I was fortunate to work with Gail as my real estate agent on not one, but two property sales which she nimbly and capably handled in the utmost professional manner. The experiences exceeded my expectations. In both sales, Gail accurately assessed the market and understood my needs. She promptly obtained optimal results for me.As an out of state owner there are many matters I could not attend to personally. Gail worked hard to evaluate cost effective ways to streamline repairs to stimulate productive showings without incurring unnecessary costs. She took many pictures of the houses to illustrate challenges with the conditions and coordinated all the cleaning and repairs without me being there. She showed great care to the property and me and great judgment with her decisions. If you want a capable, knowledgeable and caring agent, Gail is the one.
We started looking for a home during the crazy housing market around the end of 2020 and stumbled across Gail online.Her enthusiasm really separated her from other realtors.Even after an already exhausting search for the right house, Gail was always ready to jump to the next one.In addition, Gail has lots of knowledge and gave us plenty of pointers which was really useful since we were first-time home buyers.One of the BEST things about Gail was her ability to help with the many problems of all sorts and sizes that arose.We believe this helped us the most in finally closing on our perfect home.
Gail was amazing! I love looking at houses when I’m not the one purchasing. It’s a very stressful thing to do with finding the house that meets your needs and wants while staying in budget and competing for the houses in today’s market. If a house came up, and I wanted to see it, Gail was willing to meet me same day or send someone to meet me so I could see them quickly. Gail is a very patient lady, especially dealing with me and the thousands of houses that I looked at (not really thousands but felt like it). While looking at houses, she would let me explore on my own to get a feel for the house which I really appreciated! While I was looking around, she would go around and look for any issues that she could see. Gail made the experience very easy and fun; it was like shopping with a friend. Gail has sold two homes for us and we highly recommend her. She is extremely professional and works hard to sell your home as quickly as possible. We got an offer on our first home in 3 weeks and the second time we listed with her we had two offers in 3 days! She makes the whole process as smooth and simple for the seller as possible. I was selling my parents’ home from across the country, and Gail was recommended to me by her sister who lived in the neighborhood and who also happens to be the title agent whom Gail works closely with. Gail is amazing! We first met when she helped us find our family home in 2006. A few months ago, she helped my husband and I buy our first home ever. So, we just had to deal with the selling of one house in Tampa by one realtor and the buying of another house by a different realtor. The differences that we experienced during this experience was like night and day. Let’s start from the beginning shall we.Five years ago, by chance, we happened upon the most wonderful of realtors. Her name was Gail Beskid. She held our hands in the crazy world of buying a new home in Tampa. She maneuvered us through the shark infested waters of realty and helped us to buy the dream home that we had been searching for in Tampa. This search lasted 6-8 months.She was patient and very helpful in providing us with all the tools needed in order for us to find this home and help us to obtain it. It was so seamless. Unfortunately, she had to deal with us every weekend looking at homes and rejecting them, but we found the one that we fell in love with eventually.It created a wonderful relationship along the way. So when were ready to sell because we were moving to Orlando due to jobs, Gail Beskid was the first person we called. She started the selling process and put our home on the market on a Friday night at midnight, with a scheduled Open House that on Sunday. Little did we realize that she utilized so many tools at her fingertips to sell our home, that we had an unprecedented 40 couples show up for the Open House with all of them putting in bids resulting in a bidding war that day. It was like a television show come to life.She enabled us to sell our home way above the asking price. She took care of everything without us lifting a finger.Luckily, while she was handling all of the selling in Tampa, we were knee deep in the hell of realty house hunting with the most unprofessional realty duo I have ever experienced. To say that they were unprofessional and amoral was an understatement. Their recommendation, at the initial beginning, of a lender was the most unpleasant experience we ever dealt with. They gave kick backs to each other and would do unscrupulous things behind our backs concerning our own process of house buying, including telling the sellers of the home we were buying of the appraisal value before we had even received it. The list goes on a mile long boys and girls.In the end, all I can say is go with your gut and use Gail Beskid. She is the proverbial light in the quintessential darkness when it comes to the world of realty. We absolutely love her….

2022-01-03Gail is the best agent I have worked with and an even better person. Before going into my home search I was very worried and concerned about the whole process and where to even get started but Gail was very responsive to every call/text, explaining things through out the process and guided me. The process was so long for me due to various complications from credit scores to financial problems but Gail was there for me throughout and was very patient. Thanks to her I was able to acquire my first home and I am so happy with it. I would highly recommend Gail for anyone buying a home. She is awesome.

2021-09-15Gail Beskid is an amazing real estate agent who’s a relative of a friend. I heard that they had a great experience with her as their real estate agent. As first-time home buyers, it was nerve-wracking due to the complexity/number of steps to purchasing a home, especially in this current housing market, where houses stay on the market for less than 3 days.Gail was available and helped us every step of the way. She simplified everything and made it much easier for us by giving us a simplified road map of all of the steps we needed to close on a house. We had extremely busy work schedule and Gail was very flexible and accommodating in setting up house tours very quickly to fit our needs. Near the beginning, we were unsure of exactly which area/neighborhoods fits our need, so Gail took us on a neighborhood tour where we can take a look and get a sense of each neighborhood, and we can make better decisions based off of that. We had plenty of questions along the way, and Gail was super friendly, responsive, helpful, and had answers to pretty much anything. If she wasn’t sure about something, she can point you in the right direction or help you connect with a specialist that has the answer. She also had great connections in just about any field. She was available via text or phone call, and would respond almost immediately with an answer. After we went under contract, there was a million things that needed to be done, but Gail was on top of everything every step of the way.During the entire process, Gail was great at easing our anxieties of possibly not having the correct paperwork done. She understood what it took to get an offer accepted, and was also to secure us with a lot of amenities not otherwise included. We would definitely recommend Gail; she is an awesome, hardworking real estate agent!

She has great tools to receive feedback from potential buyers, which helped us to modify and improve our listing and get the highest offer. 2021-09-01Gail is an amazing realtor. We met her at an open house where she was very personable and knowledgeable. We were just starting our search for a house. When we were serious about purchasing a house, I called Gail and asked her to send me listings within certain parameters. We live in Pennsylvania so we really had to rely on her judgement. She found the perfect house for us and helped immensely in the settlement process. Even after settlement, Gail was always there to help with anything we needed. She did such a great job for us that I had my very particular sister use Gail to find a condominium for her. Again Gail went above and beyond to make everything go as easily as possible. I would highly recommend Gail as the perfect realtor.
