Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Over all a terrible experience. We arrived and we were greeted rudely by Marie. While we were making her order she just simply told me “No” and was extremely rude when we asked if they had certain items. She was just completely rude and disrespectful, and she made our friend cry. After she refused to serve us out of no where when there were only three other tables occupied, told us to leave, and as we were leaving she threatened to call the cops. Worst experience EVER.
The absolute worst ihop experience I have ever had. We were seated at the table 20 minutes (after waiting 30 minutes with a restaurant full of empty tables) for a waitress to take our drink order, we were seated for 1.5 hours before our food even came out and when it was delivered to the table it was cold. It was also served in phases so half of our table was done eating before the remainder of the food came. I also asked for a manager to come to the table and the request was not granted because he was too busy in the kitchen. I do not recommend this ihop location.
Thank God we got here at 8am on Mother’s Day. No one was in the restaurant when we got there so we were able to sit quickly. The tables stayed about about 90% empty the entire time we were there. The wait however was ridiculous, no one was getting sat after the initial 5 tables were sat. More and more people were just annoyed and waiting while not a single person addressed them. From what we could see they only had 3 servers and a manager working on Mother’s Day. Completely ridiculous! There were people who had ordered online and and apparently their orders were lost. Our server being in the weeds took thirty minutes to bring us the bill after we had our plates cleared off of our table. Complete joke! How does this place stay open??!!!!
This place is awful! i would NOT recommend coming! My wife and i came here for breakfast on sunday thinking we would have a nice pleasant meal, it was pretty busy, but not a huge shortage of tables and got seated right away. As we waited and reviewed the menu at least 4 times thinking of what were were both going to order, i watched 3 other groups of customers behind us get seated, waited on and then receive their drinks before anyone even saw we were even seated. mind you we were almost in the middle of the restaurant and also watched 2 tables next to us being cleaned by other personnel. To top it all off my wife is clearly pregnant, and you dont make a pregnant woman wait. We left immediately and never looked back. do yourself a favor and go to waffle house down the street or crakel barrel, or even dunkin doughnuts across the way.
We were waiting for 50 minutes and left without being served. Not even water was brought to our table. The only waitresses in the place said “I will be right with you” many times but never came, until we gave up. Shame on ihops.
Food was good this time the waitress wasnt attentive.

Its an IHOP, yes. But in todays workplace environment, the service was quick, friendly and harkened back to the good ole days of 5 years ago lol. Everything was tasty and freshly prepared.
What a terrible experience!! I am surprised theyre still open! Went yesterday with a group of ppl and the server said they were out of a bunch of things! The food was NOT good and the french fries were the worst Ive ever had!!! Stay away from this place and one last thing, the only PLASTIC silverware!!!!
Went to dinner with my family a few days ago at night and Marie was our server! What a delightful experience we had. Marie made the evening perfect. She was courteous, attentive and very friendly! Marie brought for the children a surprise substitution, instead of bacon she brought a bowl of chocolate chips! Please make sure she gets credit for doing such great work! :)

Absolutely awful. Stay away. Stood 10 minutes at door for a table. Went to kitchen looking for assistance. There are only 3 people working here. Absolutely no service. Only option here is to cook your own meal in their kitchen.
We go to this ihop every week after skating at pines. For the past two or three weeks we had Mariah as our waitress and she was an absolute joy, always treats us nicely even if we come in a huge group. Thank you Mariah we’re gonna miss you!
This is the worse IHOP Ive ever been to and ordered from. We ordered my nephew, whos 7yr old, pancakes and eggs and bacon. We ordered it at 10:20m and its said will be be ready at 11:12...then 30mins later after the driver arrived changed to 11:23...now it states almost 12pm...it doesnt take almost 2hrs to make pancakes, eggs and bacon. Tried calling them was on hold for 15mins no answer. This is unacceptable and THE WORSE PLACE EVER!
Terrible customer service!!!! After being seated we waited nearly 30min for our waiter, who never came to our table but instead attended a customer next to to us who was just seated! After finally complaining we were moved to another table only to encounter the same experience, no one acknowledged us!!
Moriah and the back of house team were phenomenal. she was working by herself but managed to seat and serve 2 10+ people parties. The service was incredible and professional, food was great. Best iHop in town imo
My neighborhood IHOP is the best! Im in my birthday month so I ordered a special meal, but the Healthy, egg white, spinach and avocado omlete was above my expectations! It was served HOT and flavorful with a side of sweet, juicy fruit. The portion size was wonderful and I was able to take half of it home to enjoy another time. The restaurant atmosphere was very cold and I would recommend wearing a sweater or a jacket, but the staff was warm and friendly!
Mariah was an amazing server! She brought us our drinks and food super quick and I 100% recommended her to anyone that comes to this Ihop!!
Pretty gross... the salad was disgusting, The silverware was dirty, the steak was served with a butter knife, the water glass was dirty. The service was OK and the staff was friendly. Overall, it wasnt the worst experience Ive even had but it could definitely use some work.

Food was great, cleanest IHOP around but the service sucked. We waited almost 15 minutes before a waitress came and spoke to us after being seated immediately. I had to get my own silverware. The waitress wasnt attentive at all. Sweet lady but her customer service was very poor. She never came to check and see how we were doing or if we needed anything else. I will not visit this IHOP again.
The place was packed and service was a bit slow. Our hostess was a quick moving, talkative person and got the order rolling on. Overall good experience.If you are ordering the spicy habanero omelette be mindful the cook is going to toss in twice more and its going to burn afterwards.

On school days its really not that busy, i had visited to redeem my free pancakes and they gave me the instructions and it was super easy. The staff and cashiers THAT day were amazing . I would advise going for a quick and go breakfast, sometimes its packed and sometimes it isnt. It just really depends on the day your going.

Is incredible how bad has become this place. We used to come here sometime ago and I remember that atention and food was great. This is the second time and probably the last one that we are coming here. Food takes years to get ready, and it comes incomplete. We came today for breakfast and both plates were incomplete, we have to wait like 30 minutes after for our panckakes and french toast. Manager did not care about customer service and atention. And the place was not crowed, it was actually kind of empty, i can not imagine how bad will go if get busier. Just dont come here... is decepointing....

This is unbelievable. Me and my mom had the worst experience while dining...the waiter gave us the wrong plate. Forgot to give us straws for the waters, she also Forgot to give us spoons for gods sake. We had to mix out coffee with a knife. Food was terrible. Eggs were too hard. The waiting time to eat is also terrible. We spent about 40 minutes waiting for our food. If you want to eat at a ihop. Dont eat at this one..whatsoever

In spite of the shortage of employees the service was good, so sad that the employees have to work extra to provide good service to the customers! You only had one cook and we waited for almost an hour but it was worth it! Lord willing the shortage of employees will soon be over!
Horrible experience. We walked in and there was no one at the counter to add us to their list. The restaurant was no where near packed. No one else was waiting to be seated. After 10 minutes someone decided it was a good idea to add us to their list. It gets worse from there. The food came out cold and the coffee was watered down. They didnt offer any napkins nor condiments. We had to get up and get them from another table. Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had at ihops. Ill never return here.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD.Do not go here, If I could I would give 0 stars. I usually love IHOP but this experience was awful. Coffee was cold, all the food was cold, the pancakes were burnt to a crisp. The crepes we ordered were undercooked. And the service was appalling, never asked if everything was okay, asked for sugar never got it.
We waited 15 minutes at the table to order our drinks. After we were able to get our food, I asked for silverware for the table but after waiting for 10 more minutes,I had to get the silverware myself. The service was poor and that is being generous. On a good note Gabby was working hard picking up the slack of the rest of the staff. She was getting drinks for different tables, cleaning tables, and seating customers. Never coming back. EVER
Waitress was amazing considering she was the only person serving tables. Was very busy for one server. She was also handling a numerous amount of takeout orders too. The only reason I had to give a 4 star was the time it took her to wait on us at the table. Not her fault since IHOP management could not staff properly. Some people actually walked out that were not patient for her to serve their table. Food was good and cook as order. Coffee was cold, waitress made another pot for me. Wake up management and higher help, this seems to be an issue at this establishment.
My wife and I visited the location on Flamingo Rd. about a week ago. The food was what we expected but the main reason for this review was the service. Our waitress, Summer, was the only waitress on the floor. At one time up to 5-6 tables were being served soley by Summer. Additionally, she worked the register and answered phone calls. Amazing the she could do all of this and still keep a smile on her face. These kind of employees are hard to find and worth mentioning in a positive review!

Nothing against your workers they’re doing a good job. But you have to offer more of a competitive hourly pay. This is ridiculous. You’re short staffed in the kitchen and the also the front. They don’t even have a bus boy to clean up after the customers. You are losing money. The amount of families I see walking out is crazy.
Very poor experience. There were 4 tables, 3 servers, and one of the tables was just being served when we sat. The sandwich Order cones out cold as were the pancakes . , then missing the bacon. We ate half the sandwich before noticing there was no bacon. They are making us pay for half. We w the manager never bothered to come speak with us. We will never come here again
We came in at 11:50am on October 4th, we were never seated or acknowledged. The one employee that was to our left, looked at us and went to the back where other employees were and could be heard from the front door carrying on a loud conversation. We waited to be seated like the sign stated for 5 mins and nobody came after 5 mins of waiting. If this is how customers are treated, please save your money and go to any other establishment.

Worst Ihop I have ever been to. Had to wait like 20 minutes to be sitten with all tables empty. The food took so long. When they finally bring our food you can see the lady’s fingers on my toast like she cut the bread with her hands. The table next to us left because they bring their food with hairs ( a lots , no just one) and I tried no to be picky but we could eat it we pay and left without eating , my boyfriends chocolate shake was hot and the ice coffee I asked tasted like sh….THIS IHOP RESTAURANT IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!I am not saying all IHOP’s are bad but this location in specific is NASTY 🤮

Where do I start. The customer was horrible. My French toast came out cold the waiter didnt bring any syrup, didnt check on me and brought out the remaining combo 30 minutes later. I had to request the manager twice. After a an hour, unfortunately I left hungry.
Horrible. Drinks in togo cups. Utensils were togo packaged plastic. Coffee was cold. Server was to busy on her phone o even check up on us. And we were the only customers at 8pm on a Saturday night.
So we walk in say its for three, one of us is a 4 year old who was going to have her first experience with pancakes. We mention we want a booth and are told to wait. We wait, mind you there are a few servers and no one else waiting, we wait almost 10 mins to sit and then we wait to be served. In that process we took out kid to pee and look over the menu so may times i actually changed my mind about my first order. We then notice a couple who walked in AFTER us get their order taken before us. We waited to be seated in spots that were going to be cleaned anyway so we suspect it was the waiter being annoyed that we requested a space that was not convenient for her. What ever the case is we walked out because its lazy customer service and now I gotta write this review while we take our service to another restaurant.

I placed and order for take out. I went up to counter placed my order which took around 10 mins to get to the counter. Once I placed my order I waited a total of 23 mins. Once I got home with my meal, I noticed that we werent gove any utensils or napkins. All in all. Food taste like I ordered at anothwr ihop and I would order from there again.
Honest post of my experience. Came here on a Saturday with my family after driving to 2 other busy IHOP’s the women at the front said 15-20 minutes. Many tables open by the way. We were starving and gave up so we said ok. We sat and waited patiently. We saw 2 families come in and ask to sit and they were seated immediately. I confronted the lady and she said quote “ oh I don’t know they just asked to sit I don’t know baby just sit down anywhere” I’m really disappointed at the customer service. They were nice after I confronted them. Now they are seating everyone coming on right after making us wait while tables were clean. Food came right away on a good note!!
Arrived at 940pm.seated @950..by the time server got to table it was 957 .yes really.THERE WAS ONLY 1 OTHER TABLE of customers ,but he was doing to go also.. NICE.. He said we could now NOT order from the fun before 10 pm menu,, even though we waited patiently to sit, for service,etc...had 6 tweens & 3 moms after ice skating , who just wanted snacks & dessert! BUMMER , because we would have ordered a lot more than 2 apps- & would have returned every Tues! He needed back up!
I am a pretty patient person but I don’t think I should be waiting 40+ minutes for two orders of fish and it doesn’t make the wait any easier when you see people walking in and getting their food before you. May God continue to bless this location.
When in to dine alone. After being promised a seat out of the 20 available, they had me waiting 15 minutes. A party of two walked in and got seated immediately. I felt kinda bad. So I walked away. Didn’t feel like my business was appreciated at all.
This is by far the best IHOP my wife and I have been too!! Food was delicious and service was amazing!! These ladies were very attentive and kinda gave off the home/ mom and pops feel. A little hidden spot seems like it’s for locals and customers are reoccurring. Definitely will be back ladies!! Thank youuu!!

I was there last Saturday, my bill was $28.19, I left $6.00 tip in cash. Wrote 0.00 for the tip. I look at my statement and they charge me $34.19. The waitress added her own tip after I left cash. Watch your receipts!!!
Best breakfast no matter what you want. Best pancakes and French toast, fluffy scrambled eggs, yummy bacon and sausage, always ample portions, always hot and fresh. Attentive and accommodating staff. In restaurant or delivery we are always happy. Thanks for bringing comfort to our lives.
Made an online order. Realized when I got there, they were understaffed and it would take a little time to get my order. Turned out to be over an hour only for lady to tell me that they dont have my order. She didnt even attempt to see what I ordered and have someone make my order. Worst customer service ever.
First the lady in the front was swamped with clients and it took a long time to be seated. No waiter went to the table after 15 minutes. The waiter didn’t greet us and when straight to get the order before even bringing water. The food took long to come to the table and 75% of the order was wrong, starting with my Big Brunch Burger with no fried egg. Then they took my burger and my daughter pancakes back, they brought the pancakes, everybody ate and then they brought my burger with an over cooked egg. The waiter never asked to refill anything and was must of the time missing from the dining area. However, he showed up when I asked for the bill and then had the audacity to say “I am ready for you sir” at register. What a moron!!! Horrible place and the manager???? Micromanaging the restaurant.
Went there yesterday to eat after getting school supplys , ordered a sandwich i didnt eat, it was the WORST. food i never ate. Kids meals were ok & service was SLOW & there wasnt but a very few people there .We will NEVER go back there , what a waste of time & money. Get a much better cook & faster waitresses. DONT EVEN BOTHER GOI NG THERE

I went here after a football game with a group of people and it was 10:30pm. Your suppose to be open till 12 so I called and the lady told me yes we are suppose to stay open but when a certain person works we close early because they want to leave early wed Fri and Sunday. You’ve lost the business from the school
The server was very amazing. She was very nice and patient with us. She explain the menu and helped us picked. We were very satified. And her smile keeps you warm and makes you even more comfortable to just enjoy our meals and relaxed. Thank you so much for a great environment. We had a wonderful time. Never again coming to this place, the worse service 30 minutes wait, them almost 45 minutes wait for the food, when complain the waitress give you attitute, in the midlle of COVID and there not even a hand sanitazer in any of the tables, staff cleaning the tables with just watter, and really bad services shame on them.
2 days in a row, they have totally messed up my check and over charged me. Yesterday my total was $9.19 and she charged my card $36 (someone elses check). They have one server at any given time and its overwhelming these ladies. Today, I asked for blueberry syrup and received blueberry pancakes. I asked if it was a part if the deal and was told yes. Received my check and I was upcharged for blueberry pancakes. They really need to hire more help! Its too much for one server to handle.
Absolutely, the WORST service I have ever received. Placed an online order, and my son went to pick up the order, it wasn’t ready. I called the store to see why the order wasn’t ready and the waitress stated they never received the order even though I received confirmation and my credit card had been charged. So I told her I was coming to pick up the order, and expected it to be ready when I got there (this is 45 mins past the time it was supposed to be ready). When I got there a waitress by the name of “Jennifer” states that the cook REFUSED to make the order because it didn’t go through there system (even after providing my confirmation email”. So, I told her I call my bank to cancel that charge, and to replace the order. Jennifer stated that she would have to speak to her GM “Acosta” to advise her on what to do. WHAT!!!! Are you serious an employee has to be advise by a GM who isn’t even in the restaurant on how to service a paying customer???? UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I have never had an employee flat out refuse to service a customer.. IHOP if this is how you treat your customers and I would advise anyone reading this don’t waste your money with a company that allows this treatment by their employees!!!! Corporate will be hearing from me!!! Wish I could have rated it a negative 5 stars!

Terrible experience here! There was no line and barely anyone in the restaurant. Yet I stood at the door for 15 min before my party and I were seated. Then we sat for another 15 min and no one ever came to our table to take our order or offer drinks. We walked out because I’m certainly not spending $$ here. When I walked back in to speak to a manager, (less than 5 min later) I noticed another party sat at our same table and was having their order taken. Black ghettofab waitresses didn’t want to serve us I guess. Too bad for her, I tip well!

Order food for pickup only 2 items. Pickup time was 9:55am, store was very busy so I understood having to wait a little longer. however I did not receive my food until 10:52am. I waited an hour for a pickup order and I was not the only one. And they said they couldn’t not cancel my food or refund it. I had to wait or leave and loss my money. This is not my first problem encounter at this location.
Havent been in awhile...abit disappointed. Our meal took awhile (it was not crowded) and my mom sandwich was not made correctly...she asked for a warm turkey sandwich...they just toast the bread, sent it back to grill the turkey but the bread was cold when it came back. She just ate half of it....mom was not happy...I ordered a chicken (with no bun) and fries and it was cold... i just ate it because we had somewhere to be..
This IHOP is conveniently located in a small shopping mall. It is clean and very well staffed. However, based on my one-time visit my experience wasnt very pleasent. My order didnt have any similarities in looks, compared to what the menu displayed. I ordered over easy eggs and received over medium, instead, no biggie right! Also, ordered a dish and requested not to add certain ingredients to it, but they still brought it with it. Minor details could make a customer happy. All this happen during a no-rush day/hours. Would not visit again, though.
I have been craving to try their food. And I was not disappointed at all. The omelette I order the Bold and Spicy BBQ Omelette taste really good. The pancake was nice as they have four different syrups that you can try on it. Coffee was just fine. The ihop place we visited is big but still it is so busy during breakfast. Good thing we came a little early than those waiting after us. The service was fine as the lady who served us is cool. Even though the place is pack with customer the service is still good and our food arrives just right. They also have different food in their menu.
Was seated in a descent amount of time given the crowd, it stopped and started there. Our server chose to take our orders before bringing our beverages, because it was easier on him. Didnt explain the side options, after talking with family realized that a party that arrived way after we did receive their order and then another table. After witnessing our server take another order, I waved to get his attention to ask when well receive our order its been over one hour. He did bring out a few of our items, but they were cold and it wasnt the complete order for everyone in our party. We left, the manager tried to remedy and was professional in my opinion, but I would not return anytime soon.
I’ve been here a few times and I’d have to say 4/5 of my experiences were below average. I guess I keep going back because of my memory of the one we used to frequent up north.Here we are always seated quickly but that is the end of the speedy service. From there we wait at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged and then from there another 5 for our drink order to be taken.Our last experience was the straw that broke the camel’a back so I actually leave a review. Our food order was taken in a reasonable amount of time after ordering our drinks. We ordered a pancake combo and an omelette (with pancakes). 45 minutes later the lukewarm food arrived without the pancakes. Apparently the pancakes are “coming right now.” 15 minutes later is the “coming right now” standard I guess. We were pretty much done with the rest of our (now cold) food (besides the little bits we forced ourselves to leave). The pancakes that arrived had a bit of a gooey center but we were still too hungry to send it back and potentially wait another 45 minutes for pancakes.Overall if you would like mediocre pancakes from the International House of PANCAKES....go ahead. Otherwise buy a box of Aunt Jemima’s, frozen sausage, scramble some eggs and go ham in your kitchen. You’ll be less disappointed.
I use to love to eat here not anymore. I ordered the French toast with eggs and bacon the food was cold and the service was horrible they only had one person serving. The people next to me the lady ordered a burger they came out with a grilled chicken sandwich. The good thing the lady was cool about it.
This was absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. My friends and I came in late, understandable. But if you can’t handle another party then maybe you should be more communicative? First of all, we came in and we were sat. We waited 20 minutes and still no one had came to our table. Another party came in and our waitress rushed over to us and told us that there was a party that came in BEFORE us that she had to take care of, which isn’t the truth. She said she’d back in four minutes. Then, she took the other party’s drink order, brought them drinks, and then took their food order. Leaving us waiting ANOTHER twenty minutes. When we were leaving she was yelling after us saying that she was “going to get to us.” If that was the case, she would have offered us water or something for the wait. I’m completely dissatisfied with my visit. I won’t be coming back, and I’d advise everyone else not to either.
I waited approx. 40 minutes to get my to go order. The counter man that took my order was very busy setting and calling the names of customers that were waiting. Of course the waitress werent going to bring it out because they work for tips and since they didnt take the order I waited. I was able to the front counter mans attention he went in the back and got my order.
Even I had to wait for my order to be taken, and some of the staff did not even notice. I saw other members of the staff were really concerned about what happens to the costumers and try to help them in any way possible. The food was really good for the price and overall the way they handle problems was exceptional. Making mistakes is human, ackownleging them and fixing them is a first step to greatness.
Moderately busy (lots of empty seats). We were seated at 11:15am. We didnt meet our waitress until 11:52am. During that wait, the greeter had to get our drink orders, I also asked for the manager who just so happened to be in the kitchen cooking as well. I spoke to two other waitresses, trying to get our waitress to come to our table. Then she finally showed up and asked if our order was taken already. I politely told her, that we had been sitting there for 30 minutes and this is the first time seeing her. 15 minutes later the waitress brings me the OJ I ordered and tells me, I wont be charged... (are you serious)!!! 12:05... OMG, my food has arrived... still NO MANAGER!!!! 12:24PM the manager never shows but he comps our meal and said to Please give him a call. Never returning to this location. The food was good though!!!

Customer service is superb from the staff, and the Store Manager Whiip, made us feel welcomed. Jen, the host, made our children feel excited and ready to eat pancakes. The waiter, Lisa was very pleasant and approachable. Go try them out! They won’t disappoint.
Terrible service today, dirty cutlery was not changed and the ones they give us in the same conditions. the waitress never apologizes for what happened, the people who come out of the kitchen with their super dirty uniforms, a total disorder, it seems that today the manager was not there, Total disappointment for the customer service, I do not recommend Ihop or at least this one specifically
My family and I visited this evening after my practice. The restaurant was fairly empty do we were seated fast. We placed our order, our drinks were brought out then I waitress disappeared. The table next to us came in after We did, they placed their order and received their food while we were still sitting there. Our waitress finally reappeared and she brought out our mozzarella sticks that were still frozen. We told her she took them back and disappeared again. After about 15 min of waiting a d hearing them yell at the cook and watching the other table eat their food we politely left $10 dollars on the table and walked out. My mother was extremely upset and shes preparing to call cooperate in the morning. The waitress were going in and out of the side door smoking. This visit deserves NO stars...
This store have much better service
Asked for the bacon omelette to go and didnt get tomatoes or cheese sauce. An omelette is expensive as is at 11 bucks. More so when incomplete..
Went to this location before heading to a family members home. Had the absolute WORST service ever. The server couldnt get a simple sugar packet for my husbands tea. We waited for my sons shake for 10 mins and had to just get up and leave. Was NOT going to wait any longer for a server that didnt even stop by the table once. Stay away from this place. Its unclean,sever has no clue and the wait time is ridiculous.
After waiting for a few minutes at the entrance, finally a waitress served my family and I. After a while she took our order. I had ordered a food to share between two and I told to the waitress that I didnt want onions.The food arrived more than 25 minutes later. The waitress didnt bring additional plates. I had to ask for them and the food contained onions. The coffee was cold and bitter. It wasnt fresh. When I told the waitress, she hadnt offered to make new coffee, instead just left it on the table. One of our order contained unlimited pancakes but she never approached us to ask if we needed anything the whole time we were there. Its incredible that how on a Friday night the were only 2 employees with more than 7 tables with customers

I have written several reviews about IHop. As I have said before I love this place always consistant food and fair prices. The 55+ menu is such a deal me and my girlfriend love it great pancakes great service and always friendly staff make IHOP one of the most Iconic and quality restaurants In the country.
The food was good not a long wait that cooks did the order exactly right and the prices were reasonable. Clean restaurant a bit small for an IHOP by the staff there does the good and hustle and getting peoples orders in and taking care of their customers hats off to this location.
This place is dirty always some sort of hair somewhere. service takes forever even when not busy. worst ihop ive ever been too. truly a disgrace to ihop.
Bad service food cold and no consistency
I don’t normally do this, but the service was really bad. I had to leave and come back for my order. When I came back my order was still wrong. The assistant manager said that she will contact me back the next day and never did. So, I called again and the manager told me to come back two days later, but there was no point. So it leads to this.
Horrible! The waitress was rude brought me the wrong order as she explained to me she knows and that it was not what I ordered and still brought it to me so after I made her take it back she then brought me back another order that was wrong. The waitress had a attitude and there was only two other families in the restaurant and it took forever. Please do not ever go to this IHOP not worth the aggravation, customer service sucks and food sucks
We were greeted by an employee after about 10 minutes after arriving to the restaurant. Up until then the only two front-of-house employees were blatantly ignoring us and others in the lobby. Once she arrived at the desk we asked for a table for three and she responded, there are only two of us and we have to clean the restaurant. We asked if she thought it would be worth waiting for her to seat us and she responded, you can wait if you want but I dontdoknow when Ill have something for you. Meanwhile, she and the other waitress were serving about 20 others already seated. I would consider the fact that it is Christmas but this is not the first time this has happened. We decided to leave and not eat.

The cleanest one around, thats because the service is so slow, and many customers leave, because the wait is so LONG. Its my 3rd time there and WILL Not go back, it seems the cook can only cook 1 table at a time, there is no staff here. Forget getting a refill for a drink you have to get up and chase someone down!! Food comes out wrong all three trips there. And half of it is cold. Last 2 times my sandwich was burnt!! And had to argue to get a credit for it. And they had the nerve to ask whats wrong with it. Stay away from here.
I love IHOP. They have the best pancakes. I love it when they have all you can eat pancakes. Their omelettes are great too. The servers try very hard to accommodate their patrons. Clean dining room. Clean bathroom. Ample parking.
Quick service on a busy Sunday morning. Inexpensive food. Nice staff. It tends to get very busy dyring the weekend if you dont mind the wait time. I recommend the breakfast sampler which features 2 pancakes, 2 eggs made to your liking, 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausage links & hash browns all for under $10.
Absolutely the worst breakfast Ive had in a long time. Mona, our waitress brought coffee that was COLD! She promptly brought a new carafe and it wad hotter. I ordered biscuit with gravy. It came with 4 sausage links, 2 eggs and hash browns. The biscuit was a frozen not fresh one and had a weird taste to it, the hash brown potatoes were also the frozen type. My over easy eggs were over medium (almost hard.) The gravy was very salty. My partners breakfast was just as bad. He ordered eggs over easy and they were neatly hard. His pancakes were so cold the butter didnt melt. Also the room temperature was very nearly freezing. I know that staff in a busy restaurant get very hot, but this place was practically empty. That wasnt a suprise seeing how terrible our food was. We wont ever go back. Fresh is always best and if a chain cant serve it fresh then well stick to local home owned places.
Waitress was nice and friendly! However, food was just ok. My pancakes tasted sour and had to send back for new ones, coffee was watered down, but waitress tried making it up to us by giving us an ice cream sundae since she over heard it was my birth day (which my daughter and I enjoyed!) But had to Starbucks after for my coffee fix!
They are leaving the phones off the line to promote net orders. That wouldnt be an issue if they offered customers an options to add notes or substitute those artificial eggs during checkout.
With Covid 19, the service at the store is terrible. They forgot my wifes order and mine as well. Then nobody came to ask if we needed more coffee, more juice or check if everything was well. The only thing that was missing was them to show us the kitchen so we could cook the food ourselves Terrible!!!! One hour later and I am still sitting and waiting for my missing meal.
Ive been coming as a regular here since they opened. They staff is always amazing. MARIA is always sweet to my kids. Its very clean and food comes quickly. They have always done an amazing job.
Meh. The place was clean and the food was decent, but we didnt get to place a drink order for almost 10 minutes. The staff was a bit all over the place with minimal tables to serve.
Arrived to a full Restaurant, hostess stated 15-20 minutes but might be more, after waiting 45 minutes I observed 9 empty tables ready for seating. Not one time did someone say we are understaffed please forgive us for the wait or a simple reason why there were empty tables ready for seating but customers were still waiting outside standing for their names to be called. Manager for the store was non-existent and to make matters worst, employees were leaving which made the under staffed issue worst. Poor Management of the staff on the managers part and poor communication with the customers who waited as long as possible before deciding to leave. It was about 1:50pm and left after no service at 2:35pm. First and only time coming to this location.
I go there just for the Swedish crepes. The service is only mediocre and the stuff is polite but not friendly. They make a fresh part of coffee its really very good.

Asked for a substitution as I dont eat egg. Was told they couldnt accommodate my request after they brought me the meal (minus the egg)!? Why wouldnt they tell me before...especially since they had satisfied my request on a prior occasion some months back?
Took a while for the waitress to greet me. I told them I wanted my hash browns extra extra crispy. Instead I got mushy hash browns. I didnt even eat them. And the pancakes was not cooked all the way through. Im not sure if I will be coming back.

Terrible service. They didn’t have the smokehouse sausage that my girl wanted. They have one job! Your job is to have sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes, waffles, bread. It’s not difficult to provide some kind of service and communicate with your patrons. Talk to us and let us know what’s going on instead of keeping us waiting. I wouldn’t return to this location.
Long wait after being seated. We had to ask for a server after 10 minutes of no one coming to us. Then and additonal 10 minutes for beverages. Then after a 35 minutes, we still had no food, even for my toddler. We didnt leave because we were hungry! The food was good as usual (never a complaint) but the service for whatever reason was just unforgivablely bad. Will not come back to this location.
Do not ever come here on any holiday. Today is valentines. The simplest day of the year. The restaurant was barely full and the staff at this location looked like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. There was no hostess, no manager, no one said ill be right with you, nothing.So after standing for 5 minutes with at least 10 empty tables, they finally sat us. We never received water nor did we get someone to swing by our table and say someone will be right with you. We sat at our table for 10 minutes until finally an older female server with dreads said shell be right back.As we were patiently waiting, i noticed another patron with the same dissatisfied look as me. I saw a waitress come out to his table with 2 iced coffees or milkshakes. I heard her apologizing and then when she went to the kitchen, they got up and left. And as soon as their butts were out the door at least 3 full plates of food came out to an empty table. I chuckled so hard because i knew they left. Their female blonde short server acting confused and asking other patrons if they left. LMAOSo after another 5 minutes, we decided to leave. Why? Lets add it up :5 min- waiting to sit10 min - waiting for water and acknowledgement5 min - waiting for our server after acknowledgement20 minutes to not eat. At least i got a show for free!
Me and my family went to this IHOP and it wasnt busy ,but i odered a lemonade and a coffee the never came to me and the lemonade has several antd in it I then showed the waitress she proceeded to give attitude and at this point we were disguised because if their. are ants in your drinks whats in your food.This location needs to closed its unsanitary and your waitresses need customer service skills
The last three times we were there including today, the service was and is poor. My husbands food was sent back twice, the manager had to cook his cheese omlette and pancakes himself. While a couple behind us was seated and after waiting 30 minutes they asked for the manager to let him know the waitress never came by to take their order. Theres no one at the front desk, people wait for a while then they just leave. If the manager has to cook the food after the cook cant follow simple orders, why are they there? Time to find another IHOP.
The management needs to do better, we had a 1 hr wait and the restaurant was 1/4 full, all due to only one cook working with 3 servers. Floor was dirty, carpet smell like a wet dog. We waited so long we paid for our tea and eventually left.
Slow... I was driving (15 mins away) so I called to place an order when no body picked up after 3 tries.I keep on driving thinking their just busy... lunch time (its around noon) but I get there and its empty! I only saw 4 tables...I place my order and it took 25 mins to get it... and it was only the appetizer sampler... wow
Never coming here again. We were told it was a 20 minute wait. Ok, its Sunday, I expect that. But to wait 35 minutes for a table for 2? I should have known we were in trouble while we were waiting about 6 people walked up to pay their bill because their server never came back. When I told the hostess we were leaving, all of a sudden 3 tables are available? But wait it gets worse! We were at our table for almost 10 minutes before Zane showed up and asked if what we wanted to drink. We said coffe. Our coffee pot was empty after a cup and a half for each if us. I asked another waitress for coffee and she scowled at us, I guess she doesnt want to serve tables that arent hers. Well weve been here almost an hour now, Zane is nowhere to be seen and I guess theyre waiting for the chickens to lay the eggs we ordered. It took an hour and 15 minutes before we got our food and we had to ask for silverware. If I knew I had to wait an hour for my food I would have gone to Cracker Barrel. IHOP? Never again! This is the 3rd and last time. Our previous visits here have all been bad, this visit was the worst of all. AVOID this IHOP at all costs. As for us, were done with IHOP.
My server Grace made the best of an impossible situation. They were desparately short-handed and that fact was completely transparent to the customers.
Worst Ihop location. I placed an order online, system said it will be ready at 8:10, when I arrived the store was closed. They finally opened and finally gave me my order at 8:35. Did not even offer coffee for waiting or show any empathy for letting me and other customers waiting. WILL NOT BE BACK!
Placed my order online at exactly 10:14, i was told it would be ready at 10:35, got there at 10:36 and my order wasnt ready they kept giving excuses about the kitchen being back. Come to find out, they never pick up my order of the machine. Had to wait until 11:20 for my food, to make matters worse my chicken was burnt.
I love this location off flamingo road close to cooper city. Very fast service and the chef here is consistently delivers delectable and tasty food. IHOP has breakfast all day long and the best comfort food anywhere. Priced right too!
Horrible experience. Waited 15 min before having to go back to the desk to let them know we had not recieved service. We then ask to speak with a manager. Graciela (front desk lady) did apologize and said she would get the manager and find out for us what happened. Apparently, the servers in this area each thought the other had us. Wouldnt the fact that we are the only ones sitting there for 15 min without even utensils on the table prompt someone to check on us. While waiting for the manager, Graciela did take it upon herself to take our order. Food came pretty quickly, but was not good. Pancakes were dry and falling apart. My bacon/egg omlette was also dry to the point where I wasnt even sure I was eating eggs. At this point, I was done. The manager never did show up, nor did I request to speak with him/her again. I love Ihop, but this was my second bad experience at this location. I can promise there will never be a third.
This is my second visit to this IHOP. Its was very nice, again. Customer service is excellent. The food was awesome. My kids prefer going to this location. Therefore, we will continue to come here for food, whenever possible.
One knows that having breakfast on sunday will take time. But this has been a terrible experience. The custommer should not be lied to. From the beginning I asked how long of a wait and was told 20 minutes. After a short while waiting realized thar they told the same to everyone, waited 40 to be seated. But it went on. We waited for an hour sitting donw for our food. And when I asked politly to the manager about our order. His answer was “ everybody is waiting for their food”... Unbelievable!! A sincere apologie would have been better.Do plan a different thing that comming here.Must say that the waiter was extremely nice.

This is my “Swan Song” to your establishment, I frequented it for it’s convenience and it used to have good service, however the previous time I visited I had a disrespectful waiter, didn’t leave because I was with a disabled family member, went back again today and was happy this waiter didn’t have our table, after ordering coffee all of a sudden there was a loud argument at the waiters station and my nemesis waiter came out telling us I WILL be your waiter, I respectfully told him I wanted the lady who had first taken our order and he became combative asking me the reason why I wanted it that way, told him about our last encounter and he became argumentative, we ignored him and it was the longest wait for breakfast in your place (and last) don’t know if the owner reads these comments, but it might be helpful for his bottom line; commented about it with friends and got the same answer “it has gone south”
Visited about one month ago, first time. Clean restaurant, nice staff. Seated and waited on quickly, surprised because this is a busy restaurant, I must have just missed the rush. Great comfort food, enjoyed my pancakes very much.
Service is terrible, food takes 2 hours to get to you every time you come. Mostly undercooked and the place is filthy.
Wait staff is rude makes people wait without even acknowledging anyone in the front and then they get upset when people walk and leave from their tables because the guest wasnt even being served.

Terrible. Especially for someone on the door dash or Postmates. Bad business people were leaving. You cant have Samuel trying to wait tables and no at the front desk to take care walking customers.
Just left this restaurant and would not recommend this particular location. Food was cold, utensils were dirty, they served my 3 year old spoiled milk, the waffles we dry and the manager was friendly until we made a complaint about the milk. His response was, Its only a dollar fifty. Its the principle!! Please get yourself some class! I work in the customer service industry and that is not something you say to paying customers! Not happy about our experience there!

First time I have visited an IHOP inside a modern shopping center rather than a stand alone building. Service was quick. Food was as expected and I think I beat the Sunday breakfast rush because the place wasnt too busy.
I really dont like leaving poor reviews, but this one was pretty bad.1.) Served us 1 drink when we sat down and that was it.Never came back with refills and we were there for over an hour. I literally went to the bathroom to drink a handful of water from the sink and this is the first time in my life I have had to go to a gas station to buy a coke immediately after leaving a reataurant.2.) Wait time was average, but food came out and the order was incorrect. We ate it anyways to be able to enjoy our visit.3.) To get our check I had to ask another server.It may as well have been a fast food joint. Ive received better service at Pei Wei and Chik-Fil-A.Dont come here expecting good or fast service. Food is what youd expect from an Ihop. Dedicate 2 hours to coming here. I probably wont be coming back to this location or any ihop for a long time.
Worlds Lonliest iHOP! Cant imagine how this place will stay open much longer. During weeknights there is a whopping 1 waitress working. By the time this single employee can bring your food, its cold. I ate the food as fast as I could trying to preserve whatever warmth was left. How theres not a hoard of dine and dash punks flooding that place and the one poor waitress, I dont know? Its sad because the food quality is good! But its not doing enough business to pay any employees.Im looking over my shoulder, wondering when guys in ski masks are gonna bust in demanding everyones wallet?! And theres no security or anybody around to notice. The cook will just hit the deck!Update: Tonight 10/02/2018 Very good service and food was Great! Waitress excellent! Still lonely.
Me and my family were waiting about an hour before we recieved our food. When it did come not everyone got their food at once, which caused us to wait 30 more minutes so we could eat together. Some of the pancakes were under cooked, the food was plated sloppily, and we werent provided the proper utensils to eat our food. Overall, our experience was dreadful which is why Im giving it one star.
I was eating at this location and our waitress didnt get our drink order or food order until 20mins after we arrived. After our food arrived, I witnessed our waitress use a blue rag to wipe her shoes down and walk over to a table and wipe the table off with the same rag she wiped her shoes with. The waitress has short black and red hair and her name is Franchescia. Never coming back and Im informing a manager of this incident.

I have never been to such a terrible IHOP! I was there with a colleague and there was one other couple there. We waited 45mins for our food! In.case youre wondering what we ordered, it sure wasnt to have a live chicken killwd, milk the cow and get the flour from the mill! So then the food came... the pancakes were dry and terrible, eggs burnt and it goes on. My friend got the wrong kind of eggs and the manager acted as if HE were doing us a favor by blessing us with his presence. It was absolutely awful! My colleague wrote a review while we were at the table! I guess that explains why there was only one other couple there.
I am a first responder for a fire department. I ordered pancakes today from the ihop in Pembroke Pines, and they were extremely helpful. They were not doing anything for 1st responders as far as discounts, however the general manager Whipmer Acosta and Tasha Went out of their way to make sure that the front line workers got taken care of period although he was not able to give me a discount, he made sure I got a free side order of bacon. I come to this ihop frequently and theyre always extremely professional and they keep smiles on their faces daily.
I had a great omlette and also those delicious Bananas Foster Brioche French toast. The service was the best with a friendly waitress and when the Decafe coffee came it was pipping hot and the cup was also warmed up. Unexpected pleasure and well go back again after 6:30 pm.
If i could i would give it a 0 review. we waited almost 2 hours for our food to get here. the food was cold. i ordered stuffed pancakes and they were not stuffed instead they were frozen inside! i will NOT come back

This place is badly managed. Most of the wait staff are good but management has them understaffed. Our waitress was the hostess, bus boy, waitress, togo order taker and cashier. Instead of watching the crew on camera the manager should be at the location.
The IHOP on Flamingo and Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines has always been welcoming and had delicious food and friendly and efficient service. There is usually someone to welcome you as you enter, often Garfield, the manager or Albert, the assistant manager. My server for this visit was Shae. She did an excellent job of making me feel valued as a customer and served me really delicious pancakes and a sunday for my birthday.I really felt that she and the managers cared for me as a customer. This coupled with the good food makes me want to return to this IHOP.

Our waiter Sebastian was excellent, friendly, polite and attentive. The silverware was dirty and so was the 4 replacements I was given. Food was over priced. The food was okay but pancakes were not fluffy.
Horrible. Im very forgiving if a mistake is made, but it was several. Served me raw eggs when asked for sunny side up. The white was clear. Asked for white chocolate chip raspberry pancakes which looked amazing on the pic. They served basic pancakes with just the raspberry sauce. No chocolate chips.. I thought she got the order wrong by mistake, but she said thats what it was... then they charged me different than the menu prices (more), side of eggs showed $1.29, they charged me 2.89, I thought was odd, but I also decided to check and the side of icecream clearly noted on the menu was .99 cents, charged 1.99.. after all this mess, it took them 30 mins to correct it. The food wasnt great either.. overall not worth it.
Ordered the crepes. They were cold and way too thick. Asked for fresh crepes and waitress tells me the cook makes all pancakes early in the morning before it gets busy and cant make me fresh crepes now. What? Youre telling me you gave me microwaved food to start and the chef is refusing to make me fresh food? And then I get the bill and my crepes are still on it. OMG. Never going back! Awful!!
Waited for 30mins before someone took our order then another hour for our food and when we asked how long before our food came out all they said was no telling and both their managers were in the kitchen cooking...90 mins total wait time, we finally gave up and left.Terrible service.
Went here twice and will never good back. Both times my family and I went there around 7pm place was empty. You would think you would be serviced right away but the employees are to busy in the back yelling and talking. First we waited about 10 mins and the service sucked. Second time we went we walked out after waiting 10 mins.

Over cooked crepes with the wrong fruit...In order of 2 2 2 we are still waiting for the pancakes...horrible coffee no sugar available got it from another table. Cornhash meal overcooked super salty...if we could go e negative start I would....never again will come back to this place!!!
The 55+ meal I had today was looking a little skinny. French toast breakfast was smaller than a kids meal. It truly was two of the skinniest pieces of bread ever and a couple pieces of shrivelled bacon.
I was hesitant to come here based on reviews .. we were immediately greeted and seated by Graciela ...I went to the bathroom and it was spotless..I had a few questions about the menu and she patiently explained and then said she would customize my meal... give them a try and thank you G!!!
The best IHOP location I’ve ever been to! The manager was really awesome. He made sure my food came out exactly the way I wanted it to. He was very professional and really genuine. I recommend people to go to this location!
Everthing that could go wrong went wrong when i went there😒. Service and food terribly mediocre. We waited in a 4ppl line for almost 30mins and no one available to seat us. Worst of all there were plenty of empty seats and servers wandering around, utensils and cup not properly cleaned, waitress had excuse for everything.
Best pancakes for a breakfast on family is really good and have great prices I recommend the breakfast sample to share with your partner but with extra 2 pancakes
Delicious omelets and they make some good fluffy pancakes. Gets crowded on the weekend, so better to come in early. Clean establishment. This Ihop in particular definately wins over a certain ihop 20 min south, where I would never go to again.
Horrible. Came to eat on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant only had one cook and one server. Horrible Management. Staff was hospitable and the food was fine. I hope the owner sees this and straightens out management or if hes the problem then I hope he fires himself.
My family waited an hour for their food. Then we were told they didnt have items we ordered at the last minute and then the manager wasnt going very helpful. ... Now my brother, my niece ,and myself have been sick with fevers since that day.
Horrible customer service. Got seated at 2pm didnt meet our waiter til 2:45pm. Ordered and did not get our food til after 3. Nobody seemed to want to serve us. Manager had to find someone to serve us.
Terrible to go service....I placed an order over the phone for strawberry pancakes, they said it would be ready in 15mins. So arrived 20mins later, naturally it was busy seeing it was Saturday morning February 3rd. There was a black brother named Alfred who was taking names and seating people. I waked up and let him know I was there to pick up food. He said ok and went back to seating people. Usually they’d ask your name and what you ordered. Nonetheless, I stood there for and additional 5-7mins and he was just seating folks and just had me waiting. So I approached him again and said “sir I’m here to pick up pancakes”. He said I understand(as if I was intruding) that person will help you when they come from the back. So I was thinking what the heck is going on? If a customer walks in and says they are picking up they’d get your name and at least check in the status of your order OR tell the pick up person that a customer is there to pick their order. I just opted to leave rather than just sit there and wait for the pick up person who wasn’t at the front at all fulfill the order.
Do not! Please take your money elsewhere. The hostess was not doing her job. There was a free for all on the tables. Servers started seating people and no one was going by the list. We ended up leaving.
We sat, waited for areally long time, nobody came to ask us anything, then we left. We watched the staff fold napkins and stare at us for about 10 minutes. There were more employees than customers. This was at 3pm.The waiters all had a look on their faces like someone stole their cookies but based on their physique you can tell that they dont stray away from the sweets.We went to Dennys on Pines, it was meant to be. Dennys is faster, friendlier, and the food is better. They also actually serve you when you get there instead of staring at you like youre inconveniencing them. Its only this IHOP that isnt very good.Do yourself a favor and go to Dennys, First Watch, Cracker Barrel, or Dunkin Donuts. Theyre all in the area and they actually SERVE YOU WHEN YOU GO THERE. I leave good reviews for good places and I do not like to leave reviews like this but this place really is this bad and its not the first time its happened.
Clean tables is an issues. Even when they clean them, it looks like they use not so clean clothes to clean them so the table is sticky and sometimes smelling... other than that food and service is good.
I honestly have no words. This is the worst place ever to eat something at night. For starters, theres no management present at night, only one waitress and only one cook as we were told by the waitress herself.We were a party of 6 and we had to wait about 50 minutes for the worst sandwiches ever. I think no even a dishwasher person made our sandwiches. Awful, lettuce no even washed or rinsed, nothing that was described in the menu was served to us. No cheese in the sandwiches and when we asked for the avocado that was supossed to be served in the sandwiches we were served some rotten avocado by separate. Something nobody would be courageous to taste.Whoever who read this, do.yourself a favor dont risk your health and waste your time and money going to this place.Its a place to just sit down chit chat and drink some water as I saw some young people doing. The worst place, we feel sorry for Katleen the waitress having to put the face for this kind of operation. She must be really needed of a job to just put up to this as well as the person back in the kitchen who has no idea of whats in their menu or how to present and serve a simple sandwich.Disastrous. A failure. Horrific. Waste of time and money and a total risk to your health because they dont know what are they doing.They should no be licensed to be in business if they can not have a manager, a real cook, and more than one person as service staff.People stay away from this place.I gave them one star so I could post this.
Worst service I have had in a long time. They messed up the order. My order wasnt even out before the rest of the party was done with there food. The manager didnt even come to apologize. Wont be coming back.
Not to busy. Waitress was fantastic. Food just ok. Pancakes a little to done, sausage tasted old and med eggs were runny.Always will go back for another try
This was a terrible Ihop. I ordered the sticky bun combo with scrambled eggs and the scrambled eggs came out VERY RUNNY and I never seen the waffle till my family was done eating and the eggs came back black after I returned them and showed up with the waffle 20 minutes later. I would not recommend this Ihop to anyone!.

2022-07-16We were on our way to the movies to see the Minions. So planned to stop but IHOP because we knew they had a Minions promotion which included a Minions menu. The service was okay. There was not that many customers in the restaurant. They seem to be a bit understaffed. But the food was it really good especially the ham (my favorite). The chicken and waffles were really good as well. We ordered some items from the minions menu which were the banana pudding pancakes (we loved it) and the Gru Cold Brew (needed sugar).

2022-01-09First visit it’s a Friday night very empty thought my order was simple a patty melt pancakes and iced tea there were three tables I waited to be seated my food was ok I got disposable table ware with one tissue as I will refer to it and a kids cup with ice tea never got a follow up never got a refill no wonder the they need help here. Don’t think I’ll come back everything is treated as throw away even my experience I should have probably gone home and eaten top ramen and served myself Oh sorry about the syrup spilling off my pancakes onto the table but don’t know what to expect from being given a toast plate for pancakes.

2022-06-02What stood out was our server, Summer. She was amazing. Friendly, and efficient. The place was pretty busy and while there were other servers there too, she was everywhere. Including clearing tables. She zoomed everywhere with a smile. The food was good too. We enjoy their breakfasts.

2022-03-27This had to of been the worst experience dining for lunch. We waited almost 40 minutes to be seated when 80% of the tables were empty. Once seated it took an additional 30 minutes to bring us water. The food came out almost an hour later. Only half the food came out, and the half that did come out was cold and tasted like dish soap. The waitress did not have many customers and yet never seemed to come to the table. We had to ask for new eggs because of how cold they were, as well as the rest of our food that did not come out. We had to ask for our food and drinks 6 times before getting what we asked for. The manager brought the eggs and placed them very harshly while rolling her eyes. The manager was extremely unprofessional and the entire dining experience was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as there is much better options in the surrounding areas. Save your money and time because this place was horrible.

2021-10-20This place was not that busy when we visited. But for some reason the food still took a long time to come out. Overall this is a average location they do get very busy sometimes and its not worth it when that happens. The service was ok it seems if you go to the register to pay your waiter or waitress is the only one who can cash you out. So that takes some time from what I could see from other guests.

2022-08-11I ordered a Burrito with no peppers or onions and i got a bowl chock full of onion. I usually dont go here for this reason, there is something incorrect in my food every time.

2022-02-26The people were nice but the wait was more than an hour wait and there wasnt even that many people when we arrived. We also had a wait for utensils and plates. I definitely think there needs to be more workers hired and I think the pancakes are smaller in size now.

2022-04-17This IHop must be experiencing difficulty hiring staff members. We walked in to several empty tables and several people waiting to be seated. So seating was not the problem. Our server and food was fine after waiting 25-30 minutes. Hope things improve for this location.

2022-07-02We were a group of 6 and there was no attendance at the entrance for a while, afterwards we sat and a rude lady called Marie was our waitress.Since the beginning she shad a terrible smell of smoke which is not nice to smell from a waitress which is not pleasing. Then she answered rudely to my daughter about the menu, then she said she didn’t have anything from the special menu and I asked kindly if she had coffee and ice so i can make my own cold coffee but she got angry, had an attitude and then she said she did not have any shakes any ice cream, any bananas at all.After she took the menu away from us she left and brought us beverages so we were going to ask for our food but she had a terrible attitude just because I asked what they had to eat available.She left without taking our order or saying anything.After several minutes she came back and yelled at us that she refused to serve us and there were no other serves at the moment. She told us to leave or stay if we wanted.I went to ask for the manager or help, and after that she came back to me and said in front of the three only busy tables at the moment, leave right now or I’m gonna call the cops.Her name is Marie and I would like to report this rude and disrespectful lady, people like this shouldn’t be working.

Service was horrible utensils was dirty the waiter was rude I will not recommend this place to anyone that would want To have a good morning . Ask for a to go box and utensils she gave me all spoons .... why ? I do not know HORRRIBLE SERVICE
