2020-10-02I spoke on the phone with Chad (the office manager) on a Friday and was able to schedule an inspection for a home I am purchasing on the following Monday (3 days later). Joe arrived about 20 minutes after the 1:00PM appointment time, however he had called 10 minutes prior to that time to let me know the current rainstorm in the area (that I also had to drive through) had delayed him traveling from his previous appointment. Once Joe arrived he was extremely professional and friendly and got right to work. He spent just under 3 hours inspecting the home. The next day, Tuesday, I received the 4-Point and Wind Mitigation reports (I had requested those separately). On Wednesday I received the full inspection report (93 pages). I felt that this report was very thorough and easy to read and understand. I did have a couple of questions that I was able to discuss the next day with Joe. Both Joe and Chad were extremely professional and friendly. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a home inspection.

2018-07-25I have worked with Joe Manners for the past 4 years and he is my “go to” for home inspections. He is extremely knowledgeable and has multiple cerrtifIcations to prove it. He has helped me identify so many deficiencies on projects that we were able to correct for our client. Joe also has helped me with Commercial inspections on existing buildings as well. Joe definitely has an eye and know how for his trade. I highly recommend Joe and the high quality of work he performs to anyone that needs home and commercial inspection services.

I would not hesitate to keep referring him to my friends and clients. Joe is very professional, he is also very thorough always looking for the best interest of his clients.

2019-02-25Made an appointment at 1pm. Joe did not respond to phone calls or texts until 2pm and told me he could be there by 3pm. Terrible follow up and had to hire another company for the inspection. If I could give 0/5 starts I would
