2022-05-05Heather is the absolute best, top notch, professional realtor in South Florida. Heather made our move from the West Coast easy and seamless with her expertise and guidance. She knows everything about everything and anyone whos anyone in Pompano Beach (which is where we moved). She was able to help us narrow down what city to choose that would be best for our family and we are very happy with our house. Heather is ultra professional and driven and will fight for you till the end. She answers calls and emails immediately, and is 100% on it when you need her. She showed us homes via FaceTime within hours of us seeing them go online and we had offers in that same day. This is my 6th home in the last decade and I have worked with the #1 agents in each city and by far she is the best. I highly recommend using Heather, you will be happy you did!

2020-11-08I have now used Heather three times to sell my properties and she always amazes me with her knowledge, experience and commitment. Heather is a rare professional that really, really care about her clients. I listed my beach home in Hollywood and she sold it for $2,850,000 in approximately three months. She has a broad and deep contact list, as well as stellar marketing skills for today’s market. My experience with Heather has been through sales, but I would not hesitate to use her when purchasing a home because she is the epitome of professionalism. I have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Heather. If selling your property is important for the best price and timeline use Heather!

2020-11-08Heather helped my wife and me purchase our dream home on the beach in Pompano Beach, FL. She is the hardest working, most loyal real estate agent with whom I have ever worked. Heather worked tirelessly to make us happy, doing whatever was needed to get us the condo we wanted, at the price we were willing to pay. After skillfully negotiating with the seller and not giving in on our maximum offer, some issues came up with the inspection and, again, with the title search. Heathers understanding of the whole process, as well as her professional contacts in the banking, title and construction industries enabled her to guide us through some difficult issues. She, then, went back to the seller and negotiated a favorable resolution to the issues and got us the outcome we wanted. My wife and I would not have been able to get through the process without Heather. We bought the home of our dreams, right on the beach, with panoramic views of the ocean. We could not be happier, and Heather is the reason.

She is knowledgeable, diligent, and seemingly always available. Also, she thoroughly researches the market- a critical factor during the hectic, inflationary time we were house-hunting. She also seemed to anticipate the best opportunities for us and could spot key features in homes (both pluses and minuses) as we passed through (we dubbed her “Eagle-eye”).She is not just someone who takes you to houses and walks through them with you. She seems to have passion for what she does: find the best possible house for her client.And, on top of everything else, we always enjoyed our time with her!To summarize, our family highly recommends her!

2021-03-31Any one can list a property. If you want to maximize the selling price, use Heather. She will provide a game plan that will cost you a few bucks up front but will get that and then some back.
