We were moving to Alachua with very short notice. My family and I were looking to buy our first home but we had to have one within 3 weeks and so we needed someone who could operate under these tight deadlines. Danette was highly recommended and had a track record of successful and efficient closings. Honestly, I was skeptical that anyone could find us a house that we all loved, within our budget, in under three weeks. Well, Danette did just that. She was available day and night and worked endlessly to find us a house, submit our offer, and push the necessary people to ensure we met our deadline. She gave recommendations on lenders, insurance agents, and inspectors that she knew could work these tight schedules. Her professional skills as a real estate agent coupled with her reputable resources really puts Danette above the rest. All of this is bundled up into a bubbly, genuine woman who is looking out for your best interests. After closing, my two year old daughter spent the rest of the day asking where Dana-nette go? Dana-nette come back? I will most definitely call Danette again if we are looking to buy or sell a house.

Ive never worked with a more useless unprofessional realtor in my life. Deborah Gerling is also a liar. Thankful the closing is done so we no longer have to deal with her. Sorry we had to pay commission. Will never recommend your sevices to anyone. Youre better off doing your own house hunting and reporting the home repairs are completed to the financing and title company when they were not done is unethical. She tried to withhold our key to our house after paperwork was complete because you didnt like our attitude? You dont like my mothers kids? Because we dont like liars and sick of you and going to say how we feel about that? Extremely poor communication skills, every time we met up SURPRISE more paperwork or something we needed that we were not told about, nothing like driving 40 mins to find out I didnt bring something I needed. WORK WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY!
Danette Drageset is the best! Working with this personable, attentive professional made the process of selling our home as stress-free as possible- even during COVID-19! Danette did an amazing job of keeping us informed while at the same time giving us the space needed to make tough choices. I was a first time homebuyer. My real estate agent Deborah was of no help at all. I ended working and setting up appraisal, survey, etc. myself with the help of the loan officer and title company. She had no references of who to contact, was no help at all. It was a horrible experience and the worst part was paying her commission for doing nothing!!
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Leslie in buying our new home and selling our home. She was knowledgeable and personable. She answered all our questions as quickly as possible and provided us with sound guidance through both processes. 2022-08-02Lisa Anderson helped my husband and l purchase 20 acres and she was absolutely fantastic to work with! We had some ups and downs during the loan process but she always put in 100% to get us to the closing table and we are so grateful for that. 2022-06-06Jennifer MacCallum is the very best real estate agent that I have ever worked with both personally and professionally. My husband and I were looking for waterfront property. Jennifer and her husband Barry showed a us number of properties before we found the one we purchased. At each showing she was prepared with data concerning the home and associating areas. She made us feel comfortable speaking with her and trusting her with our home purchase. Jennifer is an fierce negotiator in this competitive market. Listening to her advice on how to structure the purchase offer with inspections and closings detailed is what allowed us to outperform other offers and ultimately won us our new lakefront home. Jennifer then scheduled inspections and helped us navigate all the details that comes with the various inspection reports. Our new home needed some serious work, and Jennifer was able to negotiate with the seller for additional funds off the cost of our home. Throughout out this whole process Jennifer’s kept detailed and open communication. We are so thankful to Jennifer, and Barry MacCallum for all their hard work. 2022-02-09Lisa Kittredge was my realtor. I was in a desperate hunt for a piece of property and Lisa stayed on top of it. After many near-misses due to other buyers up-bidding me, Lisa located a piece of property that was where I needed it to be and far cheaper than I budgeted for. She found the listing within hours of it being put on the market and we had a cash offer to the seller the same day, which was accepted. We closed very quickly and I am cruising through my other processes to get the property up and running. She worked hard and was very communicative. A++

From the time she said hello Lisa was professional and kind. Lisa went well above and beyond to meet all of our needs in finding the perfect forever home for us. She stayed on top of each step and never missed a beat. 2022-01-28I started out on realtor.com looking at Condos in Gainesville and was extremely lucky to get Wendy McGriff! When the 1st place fell through in the neighborhood, I wanted Wendy was able to find another Condo in the same neighborhood! She stayed on top of all the paper and made the whole process very easy.
