2014-03-24We have had two great experiences with Ben and Terry at Gulf Coast Associates. Living in the Midwest and buying a second home in Florida can be a difficult process but Terry really made it easy and enjoyable. She has helped us buy two homes and sell one and even helped us find a house full of furniture that was for sale. My wife and I would highly recommend Ben and Terry at Gulf Coast Associates whether you are buying or selling and whether you live in Florida or buying a vacation home like we did. 2014-06-20Ben and Terry at Gulf Coast Associates were instrumental in helping us when we bought our house in Sarasota. We bought new construction and they made certain we were treated fairly by the builders and advised on the must haves in order to live comfortably in the Florida environment. And, when our son and daughter-in-law bought their first home, Terry with her lending background help them sail through the first time home buyer mortgage loan application. These two professionals are tops in my book and Id highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in SW Florida.

2014-04-16When my wife and I started our plan to move from Michigan to Florida we had the pleasure of working with Terry Dona and looked at several communities in Lee County. We had a wonderful experience due to Terrys knowledge of the area and her background in mortgages. We found our ideal house and she helped us all the way through the process. 2014-04-02We just recently used Ben and Terry for a second time.In 2010 we were looking for a second home and they steered us towards Belle Terra, in Estero, FL. We purchased a Villa with two bedrooms, a den and a two stall garage. As our use of the house grew we realized that we needed more space. I contacted Ben and Terry again. They had us look at homes in the new Preserve at Corkscrew.Terry listed our Villa, which sold in 8 DAYS!!!. We turned around and purchased a single family home at the Preserve. The closing of our Villa and the construction of our new home couldnt have gone any smoother. Ben and Terry worked out all of the details.
