Worst realtor, Semien Sutton. I purchased a home from his client and they both played me. They requested a 10 day period after purchase and now seller refuses to move. He is shady and a liar. Couldn’t even get his client a home. And lies about finding her an Air BnB in the meantime. Go somewhere else for your purchases. Buyers aren’t protected only sellers and once a realtor has his money he could careless about you.
My husband and I had just 2 days to race around Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood looking for a second home. Our realtor, Monifer Spinella made what could have been a very stressful time, very relaxed and enjoyable! She really listened to our needs and wants. Simply the best realtor I’ve ever worked with! Thanks Monifer!
My wife and I had a terrible experience a week ago with two realtors from Keller Williams Realty. The Parlavecchio team was worthless and a complete disaster. Our transaction started by promises of the realtor to stand by our words and professionally represent my wife and I, since they were a referral given to us. The Parlavecchio team promised to give incentives at the end of the transaction, while in the midst of the transaction the Parlavecchio’s lost every single battle for their buyers and let the sellers agent reign above every inquiry we had about the home. We couldn’t get the credits we needed to replace property’s roof which needs replacement. Another important battle during our transaction was that our realtor promised to replace our water heater at his own expense so he didn’t want to have the argument with the seller’s agent. Nothing!Aside from multiple promises, realtor argued with us as the buyers multiple times and does not know how to communicate the transaction with the bank and title company.The Parlavecchio team has 0 experience, no business knowledge and no interest in representing their client. Steer way or you will be completely misrepresented.In addition to all the misrepresentations, the Parlavecchio team didn’t show up to closing to assist the buyers and never attempted to mitigate the final walk-through.We attempted to contact the Keller Williams office multiple times, they are inexistent.In conclusion, Keller Williams is a small realty company to stay away from and the Parlavecchio team is very unethical, no real estate knowledge and will not put customer first. Their interest is above anything. Nicky Parlavecchio is a mercenary whose purpose from this transaction was to cash out his check and move on to the next buyer.We are still waiting on the water heater replacement, closing incentives and realtor to show up to our closing and walk-through.Sad business. Don’t look for a realtor here!

2017-08-07This broker does shady business and also their realtor Jimmy Morales does multiple deals at the same time, so beware that they might string you along for days and negotiate with you while they make others deals at the same time. Bad for business. Sent us an offer signed and then received another offer after emailing us our negotiated offer and withdrew from ours. They are a JOKE.
