The process of buying a home was tedious and frustrating to say the least. If not for Brent Bushong, we would have given up. He is knowledgable about the Orlando area, responsive, and extremely patient. He was quick to update us on available homes, and helped walk us through the entire process. He helped us buy our first home and we are so grateful. If we had to do it again, we wouldn’t chose anyone else.
If you love to pay 6% in realtor commission fees for realtors who do sub par work when selling your home then make sure to ask for Rosa and Marc George.If you’re buying then I would certainly recommend Brent Bushong.. probably the only competent individual on this team.

We just got our keys a couple hours ago. Denise Galan was an absolute pleasure to work with. She caught on to our preferences quickly and was super responsive. I made a comment about how low the pool water was and how I was concerned the motors would burn out during the closing process when it seemed like the seller had just stopped maintaining. Wow! Denise is amazing!!! A friend referred me to Denise and I am glad she did. I wasnt really thinking I was going to find and buy a home so quickly. I just wanted to check out the market. I wanted to put an offer in on an active listing. I am an agent and a buyer. Rose told me she would put me in touch with the listing agent. I instead received a prospecting call from a new agent on their team. I called back to see if I can speak with the actual listing agent. I was talked down to and hung up on. Im trying to get the actual seller of this property a better offer (cash 2 week close).Please don’t hang up on other agents trying to make a better deal for you and more importantly your clients. Should be common sense not to throw other agents in a prospecting pool.

In 2012 Marc learned that we were considering selling our home. He reached out with an offer to help. We chose a friend to help us but the house did not sell. Marc never lost touch but stayed in contact. We rented the home to family for a season of time. Marc continued to reach out to us. After a change in circumstances we were at a place to try again. It was right after Hurricane irma. Even with some unresolved conditions (roof, etc) Marc and his team were able to list it, show it, sell it for asking price and close without incident. We considered ourselves blessed through the process.
There were a lot of moving parts when my wife and I started looking for a new home. Marc and his team were able to get our college park home sold to a cash buyer and us into our beautiful new home in Dover Shores in a three month window. Marc is a straight shooter who did a great job of managing our expectations throughout the process.

I responded to a zillow listed home for sale to Marc. I emailed my phone number and email. I received a follow up email requesting my number again, I responded instantly and he said someone will call me. I never heard back from anyone what so ever. I am a preapproved buyer and was ready to submit an offer. Not responsive
