2013-05-31Caution do not mail in your funds insist on an in person closing dont turn over your check until you read the fine print and get the keys !!! they filed our papers on april 20 we did not get the keys till may 28 . tried to get us to sign a fence agreement for an extra $400. we did not pay the extra $400 but they did not turn over keys for over a month. do not expect higgenbotham auctioneers to do anything for you once you mail in your money!!!
