I was referred to the Climber by my realtor and I am so happy that I chose this school. I took their one-week pre-license class. The class was no doubt very challenging because it had to cover almost 500 pages in a week but our instructor, Alan, definitely made it achievable and enjoyable. He is so knowledgeable, humorous and personal. He not only covered all the content for the tests but also gave us invaluable advices for our future career. The class made me feel so confident to take the class exam and state exam. They also offer career coaching programs that can help us achieve our goals as real estate agents. Very grateful for this school and Alan. Highly recommend them to anyone who would like to further themselves in this industry!
Wow! Let me tell you when I registered for the one week class I had no idea what I was in for!Packing in 63 hours of material in just week wasn’t something I was looking forward to, but after spending this week with the best teacher I have ever seen, Alan Chapman, I look forward to the class every morning. Not exactly, hahaha, but Alan makes the class fun while helping us learn and retain the information.Alan is a master at his craft in real estate and adult learning. The whole class is at ease and relaxed, as well as, focused on the material. I could go on and on about him.I have already told several people if they are to take this class they must be sure it’s with Alan. Today I passed my state exam and officially have my Fl Real Estate License! I can say that Gold Coast school of Real Estate is truly amazing! My instructor Alan was great and really teaches you the important material you need to know to become a successful REAL-TOR. If you have the time to take the course I would do the: class, 7 day, 9-5 course! Its worth it! Follow the instructors directions, study every night, and most importantly LISTEN while in class and you’ll do great! Thank you Alan and GC!
I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for receiving Mr. Alan Chapman as an instructor— I’d definitely say he is the PROFESSOR of Real Estate!! I was referred to Gold Coast Schools by a friend who is a broker and I could not be more satisfied. I feel respected as a person, valued as a customer and extremely motivated as a student. The whole process was super stress free, from inquiring and applying over the phone, to checking in on the first day. The staff is super friendly, they help you through the process, plus you can get your fingerprints done on site which is super convenient. The material is good, looooots of questions for you to practice. The instructor in my opinion is the greatest highlight. Alan Chapman (if you can sign up for one of his classes, DO SO) is amazing! His expertise and charisma make everything run smoothly, I chose the 1 week option thinking it would be way too overwhelming but Alan explains everything in a way that you definitely understand and will remember, and most importantly, that MAKES SENSE. All of this while keeping us focused and entertained. Totally worth the investment. I strongly recommend this school and instructor.One tip, not too many food options around, so take your lunch if you are taking a whole day class.
Low and behold this is my first ever review on Google and for good reason. If you’re looking for a reputable place to get the information you need to pass the state exam, look no further. I signed up for the 2 week sales associate course with Alan Chapman. I haven’t been to a class in a few years so was nervous as to if I’d be able to sit in class for 6 hours a day and get back into the studying mode. But with Alan’s easy to approach, nothing short of comedic teaching style, I was able to retain in 2 weeks what would normally take me months. He breaks down the material in ways you’re able to really lock it in your brain. I’m wondering where those 2 weeks went as time just flew by. I’m someone that needs an instructor to be passionate about what they’re teaching or I tend to lose motivation and get distracted. With Alan, you can tell he enjoys what he does, putting in the time to make sure his students leave ready to take on not just the world of real estate but also feeling confident and optimistic about professional and personal endeavors. As long as you make sure you do your part in studying and reviewing everyday I don’t see how you can’t succeed.Thank you, Alan.It’s been gold Jerry, it’s been gold.
I rarely write reviews but i wanted to share my awesome experience with this school. I had Alan as my instructor and felt very lucky to be in his class. It was a very positive environment and found myself truly enjoying the learning process. Alan would always take the time to answer any questions and add a few pro tips along the way. Overall, I highly recommend this school!! 11/10
I have to say Alan Chapman is one of the best instructors I have had the pleasure of learning from. He is smart, funny and caring. He’s turned what could have been a grueling 2 weeks into an incredible learning experience. He has managed to keep everyone engaged and has built a rapport with each individual. Alan Chapman is the teacher you need if you’re desire is to obtain your real estate license. On top of staying up to date with modern lingo which allows him to relate to all generations, his comedic personality and simplified point of view in real estate helps you retain only the necessary things you will need to know in order to pass both the class and the state exam. He also has phenomenal hair. Choose Gold coast.
Just finished my two week live streaming class and really learned a lot. My instructor was Uncle Bill and he did a wonderful job teaching the class! His teaching style is different, yet entertaining so you will not feel overwhelmed. I contemplated taking this class for so long and I’m glad I landed in his class. Take the class and stick it out because you will gradually see how much his style really helps. Everyone from registration through completion were helpful and professional. Definitely giving Climer a two thumbs up and I’m going back when it’s time for my post license. Thanks again Bill and thanks to everyone else at Climer!
I passed my real estate exam the first time thanks to an amazing experience with Climer School of Real Estate! My class was small (only five of us) and our main instructor was George. This was George’s first time instructing for Climer and he was superb! This material is very challenging to learn much less to teach! Bill was there to help guide us and add on to the more difficult lessons. Both instructors are intelligent, genuine, and FUNNY! It felt like a family. The people I met in class are now my friends. I prayed for God to guide me down the correct path and help me choose the best real estate class. My realtor (now like family as well) that sold me my second home suggested Climer and it was the best decision I ever made. Will definitely take my Post 45 hour class here too. I took one week vacation off to go to Gold Coast School to take the Sales Associate Pre-License Course and that’s the best decision that I have ever made so far. My instructor is Alan Chapman, I don’t have the best words to describe him, but all I can say: “ He is the best instructor that I have ever had, he is knowledgeable, practical and well-versed in real estate”. He gives you some jokes to keep you entertained throughout these hours. He uses acronyms, the real life tactical approaches to help you better understanding the subject. He encourages you to move forward with your dreams, your visions. He pushes you to give the best of you, he makes you believe in yourself. He calls us “ warriors” . Thank you Mr. Alan Chapman for all your life quotes and encouragements. I will remember this unforgettable week for the rest of my life.
I not only took my pre-license class (and passed the state exam on my FIRST TRY), I also just attended the Post 45 class. If anyone is looking to be licensed and/or needs to get their Post 45 done in that first two years of being licensed, I sincerely will tell you that I my experience with Climer was off the charts fantastic.In the Post 45, Andy Brown, owner and amazing instructor, really made the course impactful and interesting. He not only taught the actual curriculum, the speakers that he set up for us, (real life people in the real estate world currently), taught me so much about how they had struggles yet became successful; providing tools to overcome obstacles in the profession in addition to setting a foundation for me to work towards for my own, personal future success in real estate.This school is absolutely outstanding! Alan is one of the coolest instructors I’ve had. He gives the information in a way you can understand. He’s funny with it so he keeps you entertained. Being in a 1 week course is not for the weak but he makes sure you know that you can pass the test. Very informative If you’re looking for a great real estate school I definitely suggest going here.
Climer really is THE BEST Real Estate School. I took the 1 week corse with Allen Chapmen. He was an AMAZING teacher! The “clues” they give you are just what you need to remember to pass your test! I also signed up for Andy’s practice exam videos. That was probably the best thing I could have done. So, if you’re considering getting your license, CLIMER is definitely the school you should go to. I took the 63 Hour Pre-license class in July 2019. Andy Brown was my instructor. I completed the weekend review class prior to taking the state exam a couple of weeks later. Bill Christen was my instructor. Both of them are excellent. Their teaching style is relaxed and fun. I not only received the information needed to pass the state exam on the first try, but also information to aid in my Real Estate career.I recently completed the Post 45 Hour course and passed the exam. Andy and Bill were the instructors. Guest speakers were brought in. They provided great information and insight which will further my personal and professional development. Climer School of Real Estate is THE BEST!I took the class recently, Jan 6-11th. I enjoyed learning with the group of students, we all had a blast. The staff was awesome(including the dog🤗). Yall let me tell you about Climer School of Real Estate. Dont go anywhere else but here! Bill is an amazing instructor and works hard to relay and teach the information in such a manner that is simple and easy to remember. He will say words or phrases in funny ways or tell a funny story to better explain the concepts being taught. He made the math section so simple and easy to understand too! Cannot speak highly enough of him and Climer! They have so many resources available to their students because they want us to pass the test the first time. I just passed my 45 hr. Post Licensing Exam thanks to Andy Brown and the Climer School of Real Estate. I took the class last week and I cant say enough about how much I enjoyed the class and got out of it. Andy cares deeply about providing his students with the best possible experience, not only to help them pass the test, but to be great agents and added a lot of personal development material as well. If you are reading this review, you are already on the path to your greatness and success.I seriously recommend the 63 hr - 1 week class with Mr Alan.. I would compare it to a 3 Michelin star restaurant for your brain. In case you don’t know, restaurants that are awarded 3 stars means “ unique experience worth traveling for”. I was encouraged by my brother-in-law; niece, and sister to consider Climer if I wanted to pursue my real estate license. Im so glad I listened. The classes are difficult but Alan is great at breaking things down and applying real life experiences that it helps retain the many things to remember. I took the 63 hour Pre-license Course - 2 week live-stream with Bill Christen. AMAZING! Bill is great! His personality makes this class much more lively. This material can be very dry especially online but he made it fun! I feel very equipped to take the state exam. So grateful for Bill and Climer School of Real Estate!
I enjoyed my experience at Climer. Our instructor Alan C is knowledgeable as well as witty. Alan made the material fun to learn with stories and great examples to home in on key points. Climer School of Real Estate has to hands down be the best real estate school in Florida to pass the state exam! I had a great experience. Andy was my teacher and I HIGHLY recommend taking the course with him. I took my 45 HR Post Licensing Course at The Climer School. This is the best course ever. I was debating between the online and the in-class course. I decided to go back to Climer for my post 45 course because I enjoyed Andy’s class so much. I ended up in Bill’s class for my post 45. Bill is awesome and really cares about his students success! I actually found Climer through google. I scheduled a week long vacation from work to travel to Orlando from Gainesville just for this class and due to the large amount of positive reviews. Alan did NOT disappoint. I feel prepared and ready to tackle any and everything in life alone with his motivation alone. He truly makes you believe in yourself and your capabilities as an individual. I took a 2 week course and my instructor was was Alan, he is a very great instructor and thought our class a lot more than just real estate. So just know if your instructor ends up to be Alan, you will have a great time and learn a lot.
I would highly recommend the Climer school of real-estate and especially their instructor Alan. I signed up for the one week intensive sales associate course, and feared that it would be extremely overwhelming, boring, and difficult to retain. However, our instructor Alan was full of energy, extremely funny, and explained the concepts in very easy terms to understand and remember. He also shared a number of mnemonics for remembering formulas and theories, which I am sure will go along way in helping me prepare for the State exam. Attended the pre-license course in Clermont with Tina. She was an excellent instructor who not only went through the material well but added her own personal experience that related to the material.Following the pre-license course I attended the weekend-review with Jose. Jose made me feel very confident that I was prepared for the state exam which was the day after the weekend review. If you have any doubts about the state test I highly recommend that you attend the weekend review.Once I passed the state exam. I attended the Post 45 with Bill. Bill made the class very enjoyable and instilled the entire class with confidence that they will pass the end of course test.Overall I feel that the Climer School has prepared me for my professional career in real estate and I would encourage anyone who is interested seek them out.
I came into this class not really have a lot of direction in life in terms of what I would be getting out of this course, but our instructor, Allen, made that very clear. Aside from his witty humor and free flowing narrative of his class, he turned out to actually be very knowledgeable about each topic we discussed. I took a brutal 1 week Sales Associate course and came out a “warrior”. I would highly recommend Allen as an instructor as he was the best suited for the job.

Came here on the advice of my husband who took his associates class here and LOVED it! I would have to say it was the best advice I ever received. And if you get the opportunity to take it with Alan as the instructor you won’t go wrong. He explains everything in Lehmans terms, and uses real world scenarios to help better understand the material. I’d highly recommend this school to ever.
I was dreading the fact that I had to sit in a classroom for 7 days straight for 9 hours a day (I’m not a morning person and I’m most definitely not a school person) But this school exceeded my most ambitious expectations, and that’s all credited to our amazing professor Allan Chapman. His humor and ability to connect everything with real life scenarios are the epitome of this entire course. Due to this everyone is able to learn the hardest things with the references he uses (and thats also the reason students keep showing up every day!) He’s also a motivational speaker and will touch your heart with motivation to follow your dreams and not give up. After taking this class, he’s become my Number 1 role model! Thank you Allan! Dont waste your time with any other Real Estate school. Climer School of Real Estate has to be the best in Florida and I highly recommend it. I just finished my 1 week 63hr class and the instructor Andy was fantastic, kept the class engaged, and was clearly there for us to put us all in the best position to pass the state exam on our first try. I attended Climer for sales associate pre licensing, taught by Lydia around May of 2017.Hands down the best real estate school! And worth you getting a hotel room a few miles away, if your from out of town.The teachers know how to teach to get you to pass the state exam!! (I passed during some very difficult personal events that occurred)Andy, Lydia and the rest of the staff are amazing!The cram class taught by Andy was super helpful. Definitely glad I took it.I also took Andy’s post 45 about 4 weeks after I passed the state exam which was another great decision!GO NO WHERE ELSE so you don’t have to be kicking yourself!!
When I first signed up for the 1 week Sale associate course I was extremely worried about a condensed one week class. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. After the second day of class I thought to myself there was no way I could do this. Now I’m waking up earlier each day, eager to learn from such an amazing charismatic energetic instructor like Alan. By the end of his class he will leave you with undoubtable confidence and inspiration to what you can achieve. All it takes is hard work and really studying for what you want.PS. I never had a such a vibrant and caring instructor, he really wants to help you achieve the next chapter of your life.

Alan Chapman is an outstanding teacher. After spending 10 hours a day for a week straight, I never thought I’d be able to retain as much knowledge on real estate than I do now. He keeps the class entertained while maintaining his teachings to the class. 100/10 recommend.

I was on the waiting list and was able to get in. I signed up for the premium enrollment which allowed me to have the state exam study manual along with unlimited 2 day state review class. I passed my classroom exam with a 99% and I was able to do my 2 day review course online with a live instructor. I passed my state exam on the first try on July 15th!On the first day of class they do offer some discounted additional study tools and I purchased the CD set which went perfectly with the Green State Exam Manual. I had the pleasure of instruction by Alan Chapman, Andy Brown with his classroom review for the classroom test along with his YouTube math videos and Bill Christensen for the 2 day State review course. All instructors are consistent with their instruction and teaching methods. And all of them have amazing personalities to keep you laughing and keep you filled with stories that will apply to your state exam so you can easily remember the content. I highly recommend this school if you are looking to pass the state exam on your first try. Keep in mind you must do your part which is the daily homework and the independent studying to accelerate through to pass the state exam. Definitely the #1 real estate school in Florida! What an amazing class! Yesterday we finished our 45 post license course with Bill Christen and it was a great experience and I highly recommend it. Even though you spent 2 weekends pretty much the entire day the class does not feel dragging and it quite motivating. Bill was funny, informative, and with years of knowledge.
I was shocked at the price of this class when I initially scheduled to take it but the life lessons and knowledge I received in this condensed week was priceless. I will forever be grateful for the education I was able to acquire about real estate and so much more from instructor Alan, as a student you can feel his passion and wisdom through his lessons which significantly helps me retain and apply the information. I would recommend this course to everyone, I wish I did it sooner!
I was/am new to the real estate industry and I was recommended to the Climer School of Real Estate. I took the class and passed the test for the class and the State Exam on my first try! Andy was my instructor and he did a very good job. He is very funny and keeps your attention with his animated style. He does a great job of helping you understand things and uses helpful techniques that help you retain the information you have learned. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a career in the real estate field and needs to take the test for the first time.
I had a great experience at Climer. Andy is very friendly and will work with everyone to ensure they get everything they need to succeed in the class. Andys style of teaching is unique and it WILL keep you awake, even if you choose to take the 1 week 63 hour cram course like I did. Very entertaining and informative atmosphere. First started taking an online real estate class and was way too much information to try and teach myself. I was told to try climer and took the week course with Alan who made the class a lot of fun and effective learning! It’s a lot of info to take in a week and study but you get it done and feel confident in passing. I would recommend to anyone wanting their license.
I have been talking about pursuing my Real Estate Sales Associate License but life (and no lie a little bit of fear) prevented me from going after it! I don’t usually write google reviews but for this I feel it’s necessary. I took the iron man (1 week) 63 hour real estate class. Before taking this class I had almost no knowledge in the field. Andy taught in a way like no teacher I’ve ever had before, even in college! He provided real-life scenarios and stories that while you might have not felt like it, you were actually learning. That became apparent when I passed my state exam on the first try. Andy and the team genuinely care about each student and make you feel like family. I highly recommend Climer School of Real Estate.
Now I realize why this school has so many 5 star reviews. I attended the school about a month ago and I passed my test with ease. In addition to the amazing week long class, Andy also has this video review subscription that works like a charm. If you are like me and you dont have time read the book over and over please get that subscription for a month and it will definitely be worth it. I was recommended to Climer school from a friend in Real Estate.I honestly didnt know what to expect going into this but, it has been a very rewarding experience. It is certainly a load of information to take in in one week, but Alan makes these long hours worth every penny. Hes engaging, funny and knowledgeable, which gives lectures a whole different meaning. His terminology and way of teaching helps to better understand and grasp the material at a more proficient level. His personality is what makes him a phenomenal teacher, to say the least. Despite the brutalness and intensity of this class, quite honestly, hes most likely the reason we continue to show up for class. There should be more Alan teachers in the world. I took Bill Christens Sales Associate 2 Day In-class State Exam Sales Review which was the only way I had a chance to pass my state exam given the fact that I had waited almost two years since completing my Sales Associate class (which I do not recommend) that being said, I came into Bills class feeling very overwhelmed and very unprepared to take my state exam. By the time the class ended on Sunday, I knew that I had everything I needed to pass my state exam and in fact I did!I am already registered for my Post License 45 hour class that Bill Christen will be teaching. I am excited and feel that it is worth the investment to preserve my license in good status! Thank you bill and Climer School of Real Estate!
I attended different Real Estate school a year ago; I wish I could’ve attended Climber Real Estate school but, long story short after a Full year and 6 months I signed up and attended the two Day Exam Review. I love it because I had “Bill” as my instructor absolutely amazing. Bill make it seem so simple he explained everything in its simplest form. I can literally write a whole essay how great he is... but I pass my exam (easily)
One of the best schools for getting your Real Estate License. Making a very dry subject like Sales Agent Post 45 interesting and fun thats what Im talking about. I was lucky to get an instructor like Andy. Very tough to find a great teacher like him. He also called few great speakers for presentation which made the class more interesting. I was referred to climer from a few people who came here passed their exams on the first. Which doesnt get better than that. Mr. Alan is a great instructor and he truly shows us he cares by keeping us motivated and energetic during class. Intelligent, comedic, and most of all professional. I would recommend climer to anyone who is willing to take the warrior class of 1 week and lets see what were made of . I was referred to this school by a realtor when I was trying to decide which real estate school to attend for my sales associate 63 hours pre-license class. The pre- license class was so effective that after passing my state exam I immediately took my post 45 class with Andy (which I highly recommend after passing your state exam). I had a great experience with Climer School. I heard about the school through my mother who had recently gotten her sales associate license after taking Climers two week pre-license course on-campus.My understanding of real estate was very minimal before deciding to take my (online) pre-license course. I was very intimidated by the amount of information that was being thrown at us in 1 day, but my Instructor Bill Christen always took his time to answer our questions. The way he was able to break everything down into a simple explanation, while making catch phrases and creating ways to remember formulas was something Ill never forget. Likely the best part was his personality and jokes which made the class enjoyable, no matter how lame the puns were. Ill be looking forward to the day that guy makes a podcast.The study guides for the EOC exam, the online/book practice tests and the youtube videos were all very beneficial and instrumental to my passing the exam on my very first try. After finishing the course, I always revisited the book to re-digest anything I may have not fully understood the first time around. Instructors will always tell you to keep it simple, dont overthink it and that is the absolute TRUTH! The exam tries to trick you, but you can see right through it if you read carefully and understand what the question is asking you.Overall, I couldnt have expected much better! Im not sure what I did expect about learning real estate through a zoom meeting for two weeks, but I will say that this is definitely the program I would recommend for anyone who is looking to get their real estate license.
This was unfortunately the second time I had to take the 63 hour course since my license lapsed when my husband and I moved to Georgia. I took the course with Ron the first time and with Andy this time and he was fantastic! He provides a real world understanding of what you need to know in order to successfully pass the state exam and begin working. Hes also quite humorous which helps get you through the mundane material. I highly recommend Climer School of Real Estate. They are the best! And Pam is lovely too!

Sometimes the subject of real estate can be a bit boring but Andy always had a good joke and taught in a way that after I was done, I wished I could start over!Today I took my state exam for the first time and i passed! Andy gives you all of the tools and knowledge to be successful at the state exam! I now consider Andy to be a friend and mentor!
I attended the pre-licensing and the post-licensing courses at Climer, and I was so impressed on how Andy conducts the classes and prepares his students. He makes the classes interesting, funny and full of anecdotes he has passed through his entire Real Estate career. Not question about it Andy is the best instructor in town. The post- 45 was amazing, the majority of the attendees were not seasoned Realtors but most of them had excellent previous backgrounds. I really felt the post-45 was a couching class instead of Real Estate review class. Everyday he invited amazing people, seasoned realtors who made more enjoyable the class week . I took the one week course and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful from day one and very friendly, Kristina is the best. The instructor Alan Chapman is very, very good at his craft. He presented all the information in a way that helped me understand and engrave it. His wit and stories kept the class spirited the whole time during this marathon of a learning experience which is not easy to do 6 days of class.

You will not be disappointed choosing the Climer School of Real Estate!I took the week long course from 8 am to 6 pm Monday-Saturday. I assumed it would be hard to sit through a 10 hour class for a week but Andy, the instructor, made the course go by surprisingly fast. Andy keeps the class awake with his sense of humor and gives plenty of breaks throughout the day.Andy gives important tips for taking the state exam and goes over everything you need to pass both the pre exam and state exam.

I went ti the Climer School of Real Estate and I had a great classroom experience. The class is very well structured to help you remember everything you will need to know to pass the state exam. Andy is an awesome instructor who not only knows the business, but he throws little stories in to help you remember key points. I have trouble studying so I need instructors that explain and focus on what you need to know. I passed the state exam on my 1st attempt. I plan on going to Climer for all of my addl courses going forward to keep my license up to date and I highly recommend Climer School of Real Estate to anyone interested in Real Estate
In 2006, I went to Climer School of Real Estate for Course 1 and passed my state test the first time! I went back in February, 2015 for Course 2 to get my Brokers License and I went to the review class and passed my state exam! It was a great experience. Ive taken both my 63 hour and post 45 hour classes in person at Climer. Im very glad I chose Climer and would 100% recommend this school.63 Hour Class:The FL real estate exam isnt easy; 50% fail first time. The exam is designed to trick you, trip you and generally make it difficult for you to pass. The wonderful thing about Climer is they fully prepare you with lots of secret tips to overcome the exam trickery and place you in the best possible position to pass the first time. Andy Brown is a wonderful instructor, and yes he tells jokes and tries to make the class as fun as possible. A good thing since the material is very dry. And yes, I passed first time.45 Post Class:I wasnt much looking forward to sitting through another weeks class and almost took an online 45 hour class. Im so glad I went to the class instead. The 45 hour post week was nothing like I imagined it would be. It was a week of motivating, and highly useful life lessons and information that included guest speakers. The week really impacted my life in ways I cant describe and went by so fast, I was sad when it ended. It really was that good. Do yourself a favor and sign up right away! Before I decided where to take my 63 hour real estate class I asked some friends that are in the business on where to go and they suggested Climer. Their reputation is unparalleled. I was told to take it with Andy, but he wasnt available for some time. The school said Bill Christen is also good so I signed up.I will say that Bill is outstanding! He is funny, full of knowledge and more than qualified to teach anything in real estate. He has been a licensed appraiser, Broker Associate, instructor and everything in between. He is also a published author! He teaches in an easy to understand manner.I passed the state exam the first time the week after the class was over and I wouldnt do it any other way. The tips they provide are things that others I know were never told about by other companies. If you want to have fun and learn everything you need to know, sign up for Bills class.
The Climer school has a long history of excellent education. I took all my sales associate pre and post classes with them. I was nervous about taking my broker class though since the school changed ownership. It was still the most economical option so I figured what the hell. 70 hours can seem like a life time with any instructor. Andy did a great job of making that time educational but more importantly he made it entertaining. I cant praise their process highly enough and Im even excited about my 60 hour post license with them... as excited as one can be about 60 hours worth of post license anyway. Ron and and Cathy left big shoes but Pam and Andy have done a great job filling them! Dont waste your time or money with anyone else.

I took the Iron Man 60 hour class. 6 days, 10 hours per day. That, in itself, is a daunting prospect. But what a GREAT week it was!! Andy Brown is a gifted and knowledgeable instructor. BEST DECISION I MADE! I heard about Climer School of Real Estate from a buddy who he and his family are all very successful real estate associates/brokers. I was told he was the best in the business and now after taking his sales associates class and state exam review class i absolutely agree that he is the BEST in the business. I couldnt imagine taking the class with any other instructor besides Ron. The way he teaches really helped me understand a lot more than i ever thought and i never once got bored or wanted to fall a sleep. I hope anyone that reads this will not hesitate to pick up the phone right away and reserve your spot for his next class because it will be one of the best decisions you can make while starting a career in real estate. I certainly will be going back for all the classes that i will ever have to take in my real estate career and Im very thankful that i was able to find such a great school with an amazing instructor!
Ron Climer is an awesome teacher. He definitely introduces you to the world of Real Estate through the 63 hour class in a method that keeps you interested through his methods of teaching. He has a great sense of humor and purveys it into his lesson plan. I took the one week course, which has a pretty tough schedule but Ron does a wonderful job that keeps you into it and light hearted throughout. I attended the March 16-20, 2015 Climer School of Real Estate Post 45 License Course. It is a great course and I learned much from the Director (Andy Brown), invited guest speakers, and my fellow classmates. The interaction, collaboration, and networking in the class was excellent. Andy keeps the class interesting in a way that is very conducive to learning and professional development. I also attended Climer School of Real Estate for my initialing Pre 63 Course in Summer 2013, and I can truly say that the experience is still the same -- first rate! Just wanted to let everyone know that I just finished with the Pre- Licensing Real Estate course at Climer School of Real Estate. I had previously heard of their great reputation form some friends, but I had no idea just how great they really were until I took the week long class with Ron Climer.8 am - 6pm Monday - Saturday FLEW by believe it or not. Ron was so easy to listen to, and the unique methods he used made learning Real Estate essentials easy and lots of fun ( and I must add, quite witty and humorous too, we laughed a lot). I liked it SO much I am planning on taking Rons two day review class before I take the state exam. The Climer School of Real Estate is the BEST place to get prepared to get your real estate license! I am a current UCF student and am glad to have heard about them instead of waiting to get my license after graduating college. The staff and teachers here are so helpful. I took the 63 hour sales associate course with Andy and he is a great teacher. He made learning fun and helped remember many concepts and laws by using stories and examples. If you are looking to get licensed and are in the Central Florida area, I would highly recommend Climer!
My experience at the Climber School of Real Estate was beyond PHENOMENAL! The entire staff was very supportive, they truly believe in you, and genuinely there to help. My teachers were Lydia (two week course) and Andy (two day review). Though they were tough, they made learning enjoyable and memorable. I passed my State Exam on the first try because of them and was granted a job two days after. They are all true blessings and if I had to do it all over again, they would be the first I call. Andy Brown was my instructor for the one week Iron Man course. Andy made the long days go by very quickly with his very entertaining personality. He has a way of giving good examples and stories that helped me naturally retain a lot of the material.Although he is very entertaining and funny, he has a very no non-sense approach to his commitment to you and your goals of passing not only his exam, but the state exam as well. I recently did the 1wk iron man class (November 28-December 3rd) at Climer school and it was worth every penny! Andy made learning so much fun!! His awesome jokes and stories helped the information process so that its easy to remember! It was a great learning atmosphere filled with positive vibes and great energy! Andy really pushed through a tough week sick and all and made sure he answered all of our questions. Our class time flew by because of how fun Andy made the class for that Im thankful! Climer School of Real Estate has been my go to school for real estate related licensing classes since 2004. When I first decided to get my Sales Associates license I compared the prices of the different schools and Climer School of Real Estate won hands down! I knew the content would be basically the same for all the schools, but some of them were (are!) un-necessarily expensive. So I choose Climer School of Real Estate, and Im so glad I did! When I decided to get my Brokers license in 2011 there was no question where I would go - again - Climer School of Real Estate. Ron & Kathy Climer are the BEST!These types of classes usually have very dry and boring lectures. Sometimes the instructors just read the material. But not Ron. He keeps the class very interesting and lively with his 30+ years of real estate experience (and a whole lot of other experiences!). Engaging is really a better description. Hes funny and has a knack for telling stories that you think are true and then in the end you realize he just gotcha and everyone ends up laughing.Climer School of Real Estate is also an excellent place to network with other real estate professionals and is definitely the place to go for real estate licensing education!Thanks Ron & Kathy!

The atmosphere created by the Climer staff also made a potentially difficult subject matter and exam less stressful.The Climer School of Real Estate technique and approach to instruction is unique in the way it provides the necessary tips and tools to help you not only comprehend, but to also retain critical material. If you pay attention during class and take note of the areas highlighted by your Climer instructor you too are gonna breeze right through the state exam. There wasnt one test question that I had not seen or went over during the Climer Pre-Licensing and the Review classes. The Math questions on the exam were also what was covered during class. I have always wanted to get my real estate license and went a lot back and forth about which school to chose there are many out there some more expensive and some less. But in reading reviews there were a lot more positive and great reviews about school and instructors. I feel like i made a great choice in climer i cant say enough how amazing this class was and how supportive everyone was. They are truly passionate about what they do. I was in Bills class and he is AMAZING. I was referred to Climer by a friend who went to a different real estate school and I see why! He made it fun and for someone who hasnt been in a classroom setting for so long, it really helped. I took the one week 63 hours sales associate class. I knew it was going to be a lot to cover in a week and was stressing out. I tried online classes before and they really were hard because I had no guidance. Andy from Climer was great! He made all the material very easy to grasp. The classes are long and its easy to lose focus but Andys sense of humor and stories of his experience gave the class the jolt of energy it needed. Quincy was able to curb and stress that came about. I not only recommend Climer School of Real Estate but will be going back there when I am ready to be a broker.Thank you to everyone from Climer for making this a warm and note worthy experience.

Thank Goodness I found Climer Real Estate School before my test date! I attended an accelerated class at another school in Orlando and I was so disappointed. I didnt feel that I had received the true instruction that I should have gotten. Then someone in my class suggested that I view Rons videos on-line to help me get it - on the math in particular. After viewing and enjoying the videos I contacted Climer to inquire about the exam prep class. I just completed it and I feel so much better about taking the test. I am much more prepared. I highly recommend this School and this class. I will be returning for my post-license instruction.
Andy is great! He makes real estate test material (which, lets be honest - the material alone can be pretty boring) actually FUN to learn! The ONLY studying I did for my state exam was the exact material we covered in class, and nothing more, and I passed my state exam the very first time I took it! Do exactly what Andy says and I am sure you will pass too! Best of all, the course was only 1 week. When I told my friend, Carey, that I was going to get into Real Estate, she told me I had to go to Ron Climer School of Real Estate. When I signed up I realized that Ron wasnt teaching the class, but a guy named Andy Brown was teaching. At first I was concerned, but I figured that with a last name like Brown he couldnt be all bad and I didnt think Ron was going to hire someone who didnt know their stuff.When class started I was thrilled that I still got to meet Ron, the legend. He was in the back of the class room chiming in every now and again with a silly story or a different perspective. It was the beginning of the hand-off. Shortly after my class I heard he was retiring.I did all my assignments had a study group and I took a few weeks off and then came in for his two day review before I took the state exam on Saturday. Andy is a great instructor and interested in making sure you succeed. Enjoyed his class and look forward to taking my post-licensing classes at Climer School of Real Estate. Happy to say I am one of the 50% that DID PASS on the first go around!! For years I was a Recruiting Manager at a very large timeshare company in Orlando and I had always recommended people to Climer to get their license. Now it was finally my time. After years of contemplating and being scared of all the bad things I heard about the state exam, I finally did it! Boy was I right. The staff is amazing and very attentive. Andy is the BEST instructor of anything I have ever had. He explains things that can be very hard to understand in ways you can really comprehend. He uses humor and memorable stories to keep the momentum going. I took the 3 December 2018 class taught by Bill Christen and it was a phenomenal experience! Lots of information that was taught in a professional, but lighthearted environment. Bill KNOWS what he’s doing and enjoys same, teaching real estate. The tips he shares along with teaching the subject matter makes the class enjoyable. Andy Brown, our Instructor and an owner of Climer School of Real Estate, is one of the best communicators of classroom information that Ive encountered in my 50+ years of learning. I opted for the Sales Associate two week class which runs from 9AM to 3PM weekdays for 2 weeks. The atmosphere was relaxed and entertaining yet hitting home with the information that you need to pass the state exam. I took the Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) class last year at another school and it was dry and boring, good thing that Im a good learner (I did pass the state examination!). I just took the state exam review course and it was amazing. I started the process for getting my real estate license 3 years ago and this course was just the thing I needed to give me the confidence to pass the test. Ron has a great way of explaining all the hard things in laymans terms. As you read the exam questions, you can visualize him giving an example, selecting the correct or best answer that much easier. I did the Iron Man Triathlon 1-week class. Andy was a great teacher, spending time on things that he knew would need the extra focus. I took Lydias 63 hour pre-license and was very happy I did. Shes a great instructor, lots of patience and an immense amount of knowledge. Mrs Jeanette was the instructor of the class that I was in here recently and made this experience so much easier to learn no matter how mundane some of the material may have been as well as insightful and able to retain. The amount of knowledge learned and retained in the 7 day class is incredible! Alan is a wonderful teacher who keeps the learning environment fun, interesting and engaging. I am so happy I chose Gold Coast and even more thrilled with all that has been learned!
Had so much fun this past week at Climer School of Real Estate! Andy made learning fun! We had such a great interactive class and I am so happy to hear we all passed our 45 hour Post Licensing exam. His years of experience in the real estate business was very helpful in getting us to understand the materials. I love Climer School of Real Estate. My instructor Barb Stone was the best! Night class isnt so bad when you have a teacher like her. She was to the point but made the class very enjoyable with her humor. She explained everything and made sure you understood before she moved forward. I took my class exam yesterday and passed! I know I will pass my state exam as well. Thanks to Climer and Barb I will be successful! I definitely will refer Climer to everyone I know going into this field. Thanks Climer!
I am rating Climer School of Real Estate 5 stars. Climer truly did an excellent job of teaching this class with fidelity, while making the class enjoyable. Id like to mention Andy, one of the instructors. He taught the class in a effective and efficient manner. I truly enjoyed his style of teaching. He made the class very fun for everyone. There is a lot of information that is being presented, and needs to be retained for the state exam. Climer does prepare their students for the state exam. Climer truly demonstrated how knowledgeable they are, while making it a great learning environment. The material was chunked in a way so that I could take effective notes that would help with my preparation for my state exam. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone who is interested in this field.
Definitely, the best real estate school in FL. A few years back I attended a different real estate school and there is a huge difference. Andy made learning RE fun and interesting, verses the other school, who just read straight out of the text book and didnt really TEACH anything. Andy simplified the information, which made it easier to retain. He truly cares about every person in his class. I was in a class of about 63 people and Andy addressed everyone by their first name. The entire staff is wonderful, pleasant and helpful. If youre looking for the right real estate school for you, search no further!

Climer School of Real Estate is a great place to learn how to pass the Florida Real Estate Exam. Andy Brown is a very knowledgeable instructor that keeps students engaged and he understands that coming to Real Estate School is a necessary step in becoming a Real Estate Sales Associate. I took the week long 63 hr pre licensing class, which is intense, but I successfully passed the course exam with flying colors. Climer School of Real Estate offers so many resources for their students to use in passing the State Exam, 2 day reviews, YouTube videos, etc.

I just finished the 63 hour Sales Associate Course at the Climer School of Realty.The best decision I made on this new career path is to start it here. I leave this classfeeling very well prepared to take the class test and state exam. Ron made this grueling schedule seem like a breeze. He is an AAA+++ instructor and keeps his class interested. Never a dull moment, I guess that comes with his 30 yrs plus experience. I highly recommend his course.

I cant say enough about my experience at the Climer School of Real Estate. In mid-November 2014 I took the 2 week Sales Associate Pre-License 63 Hour course. Andy did a fantastic job of clearly teaching all of the material in a way that was easy to understand and even slightly entertaining (Im a sucker for puns). There is a lot of information in this course and I appreciated the time that Andy took to answer everyones questions while making sure the class stayed on track to get all the material covered. I feel that he went out of his way to make sure that everyone felt at ease about taking the state exam by providing test taking tips and spending time addressing any concerns. By the time I left the course, I was confident that I had the information and tools to pass the state exam...which I did! Thank you Andy and everyone at The Climer School of Real Estate!

I really cant say enough about Climer! From start to finish, the staff was friendly and helpful. My night class instructor, Barb Stone, was the absolute BEST!! Not only did she prepare me for the state exam during the course but even the night before my exam, watching her Youtube video about legal descriptions helped me to calm down and reassured me that all the hours in class with her had prepared me well. I passed my exam on my first attempt and I have to thank Barb and Climer for the roles they played in helping me become a licensed real estate sales agent!!!

2022-01-31Just finished and passed the end of course exam. My teacher was Bill Christen. Mr Christen is seasoned and well versed in the industry. The content he taught was with relevant real life scenarios. I recommend the month long class (vs week long). This allows you to review content and do homework at home while also keeping your home obligations. I think the week long course does not allow sufficient time to review and learn the content and you lose the next day on-site instruction opportunity that helps with those questions that come up when you study at home. You do have to study, the content is very important and detailed. They provide the content but you have to learn it! The north orlando building is easy access from I-4. Traffic was not bad coming from the north side of town. It has 2 comfortable classrooms with bright walls, large glass windows, and state of the art electronic white boards. Spacing was great between student seats. There is plenty of outside parking. They provide your books and a name badge the first day of class. You need a calculator that isn’t your phone. The front staff is very nice and you can get your state required fingerprints for license exam clearance on-site. To be able to sit for your license exam soon after you complete your course class, I recommend you sign up to take the license exam as soon as you start class and get your fingerprints done very early on. They recommend that you submit your fingerprints first and then do the online registration for the license exam. Overall a great experience, I recommend Goldcoast! Thanks!

2021-10-02Before starting the course I was feeling very anxious about how the course was going to turn out , when I arrived I immediately loved the environment. The front office staff were super friendly, but most importantly my instructor Alan Chapman was very helpful throughout the whole process. Alan is very knowledgeable, experienced and patient. He makes sure everyone fully understands the concepts he goes over and never skips over anyone. I am glad I was able to have an instructor like Alan and am very grateful for all of his help. I recommend 100% Gold Coast school !

Alan is a great instructor who is inviting, funny and encouragingHe breaks down real estate principles which I thought was going to be so hard and makes it easier to understand. The great thing about this class is that everyone there Wanted to learn which made the class fun and lively. I passed the class exam on my first try and I believe I will pass the state exam on my first try. That’s how great a teacher Alan is!
