Robin Starritt did an unbiased review of my auto and home insurance policies and is saving my family $1200 a year. I highly recommend this group! Trustworthy! I just scanned and emailed copies of my policies and sent copies of our drivers licenses and she took care of it for me. I also sent a copy of a voided check so they could handle the payment of the new lower premiums.They use DocuSign so I didn’t have to take any time away from my work day by waiting in their lobby to sign anything. This method especially helps if you are trying to avoid contact with COVID 19!

Honest and professional are the two words I would use to describe Great Florida Insurance Brooksville!I’m a long time, loyal USAA customer, but I was surprised at how difficult it was for me to get home insurance through USAA. After I finally did, I wasn’t sure if I was getting sufficient coverage at a reasonable rate… but I didn’t know who to ask to verify.Then I met the folks at Great Florida Insurance Brooksville and they offered to look over my coverages and rate. I was impressed by their response…. They said my policy looked good! They could match everything at that rate, but unless I had a reason to switch agents, I may as well stay-put for now. I appreciate their honest advice about which coverages I need (and don’t need!) and even more that I didn’t feel pressured or sold-to.Before my policy renews, I’ll be calling them for another “check-up” on my plan - I recommend you do the same!

What an awesome experience. I recently was planning on buying a boat. I met with Jamie and her husband Andrew. I’ll let them know what type of boat I was looking for and they give me a rough idea on the coverage in the amount. When I found the boat I wanted and I purchased it, I just emailed over the documents for the boat. It was about 8 o’clock at night and Andrew went to the office, even though it was in the evening and gave me the exact amounts and we did the policy right then. The caring that they have for clients is evident. Just imagine if I bought the boat and they did not go above and beyond To get me insured and just what if, what if someone vandalized my boat that night or even worse stole it. Where would I be right now! But listen hopeles to get me insured and just what if, what if someone vandalized my boat that night or even worse stole it. Where would I be right now! I closed on my home on January 13th. 2014. When looking for home insurance, I got a call from Economy stating that Citizens Ins. was the only company insuring home in fl. They gave me a price and said that as of January 2014 their rates were going up. I started searching insurance companies on the internet such as AARP,NATIONWIDE,STATE FARM, AAA,LIBERTY and was told they are only dealing with car insurance and are not taking on new customers due to sinkhole problems. I was getting a little nervous as my closing date was nearing. Finally I came across Great Florida Insurance called them and set up an appointment with Mr. Jamie Blake. Coming from Midtown Manhattan in New York City I didnt know what to expect. Jamie Blake is very professional, and very easy to talk to. He searched and searched for the proper insurance that I needed and made me feel very confident that I wasnt being taking advantage off. I am still with Great Florida Insurance and Jamie Blake as my agent and hope to be for many, many years to come. Great company.

2021-10-13These people handle ALL my Insurance needs. They handle my Homeowners Insurance on the house I live in and all my rentals. They handle my Business Insurance . I cover all my cars through them. Over the years I found them to be hard working and honest. They always have my best interest at heart not the Insurance Company. I feel that they work for me.
