2017-06-30These guys are incredible, I called them at their main office for some help on finding a new place to rent. Id spent 2 months prior trying to find something on my own, but NOTHING was working out, I even had a landlord flake on his agreement without notice. I was desperately looking to move somewhere quickly, but without compromising anything I needed. Interinvestments had a realtor call me back with a set of places within the half hour and I went to see one of them that very same day. I also learned that they handle maintenance for most of the homes they rent out so I always have someone to contact if I have a problem (I had prior issues with landlords taking their sweet time to fix an A/C or spray for bugs). Ive been living here in Coral Gables for over 6 months and am happy to say I feel that Ive found stability and safety with this company... and I love my place!!!!

2016-01-29I have only had good experience with my investment properties managed here. They provide me timely reports and contact is always personable. I also worked with one of the realtors. 2014-09-08When we were looking for a real estate agent, efficiency was key. We wanted to work with someone who would work around our schedule (no easy feat), who was quick, to the point, with no time for BS. After speaking to a few other agents, we came across Interinvestments Realty . Michael and his team quickly exceeded our expectations.Our schedule was such that the only time we could look for property was early saturday morning, at some unholy hour. In spite of that, Meredith, his right hand and an awesome agent as well, was there for us, walking us through houses, chipper and happy, as if she had nothing better to do on a Saturday morning.I dont think i ever waited longer than 30 minutes for a return phone call or a return email. I know they are a pretty successful office, but I always felt like I was their only client....like they had all the time in the world to work with me.Not only were they really easy to get a hold of, and willing to accommodate our obscene schedule, they were a down to earth, and fun team as well. Id recommend their staff to anyone I knew who was looking for an agent.On top of being a damn good real estate agents, hes also deeply involved and knowledgeable in Doral communities. I like that sort of thing...It shows a commitment to the community at large...not just his business.
