After talking to several different realtors in regards to our move from Illinois to the Jacksonville area, we had no doubt that we had made the right choice by going with Gary. Extremely helpful, patient, and he definitely went above and beyond all expectations we had for a realtor. Both Gary and Terri were with us through every step and handled what few hiccups we had with professionalism and made sure all problems were rectified. We felt like family (the good kind lol). Cant recommend them enough!!!!
Gary is the only realtor Ill ever use when buying or selling a home. He knows his stuff and you dont have to spend hours tracking him down like so many other realtors I have worked with. He will work with you and find the house you are looking for. Hes the best! 5/5
I highly recommend Gary Davis! We used him to sell one home and build another. He is deeply ingrained in the community and takes his time to contribute to the development and betterment of our area! He is very responsive in returning phone calls and emails. I would not hesitate to use him again should we ever need to buy or sell another home!
From start to finish, Gary is on top things. You ask, he will find the answer. He is straight forward (which I love!) Never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience (even though I know we were a few times in this process ). Communication is excellent- We were never left wondering during our buying process.He does his research and knows not only the area but the schools too!
Gary is very patient, and very informed. He is a pleasure to work with and takes the time to make sure you understand the entire process. He does not pressure you, and wants to make sure you are doing what is right for your family and your future.

2020-07-02I don’t think there are enough words to describe how wonderful of a person Gary is! We met him over a year ago when we first decided we wanted to buy. Gary guided us. He listened to everything we wanted for our family. He was very patient and always was available to answer all our questions. First time home buying is scary! Or so I thought it would be. But Gary takes the time to know his clients so he can find you the perfect home. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From start to finish. Gary was amazing! I recommend him to anyone who even may just have questions. He knows the business and he knows people. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re in the market to buy/sell or just get some direction. 2020-06-27The support, honesty, thoroughness, intelligence and integrity that comes from Gary Davis is something I have never experienced before from a realtor here in Florida. Gary is forthright and extremely knowledgeable. He will tell you exactly what is in your best interest. He puts his clients needs ahead of his own. In other words, he goes the extra mile to really listen to you, spend time and make every attempt to make sure you are happy with the end result whether you are buying or selling. Gary understands what community means, what long-term relationships mean and what it means to commit to that. He works incredibly hard for his clients. I found the right home but needed a lot of handholding, which Gary provided without taking advantage of me. I will be forever grateful, and he will always be my realtor going forward. 2020-06-25My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Gary Davis! He was knowledgeable, easygoing, detail-oriented and thoughtful throughout our experience. We loved that he was a former teacher and put a personal touch on all of our interactions. He made the process of selling our house incredibly easy and efficient. He sold our home for us in one weekend! The closing process went so smooth, even with all this craziness surrounding us with COVID-19! We cannot say enough great things about Gary and would recommend him to family, friends, and anyone who needs an amazing realtor!

2020-07-13We absolutely LOVED working with Gary Davis as we moved to the Jacksonville area. It was the first time we purchased a home, which can feel very intimidating. Gary, and his team, went far above and beyond to make sure we were informed, comfortable, and confident with our decisions. Not only did he walk with us through the entire process, go out of his way to help and take care of us, but he honestly was an awesome person to be around. 2020-06-25Gary and his team member, Terri, were amazing throughout the home-buying process. We were under a tight purchasing timeline, and they helped us double close in perfect timing! His encouragement throughout the process made us feel at ease.Gary quickly responded to our (many) text messages and phone-calls. He was knowledgeable about the Avondale area and assisted us during the negotiation period. Terri was able to show us our home the day it hit the market, and we placed an offer/under contract that evening.We will forever recommended Gary to our family and friends. 2020-07-02Working with Gary to find the right home for us was a fantastic experience. He knows the area really well and is able to steer you in the right direction when youre trying to figure out what neighborhoods will meet your needs. He is very communicative and responds to emails & texts in a quick & prompt manner. Hes patient answering a million questions and showing many houses until you feel comfortable with what you want to buy. He was invaluable at helping us to negotiate a good price on our purchase. I also really appreciated the fact that he wasnt pushy in trying to sell something. He makes you feel like a person and not just a sale. I would highly recommend him for all your real estate needs!

2020-06-27Wow! Gary Davies was such a wonderful real estate agent and really helped during a stressful situation. My property owner informed me that he was selling the townhouse to his brother and he would not be renewing my lease. This was happening right around when the Coronavirus started so I was so worried that the moving company would not be able to move me in and everything would be at a standstill, but Gary really stepped up to the plate, and helped me find my perfect house to rent with everything I was looking for. I was shown many beautiful properties and was able to choose one and move within two weeks. Gary was so knowledgeable about the area I wanted to live in and took me to those homes right away. He was always available to answer any questions I had. He was professional and so sweet to work with. He could tell I was stressed out and he did everything in his power to reassure me everything would work out and because of him, it did! I cannot recommend Gary Davies highly enough. He is a true find!

2020-06-26We cant say enough great things about Gary Davis. We were moving here from out of state and Gary came highly recommended. We were flying in and had 1 weekend to find our perfect home. Gary and Terri spent all weekend with us until we found exactly what we were looking (after touring about 40 houses!!) They were patient with us, which I know was probably not easy and answered ALL our questions (sometimes multiple times!!) Aside from being great realtors, they are both wonderful and genuine human beings and I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you again Gary and Terri!!!

I feel he truly protects his clients, no high pressure, and looks out for your best interest. We are not easy to please and were highly satisfied with the experience! 2019-01-22Gary is hands down the best realtor within the state of Florida. I know I seem dramatic, but its true! We have used other realtors in the past and no one comes close to the service he provides. He is basically a part of our family now! He truly helped my husband with selling a home, plus buying a new home at the same time. There was no pressure, we never felt unimportant, he responds quickly and handles all parts of the transaction at the highest quality. Hes extremely knowledgable, reliable and hilarious! He was the perfect fit for us, weve already referred multiple people to him and will continue to do so. Dont doubt it, just go with Gary and you will be beyond satisfied!
