2022-08-03Most Excellent!This is not the first time that we have used Karl and his wonderful team for a real estate transaction. Karl is always very professional and courteous. He was available to answer all of our many questions and communicated in a timely manner. He was even able to negotiate for a higher price when the buyer stated that they had offered their highest price! We couldnt ask for a better real estate agent than Karl. We would highly recommend him for your next real estate deal.

2021-02-20Just finished closing on a Duplex! This market has been highly competitive and it’s almost impossible to successfully buy a dream home with all the competition out there with cash buyers. My realtor Nick Menzione was highly motivated and aggressive with finding a property that was not only in a good neighborhood, but also was in great condition. Nick spent day and night searching for properties as soon as they got on the market. We managed to get this one right away....And I’m glad I waited. He found the perfect home for me and fought for me to get this property closed even against my odds with the competition! Amazing!Got a 2.5 interest rate and locked it in!

2020-10-15Agent Gabriel Gaffry tried to take money from my sister when she was denied for a loan to buy a house. He never tried to fight to get her escrow money back because he wanted to keep a portion of it. Even after he sold my sisters house, and made money he was still trying to be greedy and collect money from her failed purchase afterwards. All because her English isnt so great, he was trying to take advantage of her. He takes that remax Advantage literally.
