Grimaldi realty has a very bed reputation. They not correcting the website regarding the properties. Not answering to emails,massages. Website contains properties listings, long time ago sold.

At that time we were not interested in selling. The following year we were contacted again and decided that 2018 was the year. We met with Mr. Williams, at Grimaldi Realty, and discussed terms of sale and agreed on a price. As a professional, Mr. Williams was always very responsive to our questions, calls and decisions that needed to be made. There were several buyers, that wanted changes to what we had originally agreed upon; however, George always backed up our decisions and never wanted to alter them. The property was sold for our asking price and closed in November 2018. George, Thank you again.The Wilsons

My recently widowed mother-in-law asked for help with selling her property. Through a mutual friend, David Rosenthal of Gramaldi Realty was referred. At first, David was focused and reliable; however, we eventually realized that was just part of his sales schtick. After he got the listing, it became apparent that his negotiating and the selective information he provided appeared to be self-serving and not necessarily accurate. When asked about these issues he became argumentative and unprofessional. For example, when requested to have Kari Grimaldi (his broker) contact us, his response was “You can find her online. Good Luck.” When we finally got in touch with Kari she was neither helpful nor responsive.Needless to say there are many excellent realtors that provide great professional service to their clients. Unfortunately, based on recent experience, David Rosenthal and Grimaldi Commercial Realty are NOT RECOMMENDED.

2022-08-11Swapna Sha and Derek Seckinger worked hard to market and sell my property. The lot was relatively small for big develooers, though there were a lot of buyers expressing interest. I was pleased with their follow up, diligence, and final outcome.
