My job requires me to move around a lot so I buy and sell a lot of houses. After so many sales, Im sick of the extortionist Realtor prices of 5-6% commission to supplement the incomes of part-time help who do little more than drive buyers around the area. In todays connected world, buyers have all the information they need at their fingertips to make informed buying decisions without the advice of a Realtor whos real motivation is to keep prices high. Ive done FSBOs before but the time it takes can be overwhelming. So, I decided to try something different.Keith personally advise me and his team walked me through the process step by step. I was a little hesitant to price my house below market value, but he was right, buyers were absolutely beating my door down and begging to write me an offer. At the end of the day, I had multiple above asking price offers, and a backup offer after I was already under contract. Ultimately, the outcome was the same, I sold the house quickly, but saved about $8,000 compared to 6% Realtor robbery.I will never look at buying or selling another house the same way again.
If you can feel comfortable writing your own description, pictures, holding open houses, then get a great deal thru this business. Saved over $10,000 using this service. This is the second home sold thru Keith, plus a sale for my brother in law. So three sales and thousands of dollars saved. Great company.

Really fantastic! Will never use a realtor to sell my house again. They always answered their phone when I called. No other flat fee service I called did. They have a great website, great reporting of showing requests (phone, text, email, and web portal), great alerts on when you need to do something (e.g. change status), great FAQs, and all the forms you will ever need right there at your finger tip. They make it easy to sell your house on your own!
Outstanding: professional straight talk re. pricing, exposure and get to end point strategy. Interface with agents/buyers was very effective - far superior to what I could have done - contract negotiations the same. Answered all questions (even dumb ones) with clarity and patience. Great updates and process was really easy and transparent. They took all the voodoo out of the process.
The entire team at ADDvantage Realty were exceptional. We listed our property, negotiated a contract within the first week, and closed on that contract within 6 weeks of the initial listing. The team assisted us every step of the way and stayed in constant contact with us during the process. I sold a newly refurbished condo with this service, and didnt want to pay the outrageous fees to a realtor. I took my own photos, wrote my own ad, and showed it myself. I specified a 1.5% commission to the buying agent. The buying agent certainly complained about it, but did very little in the process. Would use GETMOREOFFERS again. excellent service.

They offer a great Flat Fee MLS listing service. The website is easy to use and Keith Gordon as well as the rest of his staff have been helpful. Unlike one of his competitors, they are easy to get a hold of on the phone or by email. I am pleased with them and will continue to give ADDvantage Real Estate my business. I made a mistake by selecting and paying for the wrong service, and they refunded it with no issues. They have been very fair.

2021-05-07With all honesty ,it is a true pleasure to review the Get More Offers business model and Team for the very recent sale of our South Florida home. We researched Flat Fee realty companies nine years ago ,and chose to go with Keith to sell at that time .It just made realistic sense not to allow such a large percent of our home equity spill out of our hands to the traditionally expected fees of big conglomerate real estate mega companies .We had worked hard for a very long time and knew that our money was best used toward the purchase of our next house .All worked well at that time and we knew that Keith most certainly was greatly experienced ,advised and supported us well ,and demonstrated excellence and professionalism. 2020-09-17I bought a house pre-pandemic and needed to sell 2 short months later. Going with GMO allowed us to save a significant amount of money. The listing was great, photos were great, and every step of the way GMO walked me through how to ensure that interested parties could access my home with the same courtesy and professionalism as a traditional listing agent.Within 10 days I had an offer on my home with full asking price.
