2016-08-12I can never say enough great things about our brokerage. Chris Shumaker is a wonderful broker, who actually cares about the well being of his agents. He is always there when we have questions, or need some guidance or advice. The fees are so low, but the training the office provides is of the highest caliber. Its like working with family here as well. The agents are friendly and the atmosphere in the office is always conducive to being productive while having a great time. 2016-08-03Chris is the last broker on earth to support his agents, hes very cheap and materislistic deep inside. At his age he doesnt have any clue about honoring his word and promises. At beginning he seems genuine and funny then later youll see he takes every chance to screw you over in your comission by making up some non sense late fees, and other hidden charges. Thats why so many agents left his company but he and his office clowns will deny. You cant blame on a guy with high school diploma after all.

2019-12-27I had the pleasure of working with Chris Jones. Chris immediately came to my rescue after dealing with an amateur Agent. When I called him, He dropped everything for me and my fiancé at that time, and showed us many homes. He wasn’t invasive. That’s one thing We loved about him. He allowed us to go through the home and take our time to see how we felt about it. He told us nooks and crannies that no one else would tell us of what to look for and what will work best for us. He was all about us and our happiness. He supported us through the whole process. At times he got a little too busy for us, but what do you expect when you’re dealing with someone that good! I remember one day I left an office of a person that treated me horribly(Scott Pendalton in Tampa- don’t ever use him or his team unless you like to be disrespected and lied too)! Now I usually handle things quite well. Chris called me, and at that time encouraged me and lifted my spirits back up. That will always be in my mind when I think of him and all that he has done for me and my family. He seen us all the way through. And we connected on spiritual levels. When we closed, Chris was just as excited as we were. He is an amazing person to work with and I highly recommend him!

2016-07-03HomeXpress Realty is my third and final brokerage. With a generous commission split, I am enabled to spend more money on how i market my personal listings. Paid advertising, that I could not afford elsewhere, is now a staple of my services for my clients listings. There is always updated training which keeps us at the top of our game. Buyers and sellers cannot go wrong with a HomeXpress agent.
