2019-07-16This is a wonderful company run by great, caring, and efficient people. I worked with realtor, Deana Cannella on two occasions (once to sell a property, and once to purchase one) and both times things went very smoothly. Deana was very knowledgeable and made sure the process was a breeze for me. She had very consistent communication with me and kept me informed throughout the purchase and the sale processes. I really enjoyed working with her. She is very energetic and an extremely dedicated professional. I look forward to working with her again in the future! I also had the pleasure of meeting with both Jim and Kathy Jacob, and they were great! They wanted to make sure I had good experiences buying and selling, and I did. Everyone in the office was a pleasure to meet and work with. If you are looking for a caring group of people who know their market and want to help you, then I highly recommended JRES!

2018-05-10Ive driven all the way from Massachusetts to buy a property for my dad at Havent ct Leesburg FL. I was planning to go back within a week but, JRES gave me such a hard time and everytime Ive called or emailed asking about my dads application I was asked the same questions over and over like nobody new what they were doing, they passed me around like a hot potato. Careless staff specially Joe Jacob and one rude old lady recepcionist that told me; she didnt want to hear my story The whole time I was very polite to them but I didnt feel welcome. Therefore, I cancel the transaction wasted my time and money. Cant work with people like that. You could hear the disengagement in their voices. Rude rude people I give them 0 stars 👎

2017-04-13Just awful people that could care less about tenants, thier well-being or anything really. Its like they dont think that we know our own rights!! I feel sorry for anyone that gets thier apartments run by these crooked people.
