By far the best real estate school in South Florida hands down! Gaetgens chery is a great instructor, he was my instructor for the 63 hours pre licensing course and helped me understand the concept of each subject thoroughly while keeping the class in check! Alessandro Danieli was my instructor for the post licensing course i just completed. Mr. Danieli was also a fantastic guy with a huge heart and live for his students. If i had to do my classes all over again i would choose Gold Coast Schools! Thank you all for such an awesome experience!
Wow...OFF the charts the Continued Education gold coast school on line class CE class was great...way better than reading a book and taking a test. I thought it would be terrible but Alessandro Danieli made it worth it!!! He handled the ethics with a breeze. We live in world where everyone has opinions and opinions are cheap. We are suppose to hold a higher standard as an Agent/Brokers, Nothing to say, say nothing avoid the those subject matters and you avoid courts.Thanks
I would give more stars if I could Mr.Chery was my instructor for the Sales associate course and he was an absolute treat he mixed highly valuable information with comedy and made every second of the class memorable! I hope the owners sees this my instructor deserves some praise!

I took my continue education class this weekend 3/26-3/27/2022, with Alessandro Danieli. What a delightful class. He was very informative, answered everyones questions. He is very knowledgeable in all aspect of real estate. Great teacher!

Just finished the MLO pre- license class with Dan and I comprehen everything. Because this would be my 3rd career interest I was a little overwhelmed but he made the information relatible and applicable via his experience. As an educator myself, his classroom management was superb, his presentation keep me alert and attentive, and he engaged his audience. But, most important he knew his craft and then some. English language is my second language and I was worried that it would be very hard for me to take classes. But thanks to the fact that we had highly qualified and competent instructor Mr.Get-Chin Chery, who explained so clearly and he convey information in the best possible way with a lot of life examples , only thanks to him I was able to understand the program and pass the exam.

I took the prelicense course with Arlindo Machado and it was thanks to that professor that I was able to pass this course, great school too i highly recommend coming here if you want to start your career in real estate

Alessandro Danieli is very knowledgable and brings everything down to the point to what the core issues are. As someone that has lived in Italy as well I loved the sense of humor and could fully understand the stories form his country.He surely makes this dry subject more enjoyable by connecting them to concrete examples in the field.

The North Miami location is very comfortable, with plenty of parking. Instructor Terry Nero is very knowledgeable and very professional. You can tell that he loves what he does because of the way that he delivers the class. Without his instruction, I dont think I would have passed the state exam. Thank you Terry.

I took the 63 hour pre-license course at Gold Coast s North Miami location. I was very nervous about the course and passing the class, especially from some of the stories that Ive heard about how hard the exam was. Mr. Terry Nero was my instructor, and from day one he made sure to encourage the entire class that Failure is Not an Option. Mr. Nero was very knowledgeable in his profession, as well as he was a very detailed and thorough instructor. Not to mention, he was very patient cause I know I asked a lot of questions, and was very frantic over those math problems and formulas; however, I did pass the class (on the first try). My overall experience with the Gold Coast the school and with the staff, was by far a high 5 stars. I would definitely recommend others who are interested in Real Estate, or any of the other courses that they provide, to them.

I made the Real Estate Agent course at the Gold Coast School and it is a good investment!The course is a little bit tough, but I had the lucky to have classes with Mrs Laura Rolo that is super nice and turn everything easier and interesting! I also appreciate the support of the professor Mrs Carmem Rodriguez that helped me remotely with my math questions.This is a great School that I would love to do other courses.
Laura Role is one of the best faculty that I have met at this Institution, as well as everyone else they are very welcoming and willing to help in any capacity! I’m posting for my online virtual experience. I thank them for allowing special assistance and guidance during Covid, I was not happy or easy to deal with regarding a change of book and missing a test but they resolved it and I was satisfied. I took the month class session first which I recommend. The one in 7 days is too fast! I took it twice! Due to letting 30 days pass. It took me a year, But I passed my realestate stat exam yesterday my first time! I studied only a week. Their course final exam prepares you and Their book end chapter test. Thanks Cimone Campbell

I graduated for a Real Estate Agent in 2015 and my teacher was Terri Nero. And now when I applied to get my Brokers license, I was so happy that he was the one to teach me that. I love his classes and was happy to be there for 2 weeks of classes.
I love the class schedule flexibility and the different types of study materials available I.e. virtual or classroom. The instructor G Chery at the North Miami Beach office was very experienced and knowledgeable in the field of real estate and the class material. He was sensible to the diversity of the class environment and assisted all the students with their needs.

Taking the 63 Pre-license course was an enjoyable and motivational experience. I have never been to class for 7 days consistently and want the instructor to keep talking after the class was over. I was very lucky to have Alessandro as a teacher. The 63 hours intensive course is very tough and arid. Alessandro made it fun an easier to understand. He took the time to give us plenty of examples in a way that we could remember the concepts during the exam. I was told from previous students that pre-license class is very boring and teachers just read off the book. Im sure they didnt get the same instructor we had in our class. G. Chery was walking us step by step making sure the whole class is understanding the topics. Very professional way with ground rules. I will definitely be back to gold coast north Miami for post license course hoping Id get the same instructor.

Teacher has a great personality and an excellent teacher.I am a retired teacher. The hard part is he had to also do this at the same time for virtual students. Very hard but he is doing it very well. He would be great with kids.They need him.

Due to social distancing restrictions, I had to finish the 63 hour pre-license real estate course online using a live stream application. Instructors Alessandro and Larry were absolutely amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the online forum, and would highly recommend their live streaming class. Both instructors applied the material to real life situations and personal experiences. This not only helped me to grasp the concepts more easily, but demonstrated their depth of knowledge in this area. Thank you so very much and I look forward to my next class!

I recently attended and successfully completed the 63-hour FREC 1, CRAM and the 45-hour post license course at Gold Coast. I started school on July 8 and already passed the State Exam on July 24! The experience was extremely pleasant and the support of all staff, especially the instructor Alessandro Danieli, was amazing! Alessandros teaching technique is very energizing and his 25+ years of experience in the real estate industry pays off every single day! I highly recommend this school and I already signed up for the special real estate work shops they offer every Saturday! Thats where you learn how to apply your knowledge and make money!

I took the pre-licensure course at the North Miami campus with Alessandro as the instructor in July 2020 and I loved it. The class size was just big enough to keep a healthy dialogue going amongst the group, but not so big that everyone didn’t have a chance to ask any question they had. Alessandro was engaging, patient, funny and thought provoking. Not only did he intentionally relate scenarios with the names of the students in the class to make them more memorable for us when it came time to take the exam, the stories were humorous, which also made them easy to remember. In addition to that, he dropped many gems throughout the course to get us thinking about how a lot of this business is about relationship building, etc. the staff was professional and friendly as well! I highly recommend this school and you’ll be lucky to get Alessandro as an instructor.As soon as. I get my license I’ll be coming back for the post-licensure course.

The teacher who is a lawyer at north Miami G? Is amazing. Very interesting will keep you awake! However I was upset that they promised 3 days a week but it now turned into 4 days a week due to a Miami curfew. They should have warned people ahead of time because people work! So I changed to the virtual class now, I was on hold with someone not knowledgeable registered me in 9-6 pm class and I work smh. Thank goodness I called back and got Jette! She took care of the transfer in mins! I was thinking to myself, they preach about 50 years in biz but the organization on the phone and correct info is off! Thanks for fixing it Jette you made my day. I look forward to the class

Alessandro and Larry are simply AMAZING! I signed up for the online course, but due to COVID-19 I was able to audit their livestream as well. Their classes were just as entertaining as they were informative. All of the anecdotes and real life application really helped breathe life into all that black and white text. I just completed my 14 hour CE for my real estate licensetoday.GCS was able to accommodate with an in class program. Our instructor Alessandro Danieli was top notch. He kept the class moving and provided many good insights as to niches that a real estate agent might want to pursue.Many times agents try to be all to everyone but by concentrating on a niche it allows you to maximize your knowledge in that niche and maximize your earnings.Rather than running with the herd it is sometime best to veer off onto your own path.Alessandro was extremely knowledgeable and shared real life experiences.I would whole heartedly tell anyone who wants to pursue a real estate career to start your journey at any of the Gold Coat Campuses and follow your dream.
Great instructors! I just finished what I most dreaded-a 14 hour CE course mandatory of course every two years. The instructor Arlindo Machado was funny, entertaining and totally likable. He made the time fly by. Gold Coast has outstanding instructors. I recommend!

I took the CAM class (2 days), the instructor (Stan) was good and knowledgeable he took too many questions which stop him to complete the class the way he could. I was contact by passpasspass.com which was completely waist of my money I bet they got my contact from the school. the book I got from the school needed to be updated and the questions at each chapter are not the same as the state test. overall i recommended the school but I could accomplish that online.
I just finished the pre-licensing course. My instructor Gaetgens Chery was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. His experience is an asset to Gold Coast.I highly recommend Gold Coast for anyone looking enter the real estate field.

Going to Gold Coast School to earn my Real Estate Sales Associate license was the best investment I have made. I was worried that I would lose interest while taking the one-week class (9am-6pm), but the instructor Peter Klein was very informative while keeping us entertained while learning the real estate curriculum. Gold Coast is really here for the students success. I would suggest that you go with your gut and take the 63 hour Real Estate couse. It was worth every penny! Now on to my state test! :-D
Best classes Ive ever taken. The instructors dont make the classes to serious. The classes were structured very well and the instructors made coming to class fun. I did my Pre-Licensing Sales Associate class with Arlindo and my CRAM with Terry. There was no doubt in my mind that I would pass the state exam and I passed the state exam on my 1st try this week. Gold Coast comes very highly recommended by me.
I was very happy with the education I learned with my classroom instructor, Stan. He was very knowledgeable and effectively taught the class in a manner where it was easy to retain and understand the information. I was not happy with the instructor I had for the Cram Review. I went over the 1001 Cram Review Questions and was looking forward to getting help on understanding the answers that I got wrong. Instead, during the entire class, he diverted SO much into random stories that I felt like the review was a waste of my time. I think it would have been more efficient if he had not kept going into irrelevant stories about his life and stuck to teaching the material that was in the book. I didnt even waste my time going to the cram review the 3rd day as I took that time to just go over the book myself and found it more helpful.
I was looking forward to signing up for a course however the woman I spoke to on the phone , Jette was extremely unpleasant and seemed annoyed by my question asking , she even proceeded to say to me “ i already answered that question what are you not understanding “ I’ve never been spoken to with such hostility for absolutely no reason, I was utterly shocked. I’m not sure why a school would have a person with such a rude attitude working for them. Just overall a really off putting representation of the school and she is solely to blame for why I will not be giving this school my business.
The cram was not what I expected. The room it was next to a dry cleaning business and you could hear the industrial machinery drumming which was very distracting. The white light above me needed to be changed and kept buzzing. Worst of all, the instructor spoke faster than the 80’s micro machine commercial. It was extremely difficult to follow along and a complete waste of my day. I expressed my concern in the office and tried to reschedule but the same instructor would be leading the next cram as well. If you have to chose a location go to doral. I did my course there and the facility is much more accommodating.

I have to say the course andthe material here in Florida was much more intense , I elected to take a two week 72 hour pre brokers course and could not have done so well without Our instructor Terry Nerro , He is very intelligentAnd knows the course inside out ,Seemed like second nature !!! He made it much easier to get through the material than I could have imagined .He was Clear to the point , He made the course interesting and a pleasure to be thereBest instructor I’ve had in all my courses !!!I would recommend to anyone thinking about a real Estate career in Florida !!!

Ive taken the Real Estate pre-licensing course twice in Gold Coast School. Once to get my first license that was void because i was traveling and didnt do the post-licensing on time was traveling so i went back, did the course again and passed the state exam again. Both times the Building was nice, the class rooms where good , the staff was very helpful but above all, the teacher was amazing.Jose Antonio Velasquez not only teaches a course of Real Estate, he teaches a course of experience that helped me in my new career and in life. I will always keep his words and advise in my head.The method he uses is great for learning. Its very important to do everything Jose Antonio tells you, this will assure you will be prepared for the exam.Every time i have someone come up to me and asked me what Real Estate school would recommend i have no doubt in recommending Gold Coast Schools and specially Jose Antonio Velasquez.. I did the full Real Estate Sales Pre License course online in Spanish. After that I went through the whole Class Workbook, doing the tests in both the Workbook and the Study Book, and then did the 1001 Questions and Answers. I passed the Course Exam with ease and then I did great passing the State Exam. Just follow the instructions and you are set to succeed. Excellent School and awesome online Spanish Program. Thanks!!

My 63 hour prelicensing class had its pros and cons. I had a hard time learning the material with my original instructor Peter Klien. He is a very knowledgable person, however as an instructor he was not very good. For personal reasons he did not come on Saturday or Sunday and he was substituted by Terry Nero. It was like night and day. With Terry I felt free to ask any question that I had and as a good instructor should be he made sure that we understood the material. I like the book, online resources, and campus. I wished Gold Coast would have its own cell phone app with quick tests for students.

Arlindo Machado was an amazing instructor, who put his passion for Real Estate in this course and in our lives. He pushed us to the best of our capabilities each class. If there was something we couldnt understand, he would not stop till we got it. He made the classes fun, and his knowledge on the subject showed immensely.
Just finished my one-week pre-licensing sales associate course with instructor Peter Klein and I have no complaints whatsoever. He is funny, knowledgable and takes care of individual needs. Anyone who did not like him, probably did not follow his tips and instructions in class or did not do their homework. I passed the class test, now I am waiting for my CRAM classes and the State exam. Feeling confident certainly plays a big role in this process. So, lets do it. Thanks Mr. Klein.
Peter Klein was one of the most condescending UNPROFESSIONAL instructors Ive encountered in quite sometime. Gold Coast needs to have someone conduct a weekly observation of this instructor and Im certain his services will be no longer needed. He did nt prepare me 2 feel confident 2 successfully defeat the end of course exam. I had 2 immediately withdraw from his class bc $500 is too much 2 jungle with an unprepared instructor.

I recommend Gold Coast School to get you real estate license! I highly recommend Gold Coast BUT PETER KLEIN was the worst instructor I have ever had! I never write reviews but I felt the need to inform others if they choose Gold Coast for there real estate course. Please choose anyone else but PETER KLEIN. He cusses in the class, screams at his students and also starts late and takes long breaks. He said to be back from lunch at 1:05pm We did not start class until 1:30pm then complained and yelled at us that we were behind schedule. I had to study using youtube videos because he was so behind on schedule that he would rush through the material. He isnt helpful when answering questions in class or after class. When asking a question in class he gives you the run around and never gives you a straight answer. He LOVES LOVES to talk about himself alot!!!! You will learn more about his life than real estate. He also loves his smoking breaks so he likes to take long breaks for that main reason and is hardly ever in the classroom to answer any questions.
OMG!! What a fantastic experience!!! 7 Days boot camp with Maestro Alessandro Danieli and I have scored 90+ out of a 100 questions on the test. Friendly and helpful staff, clean classrooms , TONS and TONS of useful materials. I would prefer to do evenings, but due to the busy schedule had to go with a week camp. My advice - buy a book from them(cause I have bought 3 from other companies,and feel like just wasted my time and 💰) and go online, register your account on their website and WATCH(!!!) those 18 math videos. You are going to need them pretty soon!TRUST ME!!! 😄😄😄

This is my Alma Mater for real estate as I got my pre-license course in North Miami Location. Charismatic and humorous teachers that you will remember for your lifetime. Got a lot of information and examples from Peter Klein and Alessandro Danieli. It was my best descision to come back for 14 hours continuing education in person at this location. Overall I learned a lot. Didnt feel that was really a good preparation for the State exam though. I took the RE brokers class. I had a pleasure to meet Keith during the cram, and that was helpful. The North Miami Beach facility is horrible, old and not clean. For the money we pay on the courses, I think the place could be updated, at least with new and clean chairs and bathrooms.
What would be better for a newbie than a consumed broker telling real estate industry pros and cons. Working under a brokerage firm or a broker is not simple and straight forward as it might appear.Getting a license isn’t just about calling the DBPR, where they will simply add your name to a list. The Next Step Seminar, zero charge, gave me a possibility to focus on the entire process, and mostly understand how to become successful in Real Estate business. Truly, it’s been a great experience.
Had no confidence on taking my state exam prior to attending the Real Estate Cram. Aince passing the school exit exam a month prior I felt a lapse of knowledge and didn’t know what to real focus on to pass the state exam. After, just two days on the weekend with Terry, I have revived confidence on exactly what to focus on to pass the state exam. He was to the point and you can tell that he knew what he was really knowledgeable in real estate. He give the impression as if he’s a walking, talking, breathing pre licensing book! Thank you!

Did the 2 1/2 day Cram and it was solid, good and helpful,information. Well chosen. It completely changed my approach to the Sate exam and calmed me down alot!! I sat the exam 3 days after the Cram and passed. Thanks to Gold Coast and special thanks to Terry Nero!
I completed the online course. It is a difficult course when you dont have the help from instructors to guide you. You should be prepared to take a lot of time to not only understand the information, but to take the time to do some research online to further drive in the point of a topic you may be reading about in a section of the chapter. The staff was great when ever I would call for some kind of help. The only reason I dont give Gold Coast 5 stars is simply because of some hiccups that the online course has. One example of it is if I were to be reading a section and complete the quiz, once I go to my desktop or even my laptop, the course shows as if I never completed it and end up having to do the work twice. In one or 2 instances, I didnt mind doing it twice, just because it was a hard section. Having a self paced course is great if you are cut out for it. You need to have great dedication and be very self motivated to complete the course in a timely manner.
I took the one week real estate sales associate course. A lot of information to digest but they basically tell you what is going to be on the school exam. Some say that its not interactive. Though the instructor sometimes told students that we had to keep going, it was usually because the questions were already covered or the question was ridiculous and held up the class for everyone else. The instructor was always available during breaks and via phone. Granted, they teach mostly so youll pass the school exam but obviously, we are learning whatever we need to know because many, many pass the state exam on the first try.
GC course was excellent. Instructor Peter Kline for Real Estate Sales Associate was fantastic in his teachings to educate students the deeper meaning of the course material.

With professor Alessandro Danieli there is no comparison. He is the best professor i have had ever seen, i wish that he could be in the nursing field industry which mean he could teach NCLEX reviews. With him all the impossible will be possible.
I looked at a number of Real Estate schools and selected Gold Coast. I completed their 7-day Real Estate Associate Pre-license course taught by Peter Klein, and though I had to wait 4 days to take the state test (no cram weekend, which is included in their tuition) I passed. The state test is just NUTS, asking a bunch of questions about information you may never use in your life (unless you are on a Trivia Game Show), or that there seems any need to commit to memory... but you MUST to pass that state test. Peter/GC got a LOT of material packaged in such a way that it was a really enjoyable class, and made memorization of the required material as easy as possible. GC may be a bit more expensive than some other schools, but I looked at every option and I am really happy I picked GC - if you place a value on your time and want the result (to pass the state test the FIRST time), I think GC is your best option... and Peter is great as a teacher - he is active in the industry, experienced, successful, and a sought-after consultant. He has earned the right to his opinion. You could not ask for more. Good luck in RE!

I believe this is the best school of real estate in Florida.Although I think there is time for professor Peter Mcklein to retire, I’m sure he has a great knowledge of real estate but most of my classmates mind I had such hard time understanding him. I originally found Mrs. Gabriela a bit difficult, but after getting used to her style I conformed and did pretty well, so I guess the proof is in the passing. In regards to the administration running the applications office I found them all very helpful and courteous. I would also like to add that I found the vending machines, with their reasonable prices, very helpful and useful in getting me through the days. Again thank u and wishing u guys all the best.

Ive never bought or sold a house before so I knew nothing coming in when I started the 63-hr Pre-License Real Estate Class. I took the 1-week class with PETER KLEIN at the North Miami location and although it was overwhelming because there is A LOT of information, I learned SO MUCH! When I first took the practice test in the textbook I only got a 67 (you need a 70 to pass) but when I took the class exam on the last day I got a 93!!! And I kept thinking of Mr. Kleins examples, stories and jokes the whole time during the test. If an agent unlawfully pressures an owner to sell property based on the fact that the he believes the neighborhood is deteriorating, its called blockbusting. I can still picture Mr. Klein pretending to be Thor with his hammer and busting the block. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend this school to anyone whos interested in Real Estate. They have an amazing reputation and I feel confident in starting my new career.
My girlfriend went to take the 63 hours class and according with the teacher the goal was pass the test dont learn about real Estate, no wonder in florida is full of realtor with license that have no clue about the business, no questions ask, allow during classes, I think this is more about business than generate quality realtor in the State, its time to start thinking of way to teach real Estate. At the end class was confused and Id like to keep the privicy but 6 out of 14 students fail,

2022-05-23Just completed my pre licensee sales associate course with Marlene Montenegro as my professor! Marlene is a seasoned broker and extremely knowledgable of the industry. I was in the travel industry for 36 years and decided to pursue my passion in real estate and I cannot be more grateful to Marlene! I successfully passed the course and now getting ready for the state exam. Gold Coast Schools is very fortunate to have Marlene as a true asset to their team!

2022-06-27I took 63 hr real estate classes in North Miami office.One week where you learn about rules and laws.Its a little bit of a challenge but our teacher, Marlene, was great, and iwas able to pass the school test with a good score. Now waiting to attend state exam. great school, highly recommended.

2022-03-27Since 2016, Ive been attending Real Estate classes at Gold Coast schools, and Ive always gotten a lot out of it, learning a lot as a real estate broker. Alessandro Danielis classes, in particular, are enjoyable for me. He has a wealth of experience and can provide examples for every subject that is posed to him.

2021-12-17Lynn is a brilliant instructor whose razor-sharp focus is to prepare her class to pass the state exam. She shepherded us through the course with the skill and ease of an industry pro. Her many years of experience have steeled her to be able to throw in anecdotal stories that are germane to evey chapter.
