All the workers are really helpful and knowledgeable. I went to get a piece of mirror cut out for my daughter’s dress up play station and soon as they heard it was for a child they got me a safety glass so it can be more secure for her safety 😊 They’re great!!!! Highly recommended

I contacted Glass Doctor to install a shower door on Feb 7th, 2022, made 50% payment towards the material and installation cost. I didnt hear back from the company until May 9th. It took 3 months long to install door.I am very unhappy and might not use them again

Everybody from this business was very helpful and courteous. They kept me informed , came when they said they would, and cleaned up everything after they finished, and replaced all the furniture to where it belonged.

My sliding glass door had a crack in it 3 weeks before I was to close on my condo. I literally called a dozen companies on the treasure and space coast. Glass Doctor of Port St Lucie were the only ones to make an appointment and actually show up and give me an estimate and got it installed before closing. If you need glass work done, call these folks. They saved the day.
They did a real good job with the shower door and glass enclosure. A few months after the job, the top of the door started rubbing against the side glass. They promptly agreed to send someone out to adjust the installation. Hence the only reason for 4 stars.
We are very satisfied with our mirror upgrade. Thanks to the wonderful staff that handled our project. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, flexible and met our needs.
If the service is anything like the customer service I guess I missed a hurricane when they never showed up after scheduling an appointment then confirming with me the day of they’d be here within the hour. 2 1/2 hrs later no show or call had to call back got no response totally a waste of time

Patrick was amazing. He took our defective parts, fixed them, returned and installed them in a short time. He made sure our windows worked properly, explained how they worked and how to keep them clean and working. Then he cleaned and lubricated our sliding door, installed a new lock. Its like we have a new door. He was patient with our questions and answered all of them.
Had a broken bathroom window glass replaced. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and in person ad Glass Doctor were super nice and helpful. Service by Patrick was fast and easy. He finished in about 30 minutes from start to finish. Also, was very pleased with the price. So much less than any other quote. Will definitely use Glass Doctor again!
Great customer service and very professional but very expensive compared to other companies Ive used in the past. To charge $83 for one slidding Glass door wheel that can be purchased at a Home Improvement store for under $15 was definitely a punch to the gut. They also charged $99 to replace the wheels on 1 door. This is completely on me as I agreed to the price being they were already on site but I should if shopped around more.
Glass Doctor is fabulous! As a local Real Estate Agent I have used their services on multiple occasions. Glass Doctor is responsive, prompt and professional. They just recently assisted me on a home I was selling that needed the impact glass replaced on a patio door. Glass Doctor immediately came out and measured for the new glass. The installers did a great job in installing our new glass, very knowledgeable and polite.I would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact they left a mess on our patio floor. I would expect them to sweep the floor after using our patio for their install.Also, the next day I found several pieces of glass on our driveway (where they parked).

Called Glass Doctor early afternoon on Tuesday and they sent out an estimator the next day to preview the job. Our heavy hurricane proof sliding glass doors had a black brushlike strip (which helps protect the rollers)coming off the bottom of our sliders. A two man crew came out the next day and resolved the problem. They called a half hour before arriving to confirm their arrival and were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

We had small panes broken in 2 windows. Called many window & glass companies (& some never bothered to even extend the professionalism, or just common courtesy, to return the voicemail message I left) & none offered services to just replace the broken panes, & instead wanted to replace the entire windows. Found Glass Doctors via search on Internet. Called & got an estimate (was a little surprised by estimated cost of $400, but Tech comes to house to do the work, & still much less than replacing the entire windows, after cost of window, permit, & labor, & then have windows that would not match our 20+ year old windows). Tech arrived within scheduled time slot (although did not receive the phone call, as promised, letting me know Tech was en route), & went right to work. Tech was very knowledgeable & pleasant. He did not have the right type of glass on hand to replace the broken pane in the bathroom window, but called his office & it was brought out to him. Tech finished the job, replacing the broken panes in both windows, in about an hour & a half. You would never know the panes were not the originals.

I searched for years for a way to close the gap in my patio doors after installing a doggie door pannel. Going to a local home improvement store for a partial door was not an option because my doors are tall.The Glass Doctors came out and gave me options. There was no pressure to buy anything. They were willing to help to bandage the situation inexpensively. I chose to have a permanent fix. They brought a new piece of glass with the doggie door cut into it. Patrick, the installer, was professional, and knowledgeable of every situation he encountered with my do it yourself old door.My new door is worth every penny I spent. My air conditioning no longer leaks out. Bugs cant come in and the outside noise is blocked out again keeping the dogs from running in and out barking at every noise they hear.The Glass Doctor gave me piece of mind, I highly recommend giving them a call. I had a broken kitchen table tempered glass top that was unusable without a replacement. I contacted 3 vendors and only glass doctor would attempt the replacement. It was a difficult job and took 3 or 4 trips before it was finally able to be replaced. All the 3 technicians were competent but Patrick was the best. He is very knowledgeable , efficient and friendly. I’d use them again in a heartbeat, oh and Christina from the office was outstanding handling all the coordination. This is a great resource to know and have in your back yard
What a great experience dealing with the Glass Doctor! We have had issues with other glass companys in the past, due to unreliability and unprofessionalism. Well, that was not the case with this company. They came out right away, provided a quote almost immediately, the communication was polite and professional, we were even scheduled the next day after agreeing to the price. Would highly reccomend!
I used another company before on several projects. Was usually not happy with results because I had to wait for service ,sometimes 7 or more days. Being a Landlord this was unacceptable. I saw this comoanies advertising on the side of a van while driving and said to my self why not try them. To my surprise they had a time convenient for me and when they arrived not only fixed the problem but showed me there was another problem as well, saving me another bill.Work was excellent, tech was professional and in no time finished.Well done. The project started with great customer service. I had a few estimates already and was about to pick one when Christine called. I explained what I needed provided a picture with some measurements and they gave me a fair estimate. They worked around my schedule to have final measurements taken. The tech who came to take the measurements was very professional and had answers to all my questions. The turnaround time for the glass installation was about a week. Once again they worked around my schedule for the installation which was done by the same professional tech. He worked very efficiently and the work area was very clean. The final product was excellent. It was nice to see a company that takes pride in there work, are a craftsman in there trade and are professional while doing it. I look forward to working with them again on a project in the very near future.

After relocating to Palm City, we acquired a beautiful table with a glass top. The table, however, needed to be painted ,and we wanted to be sure that the glass table top was removed by professionals to reduce the chance that it would be broken. We made arrangements with Glass Doctor of PSL to do the job. Brian and Patrick (of GD/PSL) were very nice young men who moved the table top to a safe place in our home until we can get the table painted, cured, and arrange for them to return to place the table top back on the table.

The company was very efficient I stopped at Glass Doctor of Port St. Lucie to get the plastic clips that hold the springs down in the window. The tech (Patrick) came out the next morning to check the window to make sure that they ordered the proper parts. The parts were ordered and arrived the next day, installed by Patrick and in a very short time it felt like I had a new window. No more struggling to open the window! If I have another window problem, I know the company to call, Glass Doctor of Port St. Lucie & their courteous efficient tech Patrick.

Originally went through home depot to get new shower glass installed, they send someone over to get measurement, the couple that showed up, took no measurements just pictures and I have yet to hear from them its been over a month. so I ended up calling glass doctor, the 1st person I spoke to was great she was able to schedule an appointment for a someone to come over and take measurements. the guy that came over was very professional at his job and very great to work with , he came back about a week later and install my shower glass perfectly.. would recomend this company to anyone and everyone. thank you

In an hour, they diagnosed and fixed our 3 impact resistant sliding glass doors and they all work properly again. Wished wed found them first instead of having to go through a list of companies for the past 2 months, all of which were either out of our service range, dont service impact resistant products, or accepted a deposit but didnt do the work. Glad we finally found this company, they fixed our doors!
Great experience from top to bottom. The technician showed up actually a little early. He called first to make sure it was OK of course, but it worked out well. We had a hold in one of our glass panes in the house. The guy fixed it quickly and then office called and accepted payment over the phone. Very easy process and great work!

The Glass Doctor did an excellent job with adding glass to my kitchen cabinet doors. They were very prompt in completing the job and the price was very reasonable.
Had an old window that was an odd size, replacement would have cost me a fortune because it was an off size. Glass Doctor repaired and made new for a very reasonable price, speedy next day service great crew nice to work with. Plus when I gave them the old window there was a lizard that was hiding in it ,in the middle of the night he got out and they found it and put it outside, so they are also kind to the critters!

I reached out to Glass Doctor to replace two window panes in my house. Everything went well at first. They showed up to get an estimate, gave me a price (which was very reasonable). We paid half of the money up-front.The problems started when it came to installation. We had a date set for installation with the understanding that neither my wife nor I would be able to be at the property. They told me this was no problem. An hour before the appointment they try to call me letting me know they are on their way. I am unable to answer (at our jobs we are NOT allowed to answer any sort of cell phone except during lunch). They did not complete the service because I didnt answer the phone nor did I call back. We talk again to arrange another date/time. The day before the installation were to be done, I cancel because we changed our minds that we were going to replace the entire window, rather than just the panes.The office manager tries to refund the money on my credit card but was unsuccessful. I wait a month and check my statement and see that I was never refunded the money. I call back about the situation and they become much more difficult to get in contact with. At this point, I decided that I was not going to completely replace this window, so I would actually want the work done. So instead of refunding the money I ask if they could just do the work that was originally agreed on. The office manager tells me that he will contact me in the next couple of days to arrange glass doctor to come back out and get a new estimate (even though its the exact same thing I requested a month ago).It has now been almost TWO MONTHS and I have not heard a thing from them. They are holding my money hostage. I called today and left my name and number early in the morning and they never called me back.I am leaving for vacation until Sunday and if I dont get a call from them by then I will be contacting the police for stealing my money.

PORT SAINT LUCIE, FL location: called to make appointment; they arrived on time; scheduled for measurements (again arrived on time). Glass was ordered and in a timely time frame delivered; arrived and was install (again arrived on time); they took about an hour and a half. Explained their process clearly and had us go over finish installation with them. Left seamless glass spotless; cleared their materials and left the area clean. Friendly, professional, capable and thorough.

The Glass Doctor installed a glass door and glass for our new shower. They were very professional and very helpful coming up with the plan. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Repair was not high quality and was disappointing. First, they tried to upsell us a new windshield even though the spot being repaired was a tiny, tiny, tiny ding left from a small rock probably. When they did repair it, it left a bump on the glass surface and the repair can clearly be seen on the windshield, not only because of the bump, but because it is a different color. Ive had many glass windshields repaired over the years and it was an easy process and the repair could not be seen. Not so with this service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE GLASS DOCTOR.Since the Glass Doctor decided to respond and not take responsibility for their actions, allow me to further explain. We had two cars to be repaired. One car is the one mentioned in this review. For the other car, we were told by Glass Doctor that it could not be repaired; the window had to be replaced, even though the area was smaller than a dime. We called our auto insurance, Liberty Mutual, and they recommended Safelite. Safelite came out the next day and repaired the window and did not even leave a trace of a hint that there had ever been a broken spot in the glass. So I ask you, how is it that Glass Doctor cannot repair something, or repairs something with poor workmanship, when another competitor glass repair specialist can make a perfect repair in less than five minutes? You be the judge. WE STAND BY OUR ADVICE - DO NOT USE THIS GLASS REPAIR COMPANY.

I had an emergency due to a 7 foot by 10 foot mirror about to fall off of a wall unit that was 14 feet high. Glass Doctor was the only company to understand the emergency and send workers (after their shift) to remove it.The mirror that was leaning out was being supported by only one plastic clip and could fall at any moment.Glass Doctor saved the day and everyone was safe!

They did a good job replacing my broken window, but I found that all the companies charge $200 or more to replace a three foot by three foot window, which I feel is a lot of money for a small piece of glass.

2022-06-17I’m giving these guys two stars because of a few things. Let’s start off with the bad and end with the bad. First off, the initial phone call started out great. I provided them my issue and sent them a few pictures over text. They informed me over the phone they would be able to fix the issue but I had to call to find that out. They informed me that I would receive a call shortly to schedule someone to come out to take measurements. I waited two weeks for a call back to schedule an appointment. I guess they fired their on-call service but failed to check the records to see who had original called them. Finally someone came out to take measurements and the glass was ordered. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks. The glass finally arrived but not the correct size so we had to wait another 4-6 weeks. The correct size glass finally arrived but the installation was not 100% complete. The trim work around the glass was not installed square and the caulking around the trim needed to be removed because the technician used the wrong material. Overall, the manager was nice but the job wasn’t done 100% i’m not sure I would use these guys again.

Caring about the standards of work they turn out. They use quality materials and I would feel comfortable recommending them and using them again in the future. Great job !
