Juliet is Beyond AWESOME! Shes incredibly knowledgeable of not only the Fort Lauderdale area but also the buying process from start to finish. Super responsive, not salesy - never felt pressured throughout the process, which I really appreciate. It was refreshing to work with someone who felt like a trusted partner and constantly kept an eye on the market. Really leaned on her expertise when it came time for negotiations. Also ... Juliet is super personable, professional and friendly! I will definitely use her again and recommended her to everyone in the market whos buy or selling. Love her!
Juliet was wonderful to work with during my first home buying process. She was knowledgeable, professional, timely, and patient. Juliet left no stone unturned during the search. Juliet was prepared for every home I visited providing comps, history of projects and upgrades, and having a planned out day with print outs and directions. She did everything to make the sure closing went as smooth as possible, but Juliet didn’t stop there. Still, after closing Juliet checks in with me to answer questions, refer workers as needed, and give me guidance for the future. Not only is she a superior “super” agent, but she is a trusted and experienced professional in every sense of the term. I highly recommend using Juliet if you live in the Fort Lauderdale area no matter how big or small your desired home. 5 Stars is not enough!! Truly a wonderful and effortless search and now I have my dream starter home!!
Juliet is someone you want- you NEED- in your corner when youre doing something as big as buying or selling a home. From the moment I started working with her, she was ultra-responsive, worked tirelessly on my behalf in finding/providing info and dealing with sellers, and no matter how overwhelming things got, ALWAYS stayed positive and upbeat and supportive. She helped me get a house i LOVE even though I wasn’t even the highest offer by really putting me in the best light possible as buyer as well as really working to establish a great line of communication with the sellers agent. Juliet wont let you down, works her butt off, is a trustworthy person and I truly wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend her wholeheartedly to my closest friends and family.
As a home inspector, I meet and work with many realtors on a daily basis. I encounter the good, the bad and the ugly - much of which buyer and sellers dont get to see. Juliet is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy agents I have met. Juliet stuck with us through months of looking for the perfect home to fit our very specific needs. Juliet has been and remains to be my go-to realtor in East Fort Lauderdale! She is diligent, knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. Everything you could ask a realtor to be. Most recently I was looking to sell my townhome in Rio Vista. We were under contract in 7 days with multiple offers! She guided me from contract to closing; Coordinated everything with the tenants, worked through the inspection process, negotiated the appraisal and had a seamless closing. Always a great experience!

2022-01-29I am an investor from Arizona and was looking to purchase real estate in South Florida, specifically properties that would work well for short term rentals. Through a quick Yelp search I found Juliet. I liked that she had the experience with owning and managing her own air bnbs and VRBOs locally. Her knowledge in this area was extremely vital in my decision making process. Could not be more pleased with her work ethic, market knowledge and negotiating techniques. It is a very competitive market and she had all the right suggestions to make sure we got the deal.

2021-10-04Juliet was recommended to me by two friends who both had incredible home buying experiences with her. I am so happy to say, I made the right decision to work with her. I had a vision in mind and she was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. There were 8 offers on the place I was looking at and she helped me secure it even though I wasnt even the highest bidder. 2021-03-12Juliet is the most helpful and intelligent realtor we have ever worked with. In past home purchases we found ourselves frustrated with realtors who were not knowledgeable and looking for a quick sale. Juliet was a breathe of fresh air. She knew the answers to our questions. When she wasn’t sure, she found out the definitive answer for us. She got us in to see a number of properties and gave us sound advise on each. When we decided to make an offer she helped guide us through each step and made sure we got a great deal. We are so happy with our Florida home purchase and really feel it wouldn’t have happened without Juliet’s help. She is very knowledgeable, all business, approaches the property as if she was purchasing for herself. 2020-09-15My wife and I first met Juliet when she helped us 3 years ago find a rental property here in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. We always had goals to buy our first home, but could not decide exactly where that would be. Over the course of 3 years, Juliet has kept in touch with us and because of the excellent customer service shes provided we are under contract on our first home with her as our Agent. She has gone totally above and beyond all realtors that weve dealt with in the area, and will continue to be our local realtor for many years to come.Also I want to add, I am from a family of Land Developers, Realtors, Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Investors, etc. and am in Sales myself. I have been thoroughly impressed with Juliets attention to detail, expertise on negotiations, and vast knowledge of transaction details that has made the home-buying process easy.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 2019-09-24Juliet was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our entire house buying process. My wife and I just purchased our first house with Juliet’s help, and she went above and beyond anything we expected. We came to her with a house in mind, and she immediately got information about the listing. She then showed us how it stacked up against nearby houses that also fit our needs, and even arranged to go out and view it in person that night so we could put a bid in immediately.From there she was always available for questions, and made it clear to us what the next steps were. She has a wide array of contacts in both the real estate and contractor world, and helped us conduct our inspections thoroughly and effectively. When it came down to the negotiations Juliet was clear with us on what he thought was a good price, and pushed hard to make sure we got fair compensation for the extra repairs the building needed.Even now that the sale has concluded, Juliet has been in close contact with us to make sure things are going well. Juliet and the Josh Dololi Group have even helped us source quotes for work we want done on the house.We would absolutely recommend Juliet to anyone in a heartbeat; shes an amazing professional to have on your side! 2020-03-18I had hired another agent to sell my home who was unsuccessful and was a terrible experience overall. After much frustration I knew it was time to part ways with that agent and move on. Juliet Ferrara was highly recommended by a coworker who she helped a couple months prior.Wanting to be sure I got it correct this time around I interviewed with a few agents, Juliet stood out as the right fit for the job.I was impressed by the amount of time and energy she put into selling my home. She held multiple open houses, collaborating with lenders and attorneys to drive traffic. Plus the marketing was top notch! Our property was featured in both print and digital marketing. She provided us with everything a seller could ask for through the process: Present for allshowings and set them up around our schedule, weekly updates and direct feedback from potential buyers.Ultimately it was Juliet’s hard work and networking that sold our home to one of her clients!If you’re thinking of selling your home, it’s best to hire the right realtor from the start!
