2022-07-27Christine was very knowledgeable of the market conditions and always prompt when updating us with opportunities as they popped up. We really enjoyed working with Christine and were finally able to purchase the right Condo for us. We would highly recommend her for any Real Estate needs in SWFL.

2022-05-03If you’re looking for a property management company who will know your property inside and out, who is organized and responsive, and who has a passion for service and hospitality, this company is not for you. If you want someone to unlock the front door and point people to an online application, make sure you aren’t paying too much for the service. I’m sure this type of company will survive in the current environment due to lack of available options. If or when things turn around in the real estate market, they will cost you business due to poor communication, poor work ethic, and being completely disorganized.

2022-06-24I dont even know where to begin but i have lived in rental properties in 4 different locations and this is, BY FAR, theeee worst. I am not sure the owners are even aware of how poorly this property is being ...not even mismanaged, its literally NOT BEING MANAGED. No maintenance is ever done as scheduled, no calls are ever returned. We have been forced to do most of the maintenance ourselves yet were still paying top dollar for a home with a pool that is supposedly maintained by a company yet is forever turning green. The list of poor experiences is far too long to go into so i would I definitely advise you to avoid any property managed by this company.

2022-07-15Recently searching for house on MLS and Zillow. Came across a rental that feels a lot like click bait and bait and switch. House marketed at $4,756 and says nothing about seasonal or annual rental. After calling company and being switched between departments team member states price is probably wrong (listed on 7/11 per zillow). Explains is about $2,000 more per month with apologies that this happens all the time. Ive never heard of MLS not updating fairly quickly. Not sure how you can advertise at one price, but then change when one calls, but I guess its a new world. Either way, doesnt feel right. My suggestion is take a look at their process for adding to listing services and marketing with 2nd looks and/or sign offs. I dont usually care and just move one which I will in this case, but this happened and should be recorded in case this happens again in the future and is more of a sign of habit or trend.

2022-04-21Poor communication. Contacted via website no response. Contacted via phone was told I would get a call from Mary Kate to confirm an open house for a rental property’s and nothing again. No trust or communication just so you know before you spend money or list with them. Too bad you miss out on business and really don’t care about it.

2021-03-18Absolutely amazing and compassionate people running this place. We started renting with them back in 2017 and they made everything so easy from seeing the house for the first time to signing the lease to move out. We loved having them as our landlords, they truly made our lives easier with their online portal and ultimately, we ended up purchasing a home in 2020 with them and once again they couldnt have been more amazing the entire way.

2021-08-30This company has always treated me fairly and with respect. Even when I struggled to make ends meet, Dylan was always polite and courteous. Any maintenance problem that I had was addressed immediately. Dylan was instrumental in helping me transition out of my rental without a hitch. I cant thank him and the rest of J&L Investments enough for their services.

2019-02-17We are out-of-towners, and have one property that has been managed by GCMG for 5 years. They have provided us with quality work for the entire time. We have never had a management issue or tenant issue they didnt take care of. They keep us updated on the market changes, and have our best interest in mind. They have always negotiated a fair price for our renters, based on the fluctuating market values. Always professional, they reply quickly and accurately. We feel the management fees are commiserate with the work they provide. We are considering a second property, and will have them manage this as well (We wish they ran our HOA). We are not paid in any way for this review. We believe that when you find a great company, you should share that.

2021-08-29Always very courteous and professional. I always get to talk to someone and I get answers as well. They are on top of my paperwork. Everyone there seems very pleasant and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend Naples Florida Realty. Agent Christine Squires made my sale happen even after running into a few major snags. She’s amazing and positive. Christine is a major asset to Florida RealtyChristine came thru for me in so many ways. She just steps in with compassion and sincerity and even answers her cell when flying on a jet. She’s completely on top of things always. I know many realtors by working with them but Christine is a rare example of dedication and truly caring. She’s definitely a Rockstar realtor.
