Best Bankruptcy attorney in Florida.John has an excellent working knowledge of the Trustee requirements in Palm Beach County and the know how to advise the client so that Discharge is the top priority. We have worked with John and his staff for the last 5 years and now I am debt free.
I thought it was a myth, but once I was faced the fact. I had to mortgage my house for the second time. I couldn´t even pay my cable, much less a gym membership. I decided to call John and seek guidance. He was very sincere with me and told me the options I had. I managed to pay some of my debt and come to date with extra money issues. Thankx John, the least I could do was share my story. Hope you can help many more!

Some of the videos online are not so helpful but there’s a few that caught my eye. I recommend people to see some especially if you’re up to your neck with money problems (that was my case)

2022-07-13Back in 2020 I had a big customer go bankrupt on me, which inevitably made our company go bankrupt. Very scary times for us. Thankfully we were referred to Jon Martin as being the best in the business. We retained Jon Martin and saw the results of his service almost immediately.I remember very vividly sitting in Jon’s office and him telling me that everything was going to be okay and that bankruptcies are not nearly as scary as everyone thinks (I was very scared). Jon told me a story about a previous client that had claimed bankruptcy and had a situation similar to mine & after his discharge created a new business and went on to be incredibly successful. At first i was optimistic thinking the same thing would happen to me after having to claim chapter 7, but sure enough Jon was right I went on to create a new business and not make any of the mistakes I made the first go around.One of the best things about Jon is that he truly cared about my situation and fought having to claim bankruptcy on my behalf to all my creditors for months on end, having Jon in my corner was truly a breath of fresh air.Jon assisted in every aspect of creditors coming after us & through the process of filing for bankruptcy. The process was incredibly smooth and Jon was there right by my side to help the whole way through. All around he made the situation very easy and still to this day helps on legal advice and business advice. Would recommend Jon to absolutely anyone that finds themselves needing a bankruptcy attorney. Even after 2 years post bankruptcy Jon and I talk every month or so to catch up and I couldn’t thank him enough for how much he helped me and my family.A+++Thanks Jon!!!!

2021-01-06A few years ago my husband fell ill and had to turn his business over to others in the family. Unfortunately the business had to go into bankruptcy and he was the guarantor on many lines of credit. Mr. Martin took this case which had many many unusual and tricky circumstances. The case is now closed and Mr. Martin was there to guide us through every circumstance that arose. Mr. Martin and his team are very professional. They treat you like family and truly care about the situation and strive to obtain the best outcome possible. We would highly recommend Mr. Martin to anyone who is in need of this type of service and especially if it is a complicated case.

2015-08-14I HIGHLY recommend Jon MartinI cannot say enough about this man. So patient, good instincts, good decisions, so personable. Did I mention patient? He put up with my million questions without batting an eye. A little more expensive but WORTH EVERY PENNY! He saved me from 3 to 5 years wallowing in a chapter 13 so he actually probably saved me thousands! Im SO happy I quit my original attorney. Its all over like he promised and Im already starting to rebuild my life less than 2 months after discharge. I had a sticky case but he was willing to fight if needed.
