As someone who works out of state/ country and who spends more time in the air than on the ground, I thought it was going to be impossible for us to be able to close on a property. However, German took the challenge by helping us and taking his email, text, face time, and phone calling skills to another level. It did not matter if I was on London’s time zone or San Francisco’s, he made his schedule work for me. He kept me in the loop about everything, and made all the paper work signing a walk in the park by me being able to fill them out online. With the help of German and his team, my wife and I were able to purchase the home we wanted in less than 25 days! I dont think it would have been possible with just anyone. I can say rather confidently that I dont think the average real estate professional could have made it work. German and his team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. I always felt he had our back and was honest and forthright. He went above and beyond what I expected. If you are reading these reviews, you are likely considering the help of a professional. You cant go wrong by calling German. He gets my highest recommendation, and will be my first call when we are ready to buy another property.
Love love love Rene and Erika! I couldnt ask for a better realty service. They were both great communicators. Their response time is superb. Every time I left a message or email they returned my call very quickly. Rene bless her heart, she hung in there with property after property never giving up or showed any signs of frustration. She exudes professionalism but never lacks humanity. She was very friendly and easy to speak with. Her ability to adapt and adopt creative ways to compete in a vicious sellers market is outstanding!

Thank you to German and his team they did an amazing job. I was selling the house form a different state, and he made the process as smooth as possible and kept me informed every step of the way. He offered to meet various vendors at the house while the Covid-19 mess was going on and I was not able to travel back to do the final clean up on the house.The photos he had taken of the house were very professional and Im sure contributed to the amount of showing we had. I cannot just simply describe the commitment and level of professionalism that German had during the process of my husband and I purchasing our first home this past June (2018). He was so helpful in pointing us in the right direction that we needed to go in order to achieve our goal. 2021-04-08I recently closed on my first house and I could not be more grateful that I chose German Hernandez to work with as my realtor. Being a first time homebuyer, I appreciated that he was patient with my questions, responsive throughout each step of the process, and insightful when it came to things like making a competitive offer. The referrals he made for things like inspectors, lenders, movers, etc. were all of high caliber but he never pressured me to go with any one in particular. Overall, I felt that he was very transparent and had my best interests in mind throughout the process. I would highly recommend him for your next home purchase or sale!

2021-09-27I found them online reading reviews to realtors. I picked German to sell my house because he was fluent in English and Spanish. Which makes him good to work with any potential realtor or buyer. His team was fast to list the property. Less than one hour later we had 5 offers on our email. Once signed the contract he was easy to work with me and the buyers agent. We finally got the property closed last week. Thanks Erika, the assistant, for all your help too

2021-07-31Even during a crazy housing market, Junior made the process of buying a home incredibly smooth and easy. It was such a relief to know that we had him in our corner, fighting for us and looking out for our best interests! We had such peace throughout the whole process knowing we had him looking out for us. Everything was done timely and professionally and we even managed to close early on our new home. Suzette always went out of her way to find homes in our range and always made time to see any and all homes that we were interested in. Once we located the perfect home, she worked nonstop to make the offer, inspection, and closing process go as smoothly as possible. German was not only available anytime we had questions about selling or buying, but knowledgeable of the overall market, the specific locations we were interested in buying/selling and trends. We could always count on German to keep his word and didn’t have to check up on how things were going because he was always the next step ahead. He encouraged us to be patient when the market wasn’t in our favor and we are so thankful we did because we got the perfect house for our family! 2019-12-05My boyfriend and I were first time homebuyers and German helped us so much throughout the process, especially with us being so young and almost clueless to the home buying process. He was very patient and understanding with us. I also really appreciated how much he worked around our own work schedule.
