Fausto was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I was on site as he inspected the home I was purchasing and I saw him inspect things I didnt even think of. I received a diligent report for me to review in a timely manner. I follow him and many of my colleagues use him as well. Whenever I need a home inspection I will always call them.

I always use this company as they represent the best interest for my buyers clients . He is a great inspector , reliable , competitive and the best in finding the good and the bad on major issues at a home inspection . Some inspectors in the field don’t go to the cross spaces or to the attic when they are smaller spaces but that is not the case with Fausto . Impecable service, their approach is very efficient and profecional they work as a team this people really know what they are doing, I wont use any other company, I was very satisfied with their service will truly recommend this people to anyone. This guy is the worst, he looks for things like missing covers, minor things and exaggerates the findings to try increase the repair fees. He behaves like a prosecutor against the buyer and can kill your deal with the bank. If I was a realtor or a seller I would stay the hell away from this guy.

DISASTROSA THE INSPECTION, LACK OF PROFETIONALISM, ARROGANT THE INSPECTOR. THEY EXAGER EVERYTHING AND THE TRUE THINGS TO INSPECT DO NOT DO IT, INCOMPLETE REPORT, DO NOT PUT THE ESTIMATED REPAIR COST. ONLY ONE TOTAL WHO KNOWS WHERE THEY TAKE IT OUT. IN THE END I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

2021-10-14Excellent service! I am a Realtor and i don’t trust any other company with my clients inspections. They are honest and trust worthy. They look out for the buyers. In today’s market where prices are inflated and homes are only given a face lift to look good, its very important to have good inspectors. They are friendly and very thorough. Keep up the GREAT work.

2021-04-29I was referred to International for a home purchase inspection. The inspector returned my call within an hour. We scheduled a time and date and he was punctual. He performed a thorough wind Mitigation and 4 point inspection on the home I planned on buying. Throughout the inspection he mentioned future pgardes needed and pointed out good & bad structural qualities of the house. He was knowledgeable about codes, deteriorating signs and structure integrity. He answered all questions with out he’s titration and even gave advise.Basically by the end of the inspection I knew what I was about to purchase. I felt that I new the house had good structural foundation and walls and it’s potential to detail it to my families liking. I own it now.I have called him back 3 times to reinspect the changes to lower my insurance & will keep using International, in the future.

There are many inspectors out there but it is very difficult to find one that is knowledgeable and very experienced. Fausto is an excellent inspector who has assisted me in countless inspections.
