Chris held my hand through a really tough situation and we came out of it with the best deal on the market! We are Over The Moon pleased with her service! We 100% credit her with us getting our bid accepted because she was willing to go above and beyond what other agents typically do. Pine Island, what a wonderful place and Jay Johnson of Island Exchange Realty knows all the ins on location, location. Found us a perfect little nook and followed through closely with not only the purchase but also the sale when it was time to leave. He personally made sure all was in order and we thank him for that.
