The view is spectacular. The people who live in this community are wonderful. These condos are spacious. The location is close to the beaches yet also close to a major international airport.
For buyers who want a new home, close to the beach, under or around $350K, this community is perfect. Still under construction but geat floorplans and close to everything plus 10- 15 minutes from the beach

2022-01-24The outside structures hide the real beauty inside. The condo we visited was lovely! Great flow and stylish layout. The views of gardens and fountain were beautiful. Plus a very protective system doesnt let anyone just wander around. Security was definitely in place.

2021-12-11I have been a Drywall sub-contractor on those buildings for years. There were a couple of phases before these on Starkey rd. They have all been done by the same subs, for the most part. They are built very well in my opinion, and they all have great views. If you like lakes and Golf courses.Everyone I have ever talked to has been very polite and joyful.The Contractor is on top of any and all issues, quickly.He is also on the job 7 days a week 10 to 12 hrs each day, except Sunday. He will at least walk the job on Sunday.Excellent place to live.: Kc

2021-10-16As condos go, and I live here, it is not the most desireable solely because it has very few amenities. 2 pools, one heated, and nothing more. No grills, no courts for tennis or pickleball, nothing. They do collect close to $500.00 per month in condo fees however😎

2019-09-15I helped move a resident into this condo complex. The maintenance personnel were very helpful. It is still under construction but so far it looks great. The view to the golf course from the 4th floor is spectacular.

2015-08-08Nice and clean condominiums. Also, beautiful patio space and pool. Also,near golf course. Downside, your near industrial area and these complexes look out of place amongst the rest of the neighborhood. Why did they build such nice condos and put them near trailers and industrial area? Not smart on builders choice of property. Lastly, has about six buildings with only one pool. Shouldve only gave A three, but once inside the condos they were very nice and open.

2018-04-10Evel Knievel was golfing here the first time I visited in 2002! Its a memorable and lovely place to play and to live. Peaceful and private with lots of wildlife and nature - one of the best kept secrets in Tampa Bay.

2018-04-11Great location, it feels like the country, very quiet and pretty with all kinds of wildlife. We are also close to everything, the best beaches, restaurants, downtown St. Pete and the airport. Couldnt ask for more!
