Gayle Borden had been on our radar for several years now as we shared mutual friends, but had never met professionally. When we decided to sell our 1 year old townhome, we were initially going to go with another agent. As luck would have it, we happened to meet Gayle who just closed on a similar property in our development for a record price. Mere moments into a very friendly and informative conversation, we realized we wanted her to represent us instead. Just weeks later, our home was officially listed and a few days after that, we got a near full price offer which was well above what we hoped we might receive. It was a very sad and emotional time for my siblings, around the recent passing of our father.Having lost our mother a few years ago we were no strangers to the sadness, loss and immense and profound grievingwe were experiencing. With short notice, we decided to buy in Fort Lauderdale in early 2021. Derrick, Judd, and team were amazing. Within hours the put together an impressive slate of potential properties. When we fell in love - day one, they negotiated a fantastic deal, and helped us get through to close (even with a challenging appraisal issue). Their preferred partners were also amazing (Tony Gemmell at Guaranteed Rate and Pat Nugent at Nugent and Ground for the closing). We love our beautiful new get away and the concierge service Derrick and team provided. We will definitely use them again.

I worked with Steve Crockett on the Gayle Borden team and am posting this review to sing his praises! I moved from Oregon to Ft. Lauderdale. Steve was always available to answer questions. He was honest and straightforward, and had 100% follow-thru. Always! Being so far away, I appreciated that the most-that when he was waiting for answers he would let me know-I was never in the wind! I had two very brief visits to look at houses, and he made it happen. Even when I locked my keys in the rental car, he didnt skip a beat! He was always on my side. I highly recommend Steve!

2022-01-21Weve bought and sold through The Gayle Borden Group over the past few years. Their expertise and knowledge of the area and housing market in general is absolutely spot on. Our main contact is Kenny Borden and nothing is too much trouble for him, he goes out of his way to make sure you are 100% happy. We always recommend them to everyone needing a realtor (whether buying or selling) and we would certainly not use anyone else! Superb, friendly, experienced and super nice people too!

2022-01-20After meeting with Gayle and Kenny, we felt at ease about our relocation out of town and need to sell our home. They made the process extremely easy. We did take direction and address all their recommendations on maximizing the space in our home for tours. I recommend taking their advice. The tours were abundant and our home was under contract after 2 days of tours. It was fast, but thoughtful. Were not looking to sell another home in the too near future, but if we needed to sell another home in Fort Lauderdale, they would be our team again.

2022-01-18Very professional team and great knowledge of the market. I was fortunate to have Kenny and Gayle when trying to sell my home. They were patient, very good at thoroughly screening potential buyers, and always gave me plenty of time to get the house ready for showings. 2022-05-08My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Coral Ridge community of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.Kenny and Gayle Borden represented the seller, and we were so impressed with their professionalism, experience and credentials that we also retained them as our buying agents. In addition, we decided to retain them to sell our Fort Lauderdale condominium.Our decision to retain them for both real estate transactions has been rewarded in every regard.
