2021-10-04I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Castaneda from the Haute Team on the sale of my condominium in Williams Island, Florida during summer of 2021.The entire process of working with Joseph, from our first meeting to the final transaction, was entirely smooth, professional, responsive and extremely personable. I could reach Joseph anytime and he kept me informed on every critical detail in a prompt and courteous manner. Furthermore, he was simply outstanding in the negotiating process to help me get the best sale price for my condo in light of the changing market dynamics!The bottom line is that he got a full priced offer within 2 weeks after the original listing without any arduous back and forth. 2019-11-21Joey is very patient with us as first time home buyers who are interested in different options (house vs. condo) and areas that fit would our life styles. He guides us through the whole process and always quick to response on our questions thoroughly.He is never late to our meetings and he is an excellent communicator. He understands the urgency when competing with other buyers and he was excellent at negotiating offers. He always stays clam and professional no matter how stressful the situation is. He is a very good listener with logical and reasonable sense. He does not push for something that we don’t feel right but he would make sure we understand the risks and consequences when changing our mind.His service is very up to date with technology that most documents were reviewed and signed remotely even when we were out of the country. It gives us lots of flexibility with our busy work schedules and make our process extremely convenient communicating over phones/emails/internet, etc.Their website was very compatible with other popular online tools with all details information that. It is very user friendly to browse over the phone when I get email notifications on new listings, price change, updates, etc. I can view all the pictures at once from the same listing, make appointments online as well as viewing other details information with my phone.Joey is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market. He is very a professional realtor who gives his honest opinions that we gives us confident and trust. I would definitely refer him to my family or friends as real estate agent.

2019-08-16Haute Team was a pleasure working with from start to finish. From figuring out my needs/wants to pinpointing specific areas to search in, Joey is a true specialist in real estate! Always prompt and keeps you up to date on all aspects of your search. After arriving to our final walk through he noticed the last tenants took the “ring” doorbell and upon arriving at the closing he gifted me one as a house warming gift! As a first time buyer Haute Team made the buying process a breeze! Best of the best!

2015-07-02Joey Castaneda was our realtor as we transitioned from Gainesville back to South Florida. He is very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous with researching houses for us. He is very friendly and knows the area extremely well. For us it was important to be located close to family and in a good school district which he was able to identify with ease. His background as a home appraisal gives him tremendous credibility since he knows the surrounding market value. His candid approach and frank demeanor is refreshing and was well appreciated. He was reliable and always on time which was quite important to me since I have a very regimented schedule. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding luxury homes and apartments; hence, I highly recommend him as a realtor and will most certainly be using him again when we purchase our next home.

2015-09-04Joseph got me a great deal on Williams Island! I got a great apartment with amazing views and floor plan. He was able to answer all my questions and made the process of finding an apartment, negotiating the purchase and getting the deal closed very smooth. His knowledge of real estate and Williams Island in particular is impressive. He is also professional and communicates well by phone, text and email. I highly recommend Joseph and the whole Haute Team.

2015-07-05Joey has been a phenomenal professional throughout the process of selling an apartment in Aventura. We were able to sell the apartment within a very reasonable time frame. He is very knowledgeable of the local market, his background in home appraisals/market valuations is a great advantage to have, he was incredibly patient and a great partner to have in buying and selling property in South Florida.
