questions but said he would provide them. A week goes by and i ask again. He gets super offended and then cancels our contract. My house isnt one of those houses that once you list it, it immediately gets multiple offers. it needs extra help. And thats why I wanted Chandler. Because I saw how in the past he would go the extra mile and use his social media platforms to help sell houses. But for whatever reason he didnt do that with my house, he instead lied and said he did. It even took way longer than he said it would for there to be a yard sign. 2+ weeks after my house was listed.

2019-06-24Chandler Thompson was absolutely perfect. Readily admit when I walked into his office the first time was wholly unprepared for home purchasing in Florida. Left well informed and excited to pursue the challenges ahead. As the process pushed forward unfortunately Chandlers first meeting started to make sense. After many twists and turns. Me trying to sell a house, having unreal expectations on homes in Florida. I came away with my dream home. Pool, Lake, and Modern Open Concept all within my budget. It was not an easy get, and Chandler literally held my hand when I almost bailed on the whole effort two days before closing.
