Kelly was the best realtor experience I have had to date. Extremely professional but still personal. When meeting him for the first time he answered all my questions and helped guide me through the entire process. His directions were clear and straightforward and best of all, actually worked to sell my property in a day! Would highly recommend to anyone who is motivated to sell their property.
We used Kelly Chavers to sell our home in Tallahassee, and he was outstanding; highly recommended!Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on the investment they make into selling the property such as time and effort, not and how they promote listings. Kelly stood out with amazing photos of his listings and a strong social media and community presence. We could tell he put a lot of work into listings.We spoke with Kelly and then met with him at our home. He was patient and approachable, answering all our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he has sold, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Kelly made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors dont, like giving us staging and lighting tips, having professional photographs taken inside, and outdoor drone pictures of our land and home.Kelly always answered his phone and replied to emails swiftly. He had a great understanding of the local market and we would definitely use him again.Our house had an offer 1 day after we put it on the market. We accepted, and Kelly walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. We appreciated his depth of knowledge and professionalism.Ive recommended Kelly Chavers to everyone I know. Hes a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it wont always be this easy to sell a home, but I think youd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
Kelly was incredibly helpful when my wife, father-in-law, and I bought our home. He knows a remarkable amount about the city as well as the home-buying process.Kelly was great at communicating with all three of us, and was always ready to answer our questions. He guided us through the negotiations and helped us stay on top of gathering the required documents and setting up all of the needed inspections.Even after closing, Kelly was ready to help out with recommendations for everything wed need, from pest-control to countertop replacement. The home-buying process is a daunting task, but Kelly made it as simple as possible.

Kelly is the best! We started shopping for homes a year ago. Things came up that put our shopping on hold. Kelly was patient, understanding and we never felted rushed. He worked so well will us, while being across the country, to make sure he was sending homes that fit our wants and needs. He is a very knowledgeable 2nd generation realtor; having a wealth of information at his fingertips. He thoroughly answered our questions and if we had one he wasn’t quite sure of, he would find the answer – LOVE That!! Last month we closed on a beautiful Condo with great amenities and we are very happy!

Kelly was a beacon.We had a nontraditional sale/buy situation. We were living in an old house, trying to sell it, and buying at the same time. Kelly is proactive, anticipates your needs, thorough in understanding what you are looking for, and respectful throughout the process, especially in his understanding that youre making a big decision and there are many details to consider. He really works hard to find what youre looking for and keep you informed, always. Most agents number 1 priority is to get the sale, and in that they are pretty transparent, but Kellys priority was to make sure he did right by us. Thats really whats important in any transaction.

We used Kelly to purchase our new home. Kelly is probably the most informative and helpful agent Ive ever worked with. He will work on any day or at any time that works for your schedule which is awesome for working parents (he even watched our napping kids in the car while we looked at houses!). He was available for advice on the sale of our home despite us having separate agents where we used to live. What was most helpful was he warned us about several issues with the homes we were looking at that could result in costly repairs which we never would have thought of ourselves. I could say more good things, but I think Ive made my point. 10/10 would recommend.
Kelly is the bomb. My dude helped sell my moms house quickly (and was very patient with all my questions (of which there were many). He is very knowledgable and helped me understand every part of the process.But is that all? NO! Then, my dude helped me buy my first house! I never thought it was possible for me. Previous realtors find out that Im a public school teacher and treated me like a dirt, or just didnt invest much time or effort into me. Kelly, however, was completely hands-on and dedicated to seeing the whole process through. I love my new home - its just right for me! Thanks, Kelly. Youre the best.

2022-04-15Kelly did an amazing job top to bottom selling our home. From the start his consultation on what we should do to prepare for sale to the right listing price, finding professionals to help with painting, yard cleanup, and a deep cleaning of the home, everything was top notch. We had over 45 showings in 3 days, and multiple offers over listing price. I dont think anyone in the biz takes better pictures than Kelly, you can really tell he takes pride in what he does. If youre selling or buying, this is who you want to go with.

2021-03-10We can’t recommend Kelly enough as a realtor. As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing, but Kelly made us feel so at ease. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and was so kind and patient with all the questions we had. He provided ample material on every aspect of the home-buying process – from brochures on the process itself, timelines and checklists, and even concierge lists and home maintenance for after you’ve bought your home. When a friend asked how the home-buying process was going, I told her it was going really smooth with no issues, and she said no one ever says that. But with Kelly, buying a home is truly easy.
